821  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex Removes Almost 100 Trading Pairs on: March 21, 2020, 02:53:51 AM
Link to the news https://www.bitfinex.com/posts/466

From a business point of view, I find legitimate to remove underperforming coins/pairs. Bitfinex isn't the first and not the last to do it, as they say, it will help to consolidate and improve liquidity. It still one of the top exchange platforms by volumes.

They also delisted  ~50 trading pairs 2 weeks ago for the same reason of low liquidity, look like Bitfinex is in a serious spring cleaning period.

"increasing competition within the altcoin space," considering 99% of altcoins are useless, even if it was bananas it would be the same
it is also a big help in the market removing those useless coins /tokens can help to trader's determine what will be good coins to choose to invest. There are many choices already and removing those low liquidity coins can help also to increase the volume of other coins thats not belong to the coins that will not delist.

Hope other exchange will also do the same we have many shit coins now in tha market and having many coins is not really help the market to grow.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty group is dead on: March 20, 2020, 11:17:05 AM
When managers requires you to join their personal telegram group, they want to increase their userbase so that they can show it off to the projects that will hire them.

And if you can see the bounty these days, it's very saturated and not the same as before anymore.
Also having that channel will aelp them to easily accept to manage a bounty from thier target ICO.

If they see many member's in that channel they can easily decide to accept since they are potential investors they target from the channel other than bounty participants .

Both manager and project owner will benefit with that thats  the reason why  bounty managers are prepared.to have thier own channel .
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SOW SeedofWorld [TOKEN ERC20] 🔥🚀🚀AGRICULTURE SYSTEM🚀🚀🔥 on: March 20, 2020, 09:39:00 AM
no potential customers from this forum? why no one is posting or commenting on your thread other than you?
I will say there should some of users, because this thread viewed more than by 440 times, but maybe they reach the dev through telegram group instead of this thread, so looks like there's no activity unless an update news. And I also think he's doing good thing, because post a new update is better than click the bump button.

Hey dev, I see on the roadmap this SOW token will be present at least in 5 exchanges, which exchange that you are targeting?

Hello! Thanks for your question. We will start next month on Lukki.io. Our desire is to list SOW in quality markets, this will depend on the initial acceptance of the project and the collection obtained. If the results are good then we can face listings in good quality markets. Regards!

Meaning you dont have plan yet where should be listed it will only be dependent if how much your ICO raised ?

Not good things to do, you should have plan already where is your target exchange to list your coins before the ICO finish.

Having that idea only means the ICO will only be dependednt to investors you will  do nothing if you dont raised enough funds for this.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop Discussion on: March 20, 2020, 08:09:03 AM
This year I earned over 70$ from airdrops so far, the fact is many don't pay, it's like gambling just like bounties, to have better chance of getting paid I go after listed airdrops only and it's working
this year I don't think the airdrops are still profitable but you have earned over $70? not bad ha, I guess this year is better unlike in the last year. I miss so much profitable airdrops in the year 2017.

You should also ask if that  reward came only on one airdrop bounties?

Maybe they recieve that in many different airdrop campaign and not only one airdrop.

The choices is good if you will only choose an airdrop that listed in exchange already .but not all the time  you will be lucky to have a large rewards sometimes you will only get small rewards and ive been doing that before so i have an idea.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Overview List of Exchangeable Bounty Campaign on: March 20, 2020, 07:10:14 AM
Nice thread OP but the truth is most if these exchanges have no good volume for example that HITmex exchange is a complete waste of time, the best on your list is sypce that get listed on BW and Probit
Actually yes . But the only goals of those list is all of them is tradeable and all bounty hunter's  are sure that they can sell all the tokens in exchange once bounty finish.

They need to also choose what they think is good for them before joining .there are many choices they can check every campaign  and check also the prices and volume.
826  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coronavirus scam email - do not donate bitcoin on: March 20, 2020, 03:25:01 AM
I am not surprised that scammers decided to deceive people in this way.

they will find a way to scam people , this coronavirus threat is also big opportunity for them by faking a donation, 1 people donate will be a big funds for them since they are claiming they are WHO representative . Which we all know many people need help in terms of health world wide now.
Mosty WHO will only ask for donation like medicines and other medical services and there is no way they will ask for bitcoin so always be careful for your money think twice before sending.
827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How bitcoins is helping during the lockdown on: March 19, 2020, 03:54:56 PM
I don't know how bitcoin will help during lockdown. Because you could only make transaction between blockchain but if you are unable to cash out on real cash then bitcoin wouldn't help you on that case. For real cash you have to go bank, exchange or ATM where support bitcoin withdrawal. But if lockdown means everything will be locked. Really feeling bad because of world crisis due to COVID-19. Should be fine everything as soon as possible otherwise global economy will collapse totally and we will face more problems especially for foods.

Depend on the country in my country you can use it to widraw directly to your bank account so its big help for us mostly this time. You can also convert your crypto to our local currency and widraw in remmitances .

And this lockdown time every remitances and bank is open so your crypto can be use as emergency funds incase you needed it and you dont have enough budget that you can use to buy basic needs like foods.
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How bitcoins is helping during the lockdown on: March 19, 2020, 12:54:59 PM
1. I am reluctant of taking the currency notes because it is a possible medium of spread , Bitcoin helps me sending to whoever accepts

2. My brother isn't able to come personally to take money. I am using ETH and also digital payment to send money.

in the end they will still use paper money after cashing it out to local currency.

Its good if the money never hold by those affected but what if they do. Then there are also potential risk  that they will also chance that you will be affected using that paper money. We will only reducing the risk by using crypto to send money but if there are no store that will accept crypto  directly as payment you qill experience the same risk . I hope many department store accept crypto payment this time since it is more important and  we really need this time to stop the spread of virus.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are having rough days, are you still a HODL? on: March 19, 2020, 12:13:06 PM
Like the subject said, are you still holding cryptocurrencies?

For me, Yes, I am.  Smiley

But how I go through this “Darkness Before the Dawn”?

Looking for airdrop everywhere.  Cheesy

That's the only way I can feel a little warm.  Kiss

Bros, if you hold Monero, I suggest you get Poporo,it seems to be a new and nice project.

I put the website and an article for this project, if you hold monero, you can check.  Cheesy

http://poporo.io/

https://link.medium.com/LVjLUaxTT4

At first i think you are encouraging us to continue holding all the coins we hold as its what's the title indicate ,

Then at the end you are given the link to the fork of monero, its another advertising way  (lols).

It can help if you can manage to make article in many different crypto social channel like steemit ,medium and publishox it will help to get more people know about the fork that will happen .

Ill never trust this fork but i just give you suggestions than having many different thread here.
830  Other / Meta / Re: Where to post a giveaway? on: March 19, 2020, 05:55:37 AM
I post my giveaways in the collectibles and games sections, but goods might also be appropriate depending on what you’re giving away and how you’ll be doing it. Since you are requesting people register for a site though and aren’t giving away a collectible (I once had an auction moved from collectibles because it contained hard to find mining equipment), maybe the services section might be appropriate as you are requesting a service and offering a payment, which isn’t really a giveaway.

Thanks.  Yes, it is difficult to find the right place to put a giveaway and it can be quite subjective depending on the giveaway itself and the method.

I am ok with being asked to move or putting it in the right spot, but deleting the post without any context does not help me solve the problem.

Appreciate it.

games and rounds is the right place to put your giveaway if its in btc or usdt but you need to remove the referal link if you dont want your thread to be deleted.

If its related to altcoin the right section will be bounties (altcoin)  .

If you want to put referal link you can have this in your signature instead of  having a thread.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: March 19, 2020, 03:14:24 AM
Pumps can happen from the words out of two lips and this has been proven by the famous advisors during the ICO craziness. The advisors prefer to promote the project in their social circles and the followers are bombed with the paid shillings. Sad but true, unfortunately.

its happen before but i dont think this things will work again in the current market we have right now.
Every single words from popular crypto influencer they listen and that's happen only in bullish market way back 2017-2018  .

Those influencer reputation now has been damage  and no one believe in them in terms of crypto currency investing.

of course. Vitalik Buterin is the first who comes to my mind. everything that the Vitalik will say about ETH will have a strong impact on the project. The community of this project is very responsive to his words. CZ is also one of the most influential figures in this market.

there are also many project that he became advisor and it help those project to be successful but in the end this give also negative impact to ethereum price until now.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token burning on: March 18, 2020, 01:20:51 PM
Burning tokens is only effective if the token is useful and have high demand too, few new projects only have this burning feature to offer and today they are suffering on exchanges due to low trading volume, if a token is demanding and burning takes place the value will surely go up
because they are only creating the idea  of less supply increase the price but actually this is not how it works.
Since they have no experience in the market they do not have any idea what will be the things to help the price increase if they this burning method.

They are just using the same idea to other's that having it, but they dont review the price of the tokens in the market and check if what is the real problem having a burning scheme.
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token burning on: March 18, 2020, 10:30:54 AM
Hey

I have noticed a few projects that developed a deflation system for their coins/tokens called burning.

They burn their tokens on a special occasion or simply when someone pays their product with the native token. They burn few percent of the price.

What do you think about this? Imo, if people actually buy the produc then it can really reflect the price of a coin?

Let me know what you think.

The price of coin depend on the demand even they burn all of the supply it will never change .
Burning is a way to only reduce the supply in the market but it never help to have the demand , it will only help if they have a way to make people aware about the tokens and increase the community they have and make more promotion so there will be more people buy it.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for the new airdrop? There you are on: March 18, 2020, 06:53:46 AM
1:1 claim ratio

It's free candy, better than nothing

The webstie poporo.io I can open it normally.
its working now maybe i have just problem with my internet connection that time, however no clear  explanation about the fork in the website's and how we can claim the 1:1 coins.

Also i found out that they are only few people know about this fork base on the channel .

Did they plan to announce the fork to other popular crypto news so many people can participate about the fork
835  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptotalk Future on: March 18, 2020, 04:47:12 AM

Ther user who I mentioned on my post was now removed so they are clear with no more new members on their forum. So it becomes like a private chat room, cryptotalk is no more a forum?

It's more like a private forum, this is the only private forum I've known, this is because of people who wants easy money and I think it will stay that way for more months, most of the cities are lockdown and many people are looking for work at home job and they don't want avalanche of spammers in their website.
they should open it for public since that was the reasons for forum to be created.

Traffic is what they needed if they want it to have visitor's  in that forum.

Not accepting new member's will reduce the potential visitors that they can have.

Why not having a competition that having a good topics will be rewarded  with btc in that way their forum will became home not only for spammers.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins will grow in price faster if the market recovers? on: March 18, 2020, 03:21:44 AM
Many of you advise me to buy Ethereum. But the value of this coin on which the price growth depends is the appearance of successful ICO's on its platform. If they become popular again, then Ethereum will increase in price, otherwise everything will depend only on speculators.
And in relation to Bitcoin, Ethereum is still very weak.
If we will only base on success of the project using eth platform then the price of eth will be harder to back again.  Since we all know only few project have been  successful to raised fund with this market.
Other project not even get the softcap they target . What ever kind of crowdsale it is its very difficult now for them to survive and have investor's .

Loosing the trust of investors is the most diffult thing's eth platform have right now.

839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I restart a dead altcoin and continue the development?? on: March 17, 2020, 07:56:09 AM
Is not the project that has been abandoned is no longer trusted by the community so that many leave it?
Continue to be here want to run on the development I think it needs from the beginning again because the project is dead so it's better with a new name or a new project with a new concept then I think it will be more appealed to have to continue the project that was abandoned.
Need to persevere in building a solid project and team to market it.
Same suggestion's with me,if you have a good idea that you think will have more support from community its better to have your own and start from scratch it is the same as making alive a dead project. The things better if you are the owner you have the control of the supply when ,where. What will the plan to supply distribution.

If you dont know how to make your own then you can hire a blockchain developer to make them for you.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Overview List of Exchangeable Bounty Campaign on: March 17, 2020, 06:34:10 AM
