1142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Easiest way to stop ICO scam is on: March 04, 2018, 12:17:50 AM
As if you can control the people behind of the ICO to scam others or be honest. There are no easy way to stop ICO scam, only by research thoroughly you will lessen the chance of investing to a scam ICO.
I've read a nice guideline on how to avoid being scam by ICO check this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2822896.0
Thats right , and also need to share some scam there to avoid people to get scam. Thats why be careful to choose always.
1143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When I am able to see profit this year? on: March 03, 2018, 12:35:09 PM
I have been holding some altcoins since January 2018, But then the market crush hard and I am not able to sell my altcoins because I am in loss with these coins.
Even I invested in more established coins like, Waves, strat,Iota, wabi but overall my portfolio is around 40% down so far.

When I am able to see profit? Holding them for long term is worth my patient? Huh Huh
Its better to wait and hold because patient is good to make success, thats why need to wait.
1144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: March 03, 2018, 04:51:16 AM
Hello!

How do you prefer to get crypto? Do you invest or you prefer to join bounty?

Also, check out bounty and token sale campaign of this project https://ico.kickcity.io/
Interesting to know your opinion  Smiley

Better to start bounty than investment first,  if you dont have money its good to bounty.
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin ICO check list (how to know if a project has a legit chance) on: March 02, 2018, 11:24:16 PM
Found a great article where the author does a really good job breaking down 4 vital questions you should ask before buying an Alt ICO  -Ref: https://hackernoon.com/5-icos-with-solid-fundamentals-ready-to-rocket-off-the-launch-pad-ca2d8de4fce2

Motive: Why are they doing this? If it’s simply to provide a return on an investment, then buyer beware. If they lay out a clear vision where the value proposition is easily understood this would be a good sign. It should be more than just a “we’re making the world a better place”. This will help it pass the scam test. What really helps pass the scam test is whether or not they have a working product you can take for a test drive.

Experienced Team: What has the team executed on in the past, together? It should first and foremost be technology related. You should be able to quickly look this up on the net. Get them on the phone if possible to see if the team even exists at all. I do this with every team I invest in.

Capital Structure: How much crypto are they offering to the public? Gauging demand for a crypto is key. Not everyone is going to want to take a position in it. These factors should determine how much crypto should be offered to the public. If these numbers are way off then it’s going to be hard for the crypto to move up without enough demand. As a token holder, this is an important aspect to analyze.

Raising the right amount money during their ICO: This connects directly to the point above. If they raise too much money during the ICO, they’re going to have to clear loads of ‘flippers’. These flippers are those that purchase tokens during the ICO and as soon as the team lists the token on the first exchange, they sell right into it creating a massive amount of sell pressure they’ll have to clear before anyone makes any real returns. It can take months and sometimes years before a team can clear sellers like this before the token can appreciate with any kind of real value.
Thank you for make effort to know what is thw legit prject, you make me give more idea.

1147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: March 02, 2018, 01:53:39 AM
I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.
We all know that altcoin is connected to the bitcoin so if the bitcoin will rise the alt will dump so it depend to your believe if what is to give future.
1148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO investment or Altcoin investment? on: March 02, 2018, 01:49:26 AM
Ico investments can be a bit risky compared to the altcoin investment. If you are looking for not valued coins. You can choose from icos recently finished and on exchange. Their price can be lower than ico price. They have much more potential.
Yes but not all ico is good thats why you need to choose wisely also because some are not good.
1149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Protect Yourself Against Cryptocurrency, ICO Fraud on: March 01, 2018, 11:15:47 PM

1152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had to choose on: February 27, 2018, 11:52:25 AM
I don't like this list, so I don't make any choices.
Because the whole market is in a bear market at present, I think BTC and ETH are better investments, while other altcoin is not worth your investment, especially the ICO project.
Yes your right, i dont like also tge list, i think its better to make research for investment so that i can choose good investment.

1155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What makes a good bounty program? on: February 27, 2018, 06:07:58 AM
Hi,

I'm considering helping a friend with an ICO later in the year and I'm looking into Bounty programs. Seeing as a lot of the bounties are paid to people here, I was wondering if there were aspects of bounty programs that people love, and bits they hate. If you were designing a bounty program what would you put in, and what would you leave out.

Thanks in advance.

I think boubty make good project and good quality thats why they share in any social media that the program they hold is good and interesting.
1156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Scammers Hijack Verified Twitter Accounts on: February 26, 2018, 12:12:28 PM

1157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reading Whitepapers on: February 25, 2018, 10:53:53 PM
reading whitepapers is a great source of information for new people to the cryptospace, alot of these concepts seem very not needed sometimes I recommend you new folks to read Mybit whitepaper it will definetely open your eyes to a few pockets of the blockchains usage with certain sectors of the cryptosphere.

Anybody else has a couple of informative whitepapers, that opened your eyes to a certain technology or undervalued market or just good information?
Im about to read deeponion's!
If they want to understand what is the project all about they need to read and ofcource to understand and to make idea.

1159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etbc Airdrops on: February 25, 2018, 12:29:46 PM
If you haven't been to the new Ebtc website you owe it to yourself to head over there and have a look.  You need to do it before February 28 if you would like to take part in a massive airdrop that is coming up around March 3. You need to be signed up in order to take part in the upcoming drop. Ebtc will be rewarding its holders with not only their airdrop, which will match its current holders on a one to one basis, but they are also becoming quite active in the ICo's and airdrop's of other coins.  They are beginning to be known as an airdrop entity in the up-and-coming crypto currency boom.  They help introduce new coins that have potential as well as help with the marketing and oversight of their airdrop's.

This is to your advantage if you have signed up for the upcoming airdrop from Ebtc because not only will you be able  to take advantage of their upcoming airdrop, but you will also be eligible to receive airdropped coins of the companies that they decide have merit .  Ebtc has partnered with several companies already to handle their airdrop campaigns and more are on the horizon.  Ebtc is working hard  to ensure success of these new coins and they have entered into agreements which are beneficial to the new startups and holders of Ebtc as well.

If you hold at least 100 Ebtc in your wallet at the time of the airdrop, and have signed up at "http://etherbtc.io", you will be eligible for the  Etbc drop as well as the new coins that Ebtc  airdrops for other companies as well.  The main requirement is that you have at least 100 Ebtc  in your wallet.  The price of Ebtc at the time of this writing  is 69 cents. For $69  you can buy 100 Ebtc and become eligible not only for this airdrop but for the upcoming airdrops as well. As you can imagine, this could become highly lucrative in the long term.  This is a golden opportunity that you can't afford to overlook.

While it is true that some aspects of the Etbc community have been busy preparing for upcoming airdrops, and taking care of all necessary business and paper work, the Etbc production team has been busy working on the Etherbtc network and scripts to improve the scheme of it's platform.  The Ebitcoin foundation is a global community of business professionals who volunteer their time and provide oversight to both the Ebitcoin Ecosystem and the eBtc token.

Ebtc has an edge over all existing cryptocurrencies on the Ethereum blockchain,  as no other token on  Ethereum including Eth itself is capable of  sending multiple payments in a single transaction. Ebtc allows holders to make up to 255 payments in a single transaction saving large amounts of time, energy and cost.

Don't join airdrop if you dont familliar them because some of them are not good so its is better participate bounty for now.
