They are just miss understood why this bitcoin created and  the purpose of developer creating this digital money. They only think they can easily earn money from it because of many people earn from bitcoin price increase from the fast years and many became rich from it .the other reason is the person who share this misinformation to other people without deep  understanding how it works.

Not really we are just  experience congesting in transaction right now that's why its asking for high fees while exchange use custodial wallet which you don't have control and they are the one who can set fees for you to pay .

Not fully  restored they are just giving it back the money to real owner  that he plan to run so he will not go to jail a wise decision for him . but if I am the one who invested I will never think to invest again to a person that tryng to run my money . I think the reason why the adoption is slower than what it should be is beacause of many fake mentor that teach them wrong way they dont understand bitcoin properly and other crypto currency they are taking advantage of bitcoin to make scam investment .

I don't think this is the reason , uni tokens is not related to other crypto currency and it will not also trigger the market to create dump . Also they give free money so i don't think this can have bad affect in the market since many traders is also looking for opportunity having this coins . Having a demand of that currency means new cycle of money  and it will not create negative impact in the market
