1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can you say about Etherium Classic? on: August 25, 2017, 12:55:09 PM
What can you say about Etherium Classic?  Will it be more valuable than Etherium?
Ethereum classic is original of ethereum's blockchain, actually ethereum classic is real of ethereum before the Dao baillout hard fork, Ethereum Classic is a decentralized platform that runs smart contracts: applications that run exactly as programmed without any possibility of downtime, censorship, fraud or third party interference.
Ethereum Classic is a continuation of the original Ethereum blockchain - the classic version preserving untampered history; free from external interference and subjective tampering of transactions.

ETC will be more valuable than ETC because:
ETC combines the best of BTC and ETH.
1. Storage of Value
2. Censorship Resistance
3. Smart Contracts
4. Hard Cap on Supply
5. Fast TXs
And Reasons to get excited about ETC
1) IOHK's upcoming GUI for Mantis
2) Monetary Policy Upgrade
3) ETC Commonwealth ICO

The explanation you give is very detailed, it really can I understand clearly about Ethereum Classis, but why Etherealum Classic is rarely used to be a gift recipient's address, I am still surprised.
Ethereum classic is rarely used to be a gift (or maybe to be used for smart contract of ICOs/dapps) recipient's address because ETC is not too popular than ETH, ethereum classic be adopted by comunity of ETC its self, it is like bitcoins in early of course with ETC is pure decentralized, immutable and unstopable include can not be manipulated by some people. Actually if you want to be a trader ethereum ETH is good coin because it has big fluctuating of price but if you want stores the values ethereum classic ETC is good choice because the price is stable and increase every years.

1386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am now almost a billionaire because of Vitalik on: August 21, 2017, 11:50:34 AM
The people who has bought ethereum on $2/ETH will be millionaire right now because of ethereum's price is around $300 right now, but i am not sure for the people who buy ethereum on $300/ETH because after ethereum goes to PoS, ethereum will not has maximum supply, it will be fiat money and the inflation will come to ethereum, however the developer of ethereum doesn't consider ethereum is money or asset, ethereum is platform for smart contract and dapps.

I am also not a party who bought a lot of ethereum at the time, I may regret but now I also generate many benefits from this vitalik project, I agree with you because ethereum concentrate on smart contract, but in the end they will return to altcoin basic that is trying to shift Bitcoin with different systems.
Actually we still can joint to party of ethereum and makes money from ethereum with trading altcoins, we can take the chance of high fluctuating of ethereum's price, but unfortunately trading altcoins in ethereum right now is needs big capital because ethereum's price is expensive for almost all of the people, and we will see later about projects of ethereum what's will happen with ethereum, today we just can make speculation about ethereum.
1387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: August 21, 2017, 11:41:56 AM
IG Group to Offer Ethereum Trading for Clients, Clients trading Ethereum via IG Group will be able to do so without assuming a number of risks typically associated with buying and storing it. The crypto industry is littered with myriad examples of exchanges that have gone under or dark, with information and accounts being compromised en masse.

Hey guys, I'm just wondering, what is/are the best wallets that I can use for ethereum? Or other alt coins? Can you kindly tell me, because I still don't have a wallet for altcoins. Hoping that you can help me. Smiley
I recommend to use https://myetherwallet.com/ because it is simple, easy to be used, no need to download the blockchain
you are full control of the private key and myetherwallet can be used for buy the ICOs projects, also you can used jaxx.io to store ethereum but jaxx doesn't support for purchase the ICOs at least for now.

1390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am newbie you can explain what alticoin? on: August 21, 2017, 08:52:48 AM
Altcoins is alternative digital coins except bitcoins because the first of digital coins is bitcoins and the other digital coins are altcoins or alternative coins, alternative coins be made for makes more complete fetures that doesn't has in bitcoins, unfortunately many developers of altcoins just makes scam coins behind and makes money from fakes altcoins on digital coins.
1391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you have plenty amount of digital coins how do you secure it? on: August 21, 2017, 07:54:34 AM
If you have plenty amount of digital coins, I will makes it be paper wallet or saving the public key and private key of the altcoins on safe place in the home and on online storage, it will makes my digital coins will be more secure because will gives doubles security, i have the back up of the private key on offline and online storage.
1392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: many ICO altcoin , What can be trusted? on: August 21, 2017, 06:25:28 AM
Now a lot of ico altcoin project , do projects that can be trusted . This makes i doubt to participate campaign bounty .
Please tell me friend , how saw projects altcoin can be trusted ?

All of ICOs can be trusted and they are selling their ICOs with succesfull, the problem is not on the ICOs but on the projects behind the ICOs selling, many projects had been failed after ICOs selling, that is why must choose the ICOs projects that has good fundamental of the projects of ICOs are like the experience developer team of projects, the comunity of projects and usage of products on real life, it will help us to ignore scam projects behind on ICOs selling.
1393  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hitting the next level... requirements. on: August 21, 2017, 04:40:29 AM
In order for bitcoin to hit levels of $250,000+...... it will need to be accepted and marketed everywhere. So far, Microsoft accepts bitcoin. This could be the ice breaker and the door opener for other companies such as Apple, Sony, Google, etc down the road, eventually leading to retailers such as Walmart and franchise such as Mcdonalds.

In order for bitcoin to take off to levels that seem ridiculous right now, we will need to see the average Joe not only be holding bitcoin..... but also be spending it. (In this case, $250,000 could possibly be severely underestimated)
Yes mass adoption is needed to bitcoins hitting next level and mass adoption is just one factors, the important factors on bitcoins is the bitcoin's network its self, we still must pay fees sending transaction and it is big problem to be currency especially for small amount of transaction (couples cent in bitcoins) and the time of confirmation is the problem too for bitcoins to be currency and hitting next level.
1394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many Bitcoins needed for martingale on: August 21, 2017, 04:31:18 AM
Well.. we need unlimited of bitcoins to play gambling using strategy martiangle because every time we are lost in gambling,
we must make doubles betting from the first lost and keeps continuous every time losing.
The bad thing from this strategy is no one people around the who have unlimited money, this strategy is never work in gambling
many people have tried this strategy and they just got losing large of money.

Well for me its not the unlimited but when you know how to stop if ever gathered enough of your winnings. Cause even if you have many btc but you dont know when to stop then you just gonna donate your btc to that certain site. Because for me if i have money i always have 200% of my winnings. But even though i almost win there is always the need to gamble more. Even in physical gambling i do martingale and sometimes there are other bankers who could see through that style that sometimes they are preventing it.
Well so if just to know when to stop playing gambling, it is not need martiangle strategy in gambling, we just needs hit and run on gambling games, when getting winning in gambling we must get out from gambling and when we have got losing must stop playing gambling too, we are talking about how many bitcoins needed for martiangle strategy in gambling and not the time for start or stop playing gambling.
1395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: August 20, 2017, 11:04:06 AM
In my country, BTC is not yet acknowledge by government. There are no announcements regarding bitcoins if it is illegal or legalized. So generally, I am free to profit and earn in bitcoin, save and converting it to fiat. Do not when it will be named here in public.
Almost all of the countries are same with you include me they don't have any rules about the usage of bitcoins even if bitcoins be considered as illegal something, bitcoins will keeps alive because bitcoins depend on the ecosystem of bitcoins and not depend on the government of countries, will be difficult to stop bitcoins right now.
1396  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IS IT POSSIBLE TO MINE ON ANDROID 5.0? on: August 20, 2017, 08:44:53 AM
Im just wondering sorry for the inconvenience sorry if i am in the wrong section im new and curious
Of course not, mining bitcoins use android smartphone is something impossible even you use laptop, GPU miners to mine bitcoins you just can mine bitcoins use asic hardware here you can check out this link https://www.bitmain.com/ but although you use asic hardware doesn't mean it will be profitable because the difficulty of bitcoins is always increased day by day, make sure you have made calculating about the return of investment if you want invest in bitcoins hardware miners. Good luck

1398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO, still promising? on: August 20, 2017, 06:02:53 AM
yes, if you get in some of the ICOs like Decentraland which ended in 30 seconds, you would easily get 10x returns in the future
You are right the other ICOs projects that has potential to be more popular and expensive in the end of ICOs selling
investing in ICOs has big chance to get big return with small money, although the risk losing money is more big than
investing into other altcoins, so always use small money to investing on the ICOs.
ICOs are new model business in digital coins world and it is very useful to investing.
1399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Still Go Up? on: August 20, 2017, 05:38:10 AM
Of course yes bitcoin's price will rise at least for $5000/ bitcoins and it has potential will be more expensive
especially when the segwit2x (lighting network) be activated on bitcoin's network,
we will see on November 2017 the activation of segwit2x is bug fix for block size problem on bitcoins
if it be succesfull we will not must pay fees transaction to miners.
