261  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NIGERIA, LIBERIA TO SHUT DOWN EBOLA HOSPITALS on: August 03, 2014, 09:02:02 AM
It only infects through body fluids, meaning that infected body fluids have to enter healthy persons bodies for ebola to spread. Driving the ambulance without police escort isn't that dangerous.

Arent most countries close to bankruptcy? Isn't America in debt where it is unable to pay?
Not all countries. Most countries have a national debt, but a most of them don't have a debt bigger than they can pay off.

Dubai hands down, no contest. Plus it's in the middle of the desert.
Dubai. http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/commentators/johann-hari/the-dark-side-of-dubai-1664368.html
One of the most evil and false places on earth.
266  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: August 02, 2014, 11:01:22 AM
If you guys like anime/cartoonish things avatar the last airbender and legend of korra are two amazing series. I know plenty of people in their 20's and 30's who enjoy this show. It really is great and lots of connection with nature.
Avatar: The last airbender was awesome I remember! I followed it when I was younger. Maybe I should watch it again?
267  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which countries don't have coastlines? on: August 02, 2014, 10:59:28 AM
i can think of at least one con: shipping out your goods or shipping them in costs a little more, since they must land at a dock and reach you... a dock that is not in your country.
If the goods is not delivered by aircraft that is (even though flying all goods would become quite expensive).
268  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which countries don't have coastlines? on: August 01, 2014, 09:45:29 PM
A few countries in central asia lacks coastlines as well!
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: scrypt mining makes sense? or other algorithm? on: August 01, 2014, 06:38:29 PM
i have a scrypt miner, but should i switch to gpu?
If you have a Scrypt ASIC or something like that, then don't switch to GPU.
However if you mean that you are using a script mining program, and are mining using your CPU, then switch to GPU.
You should calculate if it's profitable or not anyway.
270  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: PBMining 2TH/s Giveaway (Labour day Tournament) on: August 01, 2014, 03:23:36 PM
But he's right you know, you're not eligible for this contest.
Read the rules before posting next time:
2TH/S is being given away FOR FREE!

You MUST have a MINIMUM of 40 posts (at the date and time of this posting),
OR hold at least 25GH/s of hash power in your PB Mining account (at any time before the winning blocks).

The bitcointalk account must also be no newer than this announcement.

Actually you guys are the ones that are wrong(Not that I am taking sides just helping him out I guess)

He does hold at least 25GH/s of hash power in his PB mining account so he is definitely eligible...
As I understand it he must fulfill both requirements. Both the first:
"You MUST have a MINIMUM of 40 posts (at the date and time of this posting),
OR hold at least 25GH/s of hash power in your PB Mining account (at any time before the winning blocks)."

which he does (according to what you say, I don't know), and in addition to that the second requirement:

"The bitcointalk account must also be no newer than this announcement."

And his account IS newer than the announcement.
Not that I care if he can join or not, doesn't affect me in any way. PBmining has the last word in this anyway.

273  Economy / Services / Re: GAW MINERS PAYS FOR YOUR SIGNATURE >>> HIGH RATES 50posts = 0.1BTC JOIN US! on: August 01, 2014, 12:19:39 PM
They really pay 0.1 for 50 posts?
I think I should become a member as soon as possible!
Unless you buy an account it will take quite some time for you to become a SR-member…
It's actually impossible to become that in a short amount of time. Sorry mate!
274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you eat this? on: August 01, 2014, 12:16:19 PM
Here's another disgusting thing to eat......could you?

Bat Paste
First, net a bunch of flying mouse, fruit, or fox bats in a remote village.

Drop live into a pot of boiling water or milk.

Roast to desired doneness.

Chop and make into paste with Thai herbs and spices.

Sound delicious! I'd totally eat it if it wasn't for the disease thing.
But, who knows, I'd probably try it anyway! Cheesy

Rubin Kazan vs Spartak Moscow - 2 : 0
Rubin wins.
276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you eat this? on: August 01, 2014, 11:59:50 AM
I myself ate Surströmming just last week. I've eaten it since I was like 6 or something. Once you get over the fact that it's fermented fish and that it smells, well, bad, it's really good. It's kinda salty.
Those guys on the video eats it completely wrong btw, the real way is to first remove the insides like with any fish, then you remove the flesh from the bones, put it on bread (Tunnbröd http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunnbröd) with potatoes (preferably Almond Potato http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almond_potato) and onions, place another slice of Tunnbröd on top, and then you just enjoy! Smiley
(Yup, I'm Swedish, I know this shit!)
how exactly you prepare that fish?in what you fermented it?I am curious about it.....maybe I will visit Sweden some day soon and give it a try.
How it's made?
They (the producers) put the herring in salt water, but just salt enough to prevent it from rotting. So instead it starts fermenting. After enough fermentation they put the now fermented fish in cans, and the fermentation process continues inside the can.

If you ever visit Sweden you have to try it - it's one of the few delicacies we have! Cheesy
277  Economy / Speculation / Re: $500,000 per Bitcoin, baby. The math behind it. on: August 01, 2014, 11:42:11 AM

Cage The Elephant - Ain't No Rest For The Wicked
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5t99bpilCKw
Yes, it's the song from the starting sequence in Borderlands. It's really good, and the lyrics are spot on.

280  Other / Off-topic / Re: IF YOU HAD 1,000,000 DOLLARS WHAT WOULD YOU BUY??? on: August 01, 2014, 11:23:21 AM
all of bitcoin in the world  Shocked
Not possible because of multiple reasons, here are three (and probably the most important):
1. $1,000,000 is faaaaaaaaaaaar from enough to buy all of them.
2. Not all have been created yet.
3. There are extremely many "lost" already, and therefore are impossible to buy.

I would buy a villa with all my dreams, car Camero After Sudden improvements, and open Pubs accepts Bitcoin network!
Pubs are awesome! Smiley
