We had a user that won ~ 40 BTC and he started withdrawing his win, that's why the wallet got empty.

You can find it on satoshibet's tumblr's blog, I found it, and I remember the house edge is 7%, it means that the expect return is 93%, and I have tested the slots with no deposit bonus, and this figure should accurate, I calculated the stats of my real tests are about 5%-10%, so 7% is reasonable.
