1022  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: July 11, 2019, 01:43:13 PM

The Goldcoin developers returned back to the community what has turned out to be millions in funds. Never reported, hardly even known.

https://www.goldcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3789.0

I also hadn't heard of this, interesting read. But seems that they were returned no thanks to Vern?

I do not think much was given back to the community that originally owned those goldcoins. I've never seen back anything of it and I think that
is valid for the majority of those that lost them. It was a very chaotic time and no one knew exactly what was happening.

bwaaahah yeah right!..the writing was on the wall EVERYONE knew cryptsy was fucked Smiley lel

Slowly but steadily prices start growing as we are seeing crypto market again following green sign.
We can expect this month we will see $350 eth easily, on the other hand in 2017 when prices were going up alt also join ride with BTC.
Hope next time we will see bigger bull run than 2017.
I would like to see Ethereum moving up in ETH/ BTC pair rather than in $. It is too long since the last growth wave of Ethereum and altcoins in BTC pairs. It seems that this year is not a year for altcoins in BTC pairs. Investors and whales mostly focus on Bitcoin and $ pairs. In $, I will not sell my Ethereum if the coin won't hit around $500. I know that it is too far price from now, but Ethereum can do it, when its extremely upgrade officially activated.

ethereum is ETC you moron  Kiss lol ~ DAO WUT
1025  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: July 09, 2019, 08:50:09 PM

Hi I have a question about which is the most confidential between Monero XMR and Cloak CLOAK?

Hello. You can read this. https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/6fed9p/monero_vs_cloak/.
And you can also compare blockchain explorers https://chainz.cryptoid.info/cloak/ and https://moneroblocks.info. You can see transaction amount is hidden only on Monero's explorer. So I would say it is Monero, but I think you're asking this question in the wrong thread... A big percentage of users in this thread might be biased.

However I have a question regarding Monero Blockchain explorer. Why are there only 2 outputs/inputs? Should be there more of them because of Ring signatures? https://moneroblocks.info/tx/50b25ba947b559671e182bc54776d328155a562aaa5591b5c39dd3547f4e3645

where is the explorers source code?  Cheesy Grin Kiss i call bullshit

https://github.com/moneroexamples/onion-monero-blockchain-explorer

Sometimes I question whether you're just having fun or you really have these obsessive vendettas against certain non-Bitcoin coins. I lean that you're just getting your jollies trolling, but man you sure do a good job acting like a truly obsessed lunatic.

"" The project aims to develop generic online scanner/searcher for Monero. Its possible capability includes searching for:

outputs associated with given address and viewkey (already implemented with full support for subaddresses),
possible spendings based on only address and viewkey,
transactions which use our outputs as decoys/ring members,
transactions associated with given legacy payment ids,
multi-output transactions to subaddresses,
transactions with integrated payment ids,
and more ... ""

I think we need add CAPS to coinmarketcap as different coin.

is this bottles cap like from cryptsy or what? :\ hmmm

Bottlecaps (CAP) from Cryptsy and Cryptopia. BottlecapsPlus (CAPS) new chain with initial balances from CAP addresses.

cryptopia got away with my coins...what chain are those? :\

I never purchased any BTX.

Why do you say such negative things about Bitcore?

Good for you. You are not rekt like 100% of those, who bought.

Cause it's just bad copy of bitcoin without own tech and features, except block time, block size and slightly changed PoW algorithm, difficulty retargeting. There is no place for shitcoins like this one.

you were shilling this dogshit! wheres laudas sockpuppet army now?  Kiss  lmfao
1029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: July 09, 2019, 05:50:50 PM
I currently dont have a way to use Monero.

And the reason is that regulation is moving in and they will not like exchanges listing coins which are non traceable.

Monero have good use case for people and for governments. Regulations will regulate exchanges not the coins since they are permissionless and decentralized. Decentralized exchanges will be harder regulated.

Just like with cash, though the only major difference is that regulations will regulate exchanges (banks) not the cash since they are permissionless and centralized.

Will be interesting to see what happens to decentralized cryptocurrencies vs. centralized cryptocurrencies in the near future.  I could see a situation coming up where governments will try to force companies like Coinbase and the like to exchange only centralized "legitimate" cryptocurrencies.

I mean we can see how nations can ban together to scream what is "legitimate" louder than other nations, whether right or wrong.  Example A would be Venezuela.

Edit: when I'm talking about centralized cryptocurrencies, I'm thinking of projects that are trying to jump through every single legalization loop hole nations through at it; i.e. Libra, Cardano, etc.

what makes you think poloniex doesn't run the show behind the scenes of bitmonero ?  Cool  ===> n00bzZz!!!

Grin

I like Bitcore, I have no idea why BCH was in top 10 crypto for so long when it should have been BTX holding that mantle.

I hope it picks up in trade and usage because it deserves much better than where it has been languishing on CMC for so long.

It deserves to be delisted and forgotten. Hope all you guys sold your shitcoins bags before they will go to zero.

i did my best to connect with the devs it turns out to be a shoddy copy/paste of bitsend...go figure  Tongue  meh

FreiExchange Clams wallet has completed syncing.  Please come fill up the order books.

Does your exchange require 100 confirmations to deposit CLAM? That seems excessive. I'd say 10 or 20 would be plenty.

CLAMzzz added !!  Cool  weeeee ===>

https://freiexchange.com/market/CLAM/BTC

Is it a real exchange? I don't think I've ever seen such an empty orderbook before. There's only 1 real order, it is offering CLAMs at below market price, and nobody's matching it. Very strange.

FreiExchange is a modest but trustworthy exchange. We have are proud to list an old coin like Clam coin.

Why do we have low volume? We didn’t ask for a listing fee, we don’t prop-up markets in any significant way, nor do we create fake volume. We count on the community to support their coin.

At this point in the alt-coin winter, please come and help us support your coin by helping fill up the order books at our exchange to make a market. We don’t have any trading fees.

freiexchange is legit... zero trading fees...expect great things to come!!   Cool  * cheers *

I think I have around 30k BTX on Cryptopia but how will we prove ownership to these accounts if they do resolve issue with access to database unless login is returned back to normal? For example my name and address there is Mr Mugato from Uranus but how will I prove this???  ~True story

Haha.  Same here, totally fake name and address.

FreiExchange Clams wallet has completed syncing.  Please come fill up the order books.

It looks like someone is trying to trick sellers into selling for 1/10th of the market price, putting in bids at 3k instead of 30k:

Compare with the book at poloniex:

poloniex is going down in a blaze of glory>>prolly already been bought out by wall street insiders.. Wink #freiexchange is going to grow up big someday!\_@@_/ #cheers

It's weird how messages saying this tool cannot be used as a general purpose cracker (ie: Bitcoin is safe regardless of this program) get deleted from this thread.
