641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Share your experience about cryptocurrency. on: July 15, 2018, 05:19:18 PM
How do you get to know about cryptocurrency?
What enticed you to cryptocurrency?
Have you ever regret been here?
What is your greatest Testimony so far?
What is the bad day you will never forget?
Your best bounty campaign ever?

Guys please share your experience.

the first time I get in here is I dont really know what I was doing. I was hooked in crypto because of the opportunity it gave to me. I dont regret for being in here. the bad day that I will never forget is when I sold my token so early, if only I dont sell it immediately, I will be profitable and I can build my own business right away.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: July 15, 2018, 05:13:25 PM
of course its good to invest if the price of your investment is cheap, cheaper than its price on its previous amount. you must be smart before investing, because once you made a mistake, you will lose your capital.
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to known a Scam ICO on: July 15, 2018, 05:06:41 PM
Please tell me how to known a scam ICO to protect myself
BTW now i should buy ICO coin or buy coin on exchange?
Thank so much
its really hard to tell if an ico is scam or not, so you should base on ico rating or other things like their seeing their public profile, etc.
by doing this, you can lessen the possiblity to be a victim of scam.
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty rewards Sell Immediately? or HODL! on: July 12, 2018, 02:18:16 PM
I have participated in a bounty campaign as of now. I am curious that when every ICO bounty rewards I join when it hit on an exchange after a day, the price of the token goes way below its price. As for me a bounty hunter, what is the best decision if I received my bounty rewards, do I need to sell it immediately? or hold it for more 2-5 months.
it is normal for the price of token that is recently listed in the market after the bounty campaign, because most of the bounty hunters are selling their token as early as they receive their bounty.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is etherium good for long term on: July 12, 2018, 01:39:15 PM
Can i trust on etherium project
I want to hold it for long term 5-10 years
Can i use hardware wallet (ledger or trezor)?

yes you can, ethereum is a good altcoin and its good for long term investment, if you are going to choose an altcoin that is good to invest then go for ethereum.
using hardware wallet is better because it is much safer than using other wallet.
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are "Stakes" in Bounty Campaigns? on: July 12, 2018, 01:15:42 PM
Can you please guide me what is the term "stake"?

Bounty campaigns are using this word/term and reward the bounty participants with stakes.

I would really appreciate if anybody here could guide me. Why don't they reward the participants in crypto currency or their own token? Why use this term and not simple points?

Thanks
stake is the word that is being used by the manager as the basement of your work. it is used to count your percentage on the bounty allocation for the campaign that you become part with.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: July 12, 2018, 12:47:10 PM
You are right the life of the most altcoins are no longer than 4 months. Thousands of altcoins are already dead. Strong projects and voluminous altcoins will survive.
it is because, most of the developers has no intention to continue their plans based on their platform, they already got their profit from their previous token sale that's why they decided to forget about it.
648  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is back ? is that good time to invest ? on: July 12, 2018, 12:37:05 PM
if you think that this is the right time to invest then go for it.
I think the same way, but sometimes you must think twice before considering your decision, because btc is unpredictable, its flow in the market is impossible to follow.
649  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think the price of BTC will drop to 4000 dollars? on: July 12, 2018, 12:22:13 PM
Currently BTC prices have been hovering at 6000, and if the BTC prices fell to $5000, $4000 should be not far off, the market is confirmed in the bear market, want to rise to $20000, you may need a couple of years. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

as you can see, $4000 didnt happen, the lowest price of bitcoin as of now is above $5000, and after that, its price is starting to increase, and there are some prediction that its price might reach $8000-$10000.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: July 12, 2018, 11:47:32 AM
My friend just told me recently that he is leaving the bounty that we both joined last January. The ICO has been delayed many times and it is getting longer. He said that the longer the bounty period of an ICO, the fewer the coins that you will earn. So it is true based from your experience? Should I also leave or stay?
I think it is the opposite, if your rank is higher than any other participants, the chance for you to gain higher percentage of reward in the bounty campaign is higher than the lower ranks if the campaign has a longer duration.
and you must learn to finish every bounty campaign you start, dont leave as long as it is not yet finish or considered as fail.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: July 08, 2018, 05:01:57 AM
Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
holding different crypto is better than putting all your funds in one crypto, even if it is bitcoin, you must divide your money so you have the opportunity to earn profit in different crypto's
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: July 08, 2018, 04:56:00 AM
product is very important for the project, without a product, there is no security for the investors, how will they know if they can earn back their investment if there is no product.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold all my ETH and bought ADA on: July 08, 2018, 04:50:26 AM
ADA is worth 1/10th of ETH in terms of market cap, but has so much more potential. Completely lost my confidence in ETH as new ICO's on decline, unknown inflation etc etc.
I think you did the right choice, I can see ada as a great altcoin, but we cant change the fact that ethereum is much valuable than it. but still, your own decision is your only basement, just trust your own decisions.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO on: July 08, 2018, 04:45:56 AM
Isn't scary to invest in ICOs now because ROI of latest ICOs is very low?
that's what many people see as of now, its true that the return of investment right now is very low, even for the ico who has the highest ico rating. most of the investors prefer to avoid investing as of now because of that reason.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it better to buy during ICO or Market? on: July 08, 2018, 04:41:49 AM
for me, its better to buy when it is already out in the market, because dumpers are on the market, you can buy a coin which is cheaper than its ico price.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: July 08, 2018, 04:30:20 AM
Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders
dumping of coins is not because of bounty hunters, only 1-2% of token are being distributed to the bounty hunters, and most of the token supply is on the hands of the developers team and also the investors. if the bounty hunters dump their bounties, it's just a small amount of percentage.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: July 08, 2018, 04:24:50 AM
I'm curious, how big are cryptos in your country? Are they still collectively referred to as bitcoin, or do news reports and local media actually dive into their merit and the difference between coins, projects, companies etc. I'm from Canada and most of the current news is wavering between reports of malware installing mining agents and the Canadian Security Exchange cracking down on ICO sales.
crypto become known in our country, it does have some news reports lately, it is being used to scam other people, most of the citizen in our country believes that bitcoin or any other crypto is scam.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term? on: July 08, 2018, 04:12:08 AM
Do you really look for a long term profit, like the people who had bitcoin in 2014 or are you here trying to get a quick buck with a minimum effort?
even if you wanted to had a long term profit, you cant do it especially a huge amount of profit with minimum effort. earning a profit through cryptocurrency is not easy as you think, you must still do the right thing with knowledge to earn like everyone wanted.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: July 08, 2018, 04:07:34 AM
it is much risky than buying an altcoin which is on top 100, because the top list is base on the everyday trading volume and its better to hold an altcoin which has a large trading volume than the lowest one.
660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaign are wastage of time? on: July 07, 2018, 09:41:05 AM
Guys do you think bounty are campaign wastage of time because of we take particiapate in bounty campaign it take 2 to 4 month time the end up and after end the bounty campain it would distribute the token after more 1 to 2 months.
So isn't wastage of time? After taking token you dont know what is the value of token or it is available in exchange or not.
no its not, actually bounty campaigns is such a great opportunity that is given to us, with these, we have the chance to have an income just by doing some work.
