The fee in 42 is recommended, but not mandatory. For manually created transactions, you can specify the size of fee or even send some of them without fee.

What if we increase the minimum recommended transaction fee in order to motivate PoW-miners (this will also increase the deflation rate)?

Coin max is 42.00000000. The emission is completed, all coins are mined. Current reward is only tx fee (PoW).
To get 42 via mining you can only on multipool prohashing.com - mine the most profitable coins and get paid in 42.



Over time, there will be less coins, because the tx fee is destroying in the PoS blocks, this process is slow and depends on the percent of PoS miners. Each coin will become more rare and valuable.
