Would really like the opportunity to short Western Union, with Bitcoin. Poetic, kinda.

Anybody knows what is going on with DGEX? I know it has been hard for them, but atleast the site was working. Now it seems none of the links are working.. I still have my stake on there as I couldn't get a wallet loaded with some FIMK from faucet to withdraw it a while ago..

Anybody can help or get me in contact with someone from DGEX?

983  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Physical Crypto General Discussion on: July 23, 2015, 03:44:14 PM
Is it me or does sometimes it feel like we just keep passing around all of these coins to each other.  I for one am buying and stashing them away.  Whats everyones thoughts on the distribution of physicals?

I used to think this around 1 year ago. I would have thought the earlier holders have all they want by now, less the odd special coin that comes along.
I think we were trying to get a collection like Goat, no?  Tongue
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Banx Shares - Bitcoin profits paid monthly on: July 17, 2015, 11:17:01 AM
I think stereotype forgot to log in to his shill account....

Here's what he posted just in case you missed it before he deleted the post:

"If only you peeps would give as much attention and questioning to Mark, on where these revenues for these dividends come from, and what happens when the longest ICO ever, comes to an end, instead of criticising someone who has highlighted why this is a Madoff ponzi in the making.

Two points have been made that need addressing. Someone mentioned that no-one would film themselves and then turn scammy. I suggest you educate yourselves with Danny Brewster and NEO-BEE.
The other point was the bigmanintown threatening legal stuff on people. Big mistake there @bigman. Best you actually do it before you lose any credibility you may have left. Here, i challenge you to get this process started......Banx is nothing more than smoke and mirrors, or put another way, a working Ponzi. Sue me."
Wow. This place is nuts. So mid-edit, and i seem to have acquired my very own autoshill poster. Never had another account other than this one for two years.

There you go again. Shoot the messenger, cos you cant handle the truth, eh? Wake up people.
I just found it strange that you would delete a post, which sounded very like one slyy had posted....
I get that. But me and slyy are just the audible minority who choose not to be silent, while Mark et al, delete posts relating to perfectly valid questions regarding the bot that buys shares on the order book. There are many here who cant wait to see how Mark is going to turn this into the viable business he thinks it should be. Cos as i said, right now, the flow of any value/funds/divs etc, is flowing very Ponzi-like.

@bizzyb Why do i care? Cos i dont want to see yet another Bitcoin scandal shit all over this space, and my existing Bitcoin, by expert spin-marketeers like Mark, and choose to delete many posts and/or not answer them. That is a red flag right there. Thats worth waking up to, IMO.

Genuine question.....Have you guys seen any form of transparent financial P+L yet, for the last 6 months?

@timmyd. Youre grammer is awful. Are you sure your education is allowing you to make the right decisions? I have only one account here. Are you calling me a liar timmyd?

987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: The Official Mastercoin Foundation, Master Protocol & Mastercoin Thread on: July 03, 2015, 01:06:23 PM
nah i mean it is a 99% decline form 100mio is extreme, most others fall form 10-4 to one mio (75-90% decline).
100mio to 1mio is a hole new scale. For this loss there must be happen something serious wrong.

The fairest amongst the reasons, would be to say the team over promised and under delivered. Others may say, a few members of the team are/were deluded, and full of shit.

Currently trying to fill the gap. Big shorts @ 1.1160, i would say.
989  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: June 06, 2015, 07:50:01 PM
The cartel has always worked in long time frames (decades and even generations) and relatively small investments such as a few $billion here and there (given their $3+ trillion Black Budget fund admitted by former defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld and documented in numerous other ways hence) to wipe out a resistance in order to usher in the $300+ trillion wealth grap in the NWO. Come on, you guys are not even bacteria on a flea's ass.

Why do human's have such myopia with conceptualizing relative size?

I was pointed here by a answer of yours to a friend's post. Since then I've been incessantly reading your posts and -man- it's been a wonderful drawing of sane thoughts so far (still have a lot to read - but not currently have the time, will definitely will, though). I quoted the above lines from you because I utterly think it's one of the most important quotes one can read on this forum / thread.

Perspective. That's what we humans as species lack of. Only a handful of people have it and it's not because of their excessive IQ over the rest, but because of their plane of view. Take for example an ant. It works with its colleagues while a drop of water falls right beside it. Under no circumstances this ant could be certain if a rainfall is coming or this was a drop of water from a leaf. Another ant which is on the top of a hill can certainly be more accurate.

Critical mass is also a thing. Our physis implies that the smarter is the most resilient throughout the years. Take for example the ice age; there were many stronger races than ours (ie:homo sapiens) yet; we survived because of our adapting capabilities AND team work. The direct connection of those towards the years to come is based on the very same capabilities as species. Not everybody has to make the choice. A critical few though, that will form the critical mass, will definitely will have to.

Thanks again for your great posts. I'll be diving in again, sooner than later. Smiley
If thats not reverse psychology, then i have definitely lost the plot.
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET trades on Poloniex as UNITY, asset id 12071612744977229797 on: June 05, 2015, 09:05:14 AM
When you realize how much time, effort, and money you've waisted.

When you realize that despite copious funding, time, and effort NXT and SuperNET still don't do a single thing well and they're just hype stacked on hype...all the way down.

Not sure what your antennae is tuned to, ICE. If its one thing NXT does not do, at all, is hype. COINTROPOLIS saw that hype and marketing took a loooong vacation.
If you are saying NXT/SuperNET should be used more to justify the time, and effort, and asset funding, i would tend to agree.

991  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Selling quality collectable Casascius coins........ on: June 02, 2015, 03:21:01 PM
27.5BTC inclusive shipping
Im thinking, more like 35BTC.....Inclusive of shipping, of course!
992  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Selling quality collectable Casascius coins........ on: June 02, 2015, 06:50:02 AM
I would offer 27BTC

I would be happy to buy at this price, myself.  Wink
993  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Selling quality collectable Casascius coins........ on: June 02, 2015, 06:48:33 AM
How much for the gold 1BTC?

Dont have one for sale.
994  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Selling quality collectable Casascius coins........ on: June 01, 2015, 01:57:12 PM
Is the 25BTC still available?  Huh

It is. I was offered 30BTC, and i turned it down. So any sale needs to be higher than this.  Smiley
995  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: May 29, 2015, 10:17:35 AM

We offer tokens for sale that allow you to consult with us to extend both our tech and our financial engineering see https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1FMyNvogofqojqG6nkIjgvvjAnsWs1qOtKUFExvtp_m0/pub?start=false&loop=false&delayms=10000 and use this link to purchase them http://veritaseum.com/index.php/buy-veritas/quick-start-guide. So, if access to the client code is something that a client really wants, I'm sure we can work something out.

I threw 1BTC at this when you first released it a little while back. Is this tradeable now?
996  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: May 21, 2015, 07:46:14 AM
For the people clambering on about phone mining, listen to this:

https://m.soundcloud.com/elux-1/21-inc-embedded-engineer-on-whaleclub-teamspeak

Thank you. Very interesting. Cool stuff. But...

It still sounds like just processing and relaying transactions. I don't see how these devices would ever find a block, or ever get paid out even if they did.

Doesn't sound like the block rewards are the goal though... Very interesting...
Yep, thats what i got from it.

Sounds like we have fast forwarded to the time we are approaching 21M bitcoins, and this stuff would be the answer to no more block rewards. No?
997  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Pre-Order - 5" Bitcoin Bar (10-packs for $300) - Only 6 out of 10 left available on: May 20, 2015, 04:26:36 AM
Can these only be bought in packs of 10? Would love to just buy one Smiley

998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: May 20, 2015, 04:24:52 AM
that's ok.  there are hundreds if not thousands of businesses that could eventually participate.

fine, but if the proverbial "developing country" person is shopping for a water heater, she is just shopping for a water heater. not for the best combo heater/miner that heats water just right and contributes to the decentralization of the bitcoin network.

but yes, just speculating anyway. special thanks to smooth, your recent posts have been very stimulating.

true, this won't be for everyone.

but i think these companies could be building their own virtuous cycles on top of Bitcoin which could cause the next bull run in price.  if so, how would that affect the developing country person's decision making?  pay full price for an ordinary water heater, or almost free for one with a Bitcoin miner built in?

Having though through the business opportunity, you would give free installation, and subsidize their electricity, if you really wanted to disrupt and make bitcoin boom, you would pick places where there is big government subsidizing of electricity. (Thinking Argentina or Venezuela,) and in effect you would export the subsidized electricity and sell some bitcoin into that market to pay for the electricity, it's a win win or all. :-)

you know what i'll do?

buy a few extra batteries, keep them rotating thru charges free at work, while keeping the phone constantly mining at full capacity.

I'll raise you,  and out bid your phone and get into the home business of making yogurt or drying paint or making candles with the extra heat.

And i will be using a spare Kw or so, via the combustion engine, on my way to work/at work/travelling etc.

Any theories on the NXT price increase today?

For me, it was the obvious exposure NXT will get, if this becomes a reality.....

Lovely looking coin.  Cool

Not sure about cost though. By the time postage outside US is added, the price is a tad unattractive, for me.

Good luck with sales, nonetheless.  Smiley
