I think you are not waiting long enough.  I know  you do not have 1 dead board  as the gear does not hash with a dead board like the Avalon 6 will do.

The one row of all 0's is interesting but inconclusive.  A 7 minute test from nicehash is worthless as nicehash constantly switches around.

Sometimes I jump to 20th with 2 avalons on nicehash gui  or down to 8th.  The avalon gui will do restarts more often using nicehash.

Like Phil said  try kano for 2 hours then screen shot.  One more hint  -2  and -1  work  way better then + 1.   0 is also not so good in a hot room.

      Phil you have about 12% higher with a manual calculation.
Last jump this also happened. Maybe someone  can figure this out but it looks like it is a 100 block error.  Two consecutive adjustments. Does any other companies have a more correct prediction?

   So Phil  your idea is they make   very little  if the s-7's  are truly mining.

Lets say 100,000 usd a day  of which 45,000 is their fee  when know they jack power to 8 cents vs 5 cents   so  the 45,000 fee is 30,000-35,000 cost to them  or a 10,000-15,000 dollar profit.
That is if they are perfectly honest.

If they have all s-9's    100,000 with a 45,000 fee if it was s-7  should be 20,000  that is 25,000 a day extra  along with the 10,000-15,000 so close to 40,000 in their pockets
Even if it is only some s-9's and some s-7's  the 10,000-15,000  could be 25,000 a day.

So we simply won't be seeing an s-11 for years.

 Phil your 2 racks are  fully wrapped with  the car insulation that is a heat and sound  barrier.

Anyone  can do that  even with bigger racks.  You have two three foot wide three foot high racks.

So you are six foot wide  three feet high   that is  6+6+3+3 = 18 ft of the  car insulation.

The photos look like you are almost on top of the two exhaust fans.

So a bigger operation  with 24,000 cfm fans would be hard to get the wind tunnel you get.
