I hope all of our suggestions here can be considered by the Moonbet development team.
so, if MBET can be used to bet on its own platform, it will make the MBET token seem to have a clear function or value and not just for trading or just holding it.

If you do a back reading on previous post especially last year when they first launch there signature campaign. Many users already point out the lack of utility of there tokens in the casino because it only serves as reward token without any function aside from selling it or stake it(not sure if this feature already available). The considers it too before but until I’m surprised that it’s not implemented. I doubt that reviving this subject matter to them will gonna make any changes because they should done it at the first place when they stat to introduce MBET tokens. ( OP claims he lost his phone, thus access to duckdice, email, etc), so what I'm saying, the real owner of the account always played on it from other types of devices , never phones.. But OP didn't have any way of knowing that, so the story I lost my phone and can't access my account anymore made sense to him. A point I've made earlier aswell, which he ignored as it doesn't fit in his trying to takeover a HR account scenario. Regardless think we've adressed this matter enough and as long as there are no further clarifications needed I won't be addressing this thread anymore. OP I think the solution to this case is quite simple, you say you lost your phone, so you only played at the casino using your phone something that the casino is denied and they confirmed that the owner of that account did not enter the casino using the phone, then the casino says that you don't even know the email used to create an account at that casino, so you also don't know your email address that you created an account at the casino? at least you don't remember your email that you created account at the casino? how is this possible? you played with millions of dollars but you didn't enter the casino with a computer and you only entered by phone? don't you think this story is very strange?

If Duckdice has your documents with which you did the KYC verification, it is enough for you to send the same documents from the new e-mail and the case should be clear. However, Duckdice does not confirm that this account did KYC verification. The question is, does Duckdice actually have KYC documents or not? edit/ Could you provide screenshot from conversation where Duckdice confirm that this account already passed KYC verification? to the krito i think he is from support team of duckdice.io as well.

If you're a genuine gambler and didn't break any rules, just post the complete accusations and mention the casino name, no need to hide it. Because this will make the other gamblers get warned and it will push the casino to solve the case. Since you're said the casino is big and popular in this forum, I don't think it's should be worried since they're really care with their reputation in this forum except 1xbit.
About what OP can accuse casino? Every casino has the right to undertake this type of procedure, unless it does not have it written in the ToS, but I have not yet met one that would not have mentioned the right to do it. |
