Can this escrow service protect me from the buyer, who claims that he hasn't received the goods, or in case when he replaced the goods during the inspection and sent back?

But it urgently needs some support from its dev. The Windows wallet (v10.2.2) from the fastcoin website seems not to sync. Some posts above someone says to go back to v8.7.2. The top post of this thread says something about v8.7.4. The bootstrap.dat to get started with a new wallet is > 1.5 years old.
So first get this mess updated, then it really should be possible to get fastcoin listed on some exchange again.
Successfully synchronized from the beginning with version 8.7.2. You can find the latest blockchain snapshot here. Just unpack it using 7-Zip archiver or WinRAR to this folderr: C:\Users\Admin\ UserName\Roaming\Fastcoin. |

i received my card 2-3 days ago. It didnt take too long to arrive here in greece, i would say maybe 10-13 days. So that was nice. Other than this everything i try to do with this card fails and gets declined. I have activated my card through the phone number on the card, got my pin. Pin works, it is accepted in atm and i even used the option in xapo site where they send you an email and you can use the code they send you to reveal your pin. Its the same. So i assume my card is succesfully activated and should be working everywhere they accept visa. Well it works nowhere. I ve loaded bitcoin funds into my account, confirmations are way over 6, transaction to fund the wallet appears as complete and not pending. However i tried to order some stuff online and it got declined several times. Keep in mind that my virtua advcash card works on those places. Then i ve tried several times to withdraw from ATM and i always get the same message that my ballance is low and not enough. No matter the amount. And dont start me on the fees, the amount i try to withdraw is like 20-30 euro less than my ballance, so its way more than enough to cover the fees. Greece is in the supported countries where the card is shipped and should work. So what now??
As for me, I don't experience such a problem, quite the opposite, the card works much better now. I rarely use it online, but in the shops the number of declined transactions decreased significantly in the last two months. |

I'll send 1000FST to anyone who posts their FST address in this thread and says something positive about Fastcoin.
I like FST for really very fast transactions (I have never see any coin faster). It is one of the oldest coin in the market with stable network and alive development. I'll send 5000FST to anyone who tweets about how they want FST on Bittrex (link back here to show)

I was trying to top up Intertelecom, but for other providers the price is also significantly higher than in Xapo world (e.g., in 38% for MTS). |

I saw this and thought that they mean standard bitcoin network fee. Because, if the service charges a fee (even the minimum), they can't write that it is "free" or "our system does not charge a commission". How much they will charge in case when I will use BTC-e USD code? Is this fee fixed or will depend of BTC exchange rate? |

Not so good... The prices for mobile top-up are very high (maybe it is because the exchange rate), actually for my provider they are in 49% higher than in Xapo world. |
