I think it is not hard to get your bounty reward converted to bitcoin all you need to do is to wait for it to get listed on the exchange list and you can trade it for ethereum then but I think it is better to hold until the token gets a very good value.

I think coin among the top 20 has the potential to x5 in few month when the market recover and more people invest in the coin because the crowd also helps to sometimes determine how well a coin will grow.

I think there are several reasons why bounty hunters sell their rewards immediately they get it. Some it may be due to how potential the token is and the level of trust they have in it, If it is a good one with good features, you can hold it till the price is higher and if not, they decide to sell. Some also sell if they have financial need that needs to be attended to urgently and some sell to buy another stable coin.

I do not pay tax for my profits in crypto because crypto is accepted in my country and I think it depends on the law of the country if the they accept crypto and moreover, in crypto you invest, hold and get profit so there is no need for an accounting service.

I do not think this is a very good reason for you to sell NEO because it is a very good investment and one of the best altcoin in crypto. Even if it fall in price, I believe it is just for a temporary period and it will rise again and you will make profit especially if you hold the coin on long term because it is a potential coin to hold on long term but , the decision is yours as you own you investment but I still think you should have continue holding till the price is high enough to make reasonable profit.

I do not think crypto will ever fall even in future but it will rather grow in size and price and get accepted by more companies and government. It will become more stable and there will be more new technologies. Even though the price of crypto is low now, that is not a reason to think it will fall, it is normal for fluctuation in market and it will rise higher again.

Currently there are icos that are worth investing in in crypto as long as you are patient enough to do a very good and deep research about the project first before investing in it because the rate of scam in ico is so high that it is risky to take part in a non-potential project. Yes, I agree with you that it is better to be patient for you to earn reasonable profit by the time you sell you coin because that is the joy of crypto. If you decide to sell because of the frequent fall in price of crypto and you are not patient enough for it to recover, you might sell at loss because the price will be lower than the initial amount you bought it. In life generally, there are so many scam happening around likewise crypto where people use different technology to scam people of their money and there is no law yet to help regulate this as you cannot say which one is good or not that is why it is very important to do a very good research before investing in a project. A way to help reduce the rate of this scam is to spread the news of the project as soon as you find out that it is a scam project so that people will be aware of the project and avoid it. In the nearest future of crypto, I think there should be a body that will be incharge of monitoring icos  and helping to reduce the rate of scam.

I do not think the bull period is here as prices of coin are still falling and this might still take sometime before it will rise. the price of bitcoin might have fallen so bad but I do not think it will go down to $6000 but it might fall to $7k. It is better to buy this period as the price is very low than when the price is higher because bitcon will rise very high as soon as the market recovers.
