I do not think it will happen now a days, i do not think also how the government impose tax in every transaction we made it is digital currency or decentralized currency which is no physical money involved with it. Also government will use only 1 bitcoin wallet and we will register with our identity to trace who is the person behind in every transaction but i do no think government will do that. Way back 2 years ago there are legit cloud mining site (I forgot that site but i am participated on that site) which has lots of investors and supporters but suddenly bad something happen on their management and they turn to scam. Then after that i do not see any legit cloud mining site until now most of them are only wanting to scam investors and their target is the users who are greedy to make income. They post great screenshot with withdrawal to show that their site is legit but in behind those proof is not legit.

I think there is not need to disclose your income in bitcoin since it is decentralized currency it will not be subject on tax declaration.

As far as i know china is the first country which bitcoin is declare as legal digital currency and next would be in usa and so on some country start to adopt bitcoin also but there are also countries banned bitcoin because their government are against in decentralized currency. And here in my country even it is not yet full adopted we are free to used bitcoin.

Correct when the value of coins are falling specially on bitcoin you should hold it and the value will recover after the big dump happen. Panic selling will result to loosing the opportunity to earn more profit, if you are in crypto world you should know that value are volatility when you invest you should set the target amount to sell your coin to avoid panic selling.

For me there is no late to invest in crypto currency if you have still enough money just invest it now because i know that bitcoin will increase its valur before this year end, and you already regret on not investing earlyier make sure you invest right now and not regret for the second time around.
