If you are asking if it's good compared to 99% of shitcoins, then yea. But if the question is if it's better than ADA, EOS, ETH, NEO; I would answer no to that personally.
The coin feels severely overpriced to me personally.
The one attribute they beat the other smart contract coins on though is whitepaper writing. Like Vitalik said, Crtl+C then Crtl+V is a much faster and more efficient way of writing a whitepaper.
Agree. TRON is just a coin that is overhyped and overpriced compared to all the other coins, in my opinion. TRON"s tech is not solid enough to support this level of hype and value. |

Hi, I see a lot of members waiting for like 7 days and they didn't getting any profit.. After 14 days the price is dropping.. They screaming on bitcointalk and Twitter.. (some of them  ) My answer.. Just wait! - Developers can't work 24 hours a day - don't check the twitter or ANN every hour  - a project in blockchain isn't a job for a week.. Be patient.. If you wait a year or a couple of months you get much more profit.Agree. People who are not patient and overtrading are basically losing money every single day. Those long term holders will get good profit and enjoy their life at the same time. |

It is extremely hard to time the market. I think if you are really into crypto, you should hold your position and buy BTC/ETH when the market is panic. |

A while ago i went all in ZClassic and bought about 365 Coins when the price was about 2$ per coin, but i decided to sell a couple of days after.
Two weeks later zclassic mooned and i could make about 80k now.
i learned my lesson in the hard way..
Trading too frequently is definitely not good unless you are trading genius. The best way to profit in crypto space is holding the coins (in your opinion) that has long term potential. |

i have witnessed in this forum that many good answers don't get any merits as they should. i have been trying hard to give quality answers upto my knowledge but merit god doesn't seem to be impressed. i would like some suggestions from OGs to help me getting some merit and improving my btc forum rank. thank you. One of my friends has purchased 100K BCN. But some people say BCN is a shitcoin and stay away from it.
Is it really a SHITCOIN that we should not waste money on it? How you see that particular coin?
If a coin is suddenly pumped a lot out of nowhere, it is highly possible to be a shitcoin. BCN, in my opinion, is just a mediocre coin that is pumped hugely. |

So this happened to me twice this week, first I sold Bitcoin Cash and the next day, it started booming and has not up considerably and still going strong, then I sold Golem and boom it goes too.
What do you do in such situations? When you finally sell for a small profit after a long wait but then you realize that you missed on big profit with you bad timing.
How do you deal with this? Any tips to minimize this or overcome after such bad timing decisions?
One way to deal with this is that you just don't sell when the RSI is low. The key is still patience. If you have the patience, you will be able to overlook all those up and downs in crypto space and hold your coins wisely. |

I think Ethereum will be higher. I noticed that some of the BTC maximalists have been converted recently (saw on twitter). One of the reason is that they are able to see that there are a lot of new innovation in the field other than BTC. ETH is, in my opinion, the most solid project out there. |

I still recommend using a hardware wallet over the safety benefits though.
I am still using MEW. The reason is 1) I am using a hardware wallet (no chance for my private key to be hacked). 2) I am using the legit chrome extension of MEW, which is a offline version of MEW (not affected by the recent hack). |

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years)  and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions? Holding is good only if the coins you hold are legit and promising. You probably don't want to hold these highly risky altcoins for such a long time. It is better to hold big cap coins than some low cap altcoins for long term. |

I'm generally curious right now at what other people have experienced when investing in an ICO.
From my understanding, ICOs are the new "HOT" shill out there and I honestly haven't really heard of ANYONE making any money on one yet. They get pumped with advertisements on CMC and elsewhere, all sorts of hype starts flying around from everyone trying to shill it. The "developers" of the coin/token release X amount at $X per, and then when everything goes live, it's been down hill.
I'm interested to hear about losses and/or gains that you've experienced in previous ICOs you've invested in...and no, this is not a shilling ground, so please don't just start shooting what you think will be the next big thing, because I won't believe you.
Invested in ETHlend. I got a overall 4x ETH return. Kind of too greedy to not sell at 10x ETH. I also invested in remme, sold at a 30% loss in the bear market. It is hard to get into hot icos nowadays. It is better for you to join some pool investing group to get the presale bouns. |

The fake app endemic is not stopping on Google Play Store Just last week, we had reported that Google Play is hosting a disturbing amount of cryptocurrency phishing applications. The fake MetaMask app is at least the fourth phoney app to get through Google Play, after at least two fake MyEtherWallet apps, and a fake Poloniex phishing app. It is not known whether a lot of users have fallen for the previous scams, but the app was downloaded more than 500 times, according to Stefanko. The reviews for the MetaMask app on the Play Store however show that at least a few users have fallen for this scam. “The owner of this app is a thief. He stole all my Ethereum. Please block the owner of this application. It’s a scam app”, one user complaint. “Spam Site [app]. I lost $2700”, another user said in his review. It is worth noting that Metamask does not itself have any app on Google Play Store. It comes as a web browser extension for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. As of press time, the app seems to have been deleted or removed from the Play Store. EOS could be the new ADA (hyped to 20B marketcap), but it will unlikely to be a successful project, IMO. NEO's ecosystem is becoming more and more mature. So I prefer NEO over EOS, in terms of future potential. |

Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
It is normal. There are a lot of factors why this can happen. One of them is related to the delay caused by the prolonged KYC process. Another one is delayed by the mainnet release. |
