41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How important is a community behind a crypto project? on: August 23, 2018, 01:29:46 PM
Personally, I think a community is very good support system for a project and if the community gives strong support and and spread good news around a project, the project will survive and even grow higher.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WE MUST BELIEAVE IN CRYPTO MARKET! on: August 23, 2018, 01:25:07 PM
Yes, I also agree with you that it is better to believe in the crypto market because even if the market is down now and the price of the coin does not look encouraging, I believe if we all hold and support crypto, the market will recover fast from the fall and the price of coin will begin to rise again.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About how many percent does Cryptocurrency known in your country? on: August 20, 2018, 07:34:08 PM
Though crypto is not really legal in my country but I think is is about 20% known. I believe the more crypto grows and become potential, it will become more accepted and people will appreciate the system.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My opinion about ETH on: August 20, 2018, 07:30:53 PM
In my own opinion, though ethereum is very potential and promising but I do not think it will be able to rise as much as bitcoin. Bitcoin will continue to be the best and most potential coin in crypto because it is the oldest.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There are too many ICO, why? on: August 18, 2018, 10:13:30 AM
Well, what I can say to this is hat there are many companies that have ideas and products, they all want to sell and make profit as soon as they can that is why they come into crypto.Since there is no regulation or bodies to monitor icos coming into the market and be sure they are legit, they all come in and investors who want to increase their profit, invest in the project. I believe the rate at which icos come in will be reduced if there is a regulation or bodies to help endure of the potentials before it is approved to come into crypto because the companies will take time to be sure of the potentials before they decide to launch the project.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: August 16, 2018, 11:37:25 AM
This is an awesome development for crypto and with this moves, gradually it will penetrate globally and will be accepted as means of exchange for goods and services by top companies and stores around the world.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shouldn't coinmarketcap delist "dead" coins? on: August 15, 2018, 02:50:07 PM
Yes, they should delist these dead coins for more potential ones but I think there is a criteria that is used by these sites and it is considered before they will delist the coin from their site.
48  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Hardware Wallets on: August 15, 2018, 02:45:06 PM
This is a very good article and you really took your time to do a a research and found these hardware wallets. because there are some of them that I do not even know exist and this is my first time seeing them. This is very useful especially to new investors who have problem find hardware wallets
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: August 15, 2018, 02:41:12 PM
Most people have the mindset that the price of ethereum rises with bitcoin and vice versa. How true is this?
I will also say yes to this because not only ethereum but all altcoin price is dependent on then price of bitcoin though sometime it might be different but if there is high demand for bitcoin and the price is high, it boost the confidence of investors to invest in altcoin and when there is high demand for a coin, the price will be high and again, bitcoin is the oldest crypto.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the mission of crypto? on: August 15, 2018, 02:38:13 PM
In my own opinion, I believe the mission for cryptocurrency is to eradicate poverty and help to stabilize the worlds economy with the use of digital currencies. It will also help to create jobs for the unemployed and you can also educate yourself on the use of technology and how you can apply them to solve problems and even make profit from it.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you long term or short term? on: August 14, 2018, 12:46:48 PM
Personally, I do more of long term investment because I think it is more profitable as the price would have multiplied and I can make reasonable profit when I sell as long as it is a very potential coin but if the coin is not really potential, I do short term trading. I hold and sell when its get to a value where I cam make profit.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening in the market right now is ETH $ 327 on: August 14, 2018, 12:43:33 PM
The price it is today is even more disappointing because I do not believe ethereum will fall as low as this and as it is now, we do not know whether it will dip more so I will suggest we hold and relax until the bull run start because now, I think the big whale are manipulating the price and investors are also panic selling that is why the price keeps dropping.
53  Other / Archival / Re: How to earn altcoin every days? on: August 14, 2018, 12:39:44 PM
There are many ways people earning in altcoin in regular basis. What is your methods for earning in altcoin?

Trading?
Airdrop?
Bounty?
Others?
In my own opinion, I think the most convenient way to earn altcoin everyday is by doing day trading because you can get to exchange or buy the coin you desire when you see it. You also get altcoin from bounties and airdrops but it is not on a daily basis, it is always at the end of the campaign that you get reward.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best competitors to Ethereum? on: August 14, 2018, 12:36:01 PM
Which are the best competitors to Ethereum, and why do you think so?

(I know on top of my head that Cardano and IOTA try to challenge Ethereum,
although they still haven't proved much from my understanding?)

Personally,I think the best competitor for ethereum is NEO because it is more advanced and also has a very good support system. But as it it, I think it cannot beat ethereum because ethereum is more valuable, stable and has potentials and it will continue to grow.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 5 tips for cryptotraders! on: August 13, 2018, 03:44:07 PM
This are very good steps for intending traders to follow and even traders who do not have enough ideas of trading. If this steps are followed appropriately, it will help to make very good profit at the end.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC in crypto, does it really require? on: August 13, 2018, 03:36:53 PM
In cryptocurrency, I do not think it is really necessary to give all your personal details before you can invest in any project because you are not sure of how potential the project will be and if it will be successful. But now, I think most project require this kyc and I believe in future it will also help to reduce the rate of scam in crypto.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: August 11, 2018, 12:51:30 PM
Well this is what the insightful Tone Vays claims...

He claims that ETH, DASH, shit 99.5% of all the ALTS are scams and the only coin that will survive is Bitcoin.

So l guess we should all sell our Alts now!
Nope, we all do not need to sell our altcoin even if you choose to because as far as I am concerned, there are some altcoin that are potential and worth investing in because they have good community and very professional team members and if you take your time to do a research, you will find this good coin.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop and Bounty options any good? on: August 09, 2018, 03:23:45 PM
I've joined the airdrop over the past 3 months and I only get very little value from the airdrop, the majority of which I have to keep it to add value.
So how can I earn a few hundred dollars a month if the bounty is a good plan? Huh Huh
I do not think you will be able to make a few hundred dollars within a month by doing bounty because it takes process and you also need to know how to take very good decisions when search for bounties to join. You can also join as many bounty as you want to increase your profit.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin now you think had a good future on: August 08, 2018, 02:58:00 PM
When deciding in which coin to invest you can either blindly follow suggestions by others or make your own informed descision based on some criteria:

  • What problem does the project attempt to solve?
  • Is it a solution looking for a problem?
  • Is there active development behind the project? (check Github activity)
  • Has the team produced anything but a whitepaper?
  • Are there established competitors which are much further into delivering a working product?
  • Cross reference developers against previous scam projects
  • Current market capitalization of the coin
This is a very good suggestion and things to look out for when looking for a coin to invest in and if they are followed properly, I believe it will help to find a good coin to invest in.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I think this year 1 eth will peak at $ 2000 on: August 07, 2018, 12:18:04 PM
I do not think it will reach this amount this year considering the present amount because of the bear and there is no positive sign of growth yet. I believe if the market recover and the bull run starts, by the end of the year it will be between $1000 and $1500.
