82  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: January 09, 2017, 07:18:23 PM
I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts.

I don't think that PayPal is a scam, they are trusted financial platform which have been serve for many years.
Whenever any funds could not be retrieved and customer service didn't respond, that may some issues occurred, they are not perfect and it's your choice whether to trust them or not.
Judging by the indicators of popularity or the number of users in paypal, we can say with certainty that the payment system is a positive character.

Roll Eyes

85  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: January 07, 2017, 07:30:30 AM
From post to post you seem to be completely discarding the existence of web wallets. You may not like them, but you should accept their existence as well as the fact than many if not most Bitcoin users are actively using them. The two basic reasons are behind that, i.e. security and free of charge transactions. People don't want to get busy with securing their desktops and notebooks, nor do they want to pay transaction fees. In other words, if there weren't such wallets (and no exchanges either, where you still have to keep the funds), the Bitcoin price would mostly likely still be in single digits...

And you will have to admit this

I am not discarding the existence of web wallets, nor am I against them. But it's a fact that a lot people use them as a long term storage solution. That's what I consider to be a wrong thing. I definitely agree that for day to day transactions these web wallets come very handy with small amounts in comparison to system heavy desktop clients, but then in combination with small amounts only, and not where all people's coins sit there doing nothing. It's an unneeded risk people expose themselves to. But they somehow don't seem to realize that. If you look at blockchain.info, then it's a great thing that they supply you with your private keys. In case the site can't be accessed, you can still access your coins. That's not the case with all web wallets, and especially not with exchanges. That's basically what my concern regarding storing coins elsewhere is, and not small amounts that people use on a daily basis for whatever purpose.

Oh, really? I guess you may want to read your post again

I refer to your post which you so wisely excluded from my quote. In that post you basically claim that you "can't think of anyone actually wanting or needing a service to hold their coins". Ain't web wallets which you somehow omitted from mentioning actually proving the opposite and specifically serving that end? Namely, proving that people do not only want or need a service to hold their coins but are in fact already using such a service and most likely in great numbers?
I fully agree with your statements and agree that you can fully manage your bitcoin wallets and do not need any longer to create banks.
86  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: January 07, 2017, 07:26:12 AM
a large difference between real money with bitcoin is, with real money, you can exchange freely in the country that you live in, even very easy to use it anywhere, as long as it's still country. but you can not use bitcoin freely, because not all people accept bitcoin, and bitcoin not everyone knows.
When it comes to getting accepted as payment, fiat and bitcoins is the same when you're travelling the world. You don't have to pay someone using bitcoins directly. If you're in India (for example), and you tried to pay using dollars in a local store, would they accept it? No, because it's a foreign currency. You have to convert it first. Just like bitcoins, you have to convert fiat. There's no difference.
Thus it is a real currency will and does work in full force around the world. With bitcoin is still a problem to be taken wherever possible to go traveling. Yet exchange for mandatory Fiat.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is being told to people in High Schools about Bitcoin on: January 07, 2017, 07:16:30 AM
I would really say that in 10 standards there is no training about bitcoins in my country only 30% of people know about bitcoins and are using it,
when I was in class 12 except 2-3 child no one knows about bitcoins so it's not the good thing.
Bitcoin should also promote their company worldwide about awareness and would be really helpful to all people, I don't think so a teacher would also know about bitcoins so how they will teach us.
In your example, it is generally induced achievement. In my country, even these figures I would not call. People are adults who are aware of the bitcoin is very small, and the children, even in adolescence generally is not probably.
88  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: December 31, 2016, 10:49:54 PM
I think that these speculations regarding this issue is not worth a brass farthing. Why talk about what can not be determined. Bitcoin is a digital currency, as fiat real.
89  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin and Porn on: December 31, 2016, 10:45:15 PM
Some crazy guy somewhere is probably willing to throw virtual bitcoin money @ a stripper, just to see if she accepts his deposit.

Nothing can be done, life is such a thing, that there are such people.
90  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: December 31, 2016, 10:43:06 PM
Dont become too greedy and dont fall into any scam or ponzi  websites .u l end up loosing all ur bitcoins at last .i would recommend u to be focussed in ur signature campaign .
Probably the best way is calm and signatures campaign, but increase the bitcoin better with the right investment.

93  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: December 28, 2016, 08:39:14 PM

I have the same problem, in my country there are not too many options to spend my bitcoins.  However that does not worry me much since I am determined to save my coins as much as possible because for me they are a safe way to save my money in the medium term rather than a way to cover my daily expenses.

It is a common problem to the bitcoin users nowadays, but for sure time will come it will be solve and be easy for the user to spend it. And it is also good for you to know that despite of this problem you have you can save it in that way. And time will come if you have it amount in bitcoin for sure the value of it is already big.

the use of bitcoin in local shops is really still a problem in most of the areas of the world. but now as soon as the number of bitcoin users is increasing, the facilities of bitcoins in our local markets are also increasing, and hope that very soon we will be able to use bitcoin for trading everything in our local shops.

I also hope so. And in order to develop the infrastructure needed government support. Then people will feel free to use Bitcoins
If users bitcoin will not themselves promote something none of us will not do his, and no one will expand infrastructure. But everything is possible, everything will be in the future.
In some countries, already in many places it is possible to pay for a service, and for the goods via bitcoin. I wonder what happened to help achieve these opportunities. As the country's consent.
94  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: December 28, 2016, 08:33:23 PM
bitcoin is future money , bitcoin is invesment ..
do not afraid to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin increase huge price , and years to years increase's price

We may say that bitcoin is going to be the future money and it is a real good investment. But the fact that we need to believe bitcoin in able to help the adoption.

And in that way, we are going to contribute to the demand that is going to make the price of bitcoin increasing. You are right with that, we don't have to be afraid to invest.

But remember that investing in bitcoin is going to be risky as always because the chance of dumping is always there.
I am also of the same opinion. Bitcoin is the future and investment do better in this way. But the price of bitcoin in the future will be a good reward.
95  Other / Off-topic / Re: Save you Bitcoin for your (grand) child / children? on: December 28, 2016, 08:30:33 PM
I was hoping to use my bitcoin to startup a business. Not sure what I want to do with it just yet but I have a few ideas. If that pans out then there will be no bitcoin for my kids. Too bad they can work or takeover the family business if everything works out.
It really is better to take the money and invest in the family business, and his business has to transmit to children by inheritance. Rather than collect and store bitcoin, I hope for the good of their future.

I agree it is better to use it to generate more money for the family.  Your plan is actually briliant and if it become successfull, you can buy bitcoin more than just waiting and sitting your bitcoin idle in your stash.  There is no rule that you cannot buy bitcoin if you sold yours.  There are plenty in the trading platform, willing to take our fiat money in exchange of their bitcoin.  So I would sugget to go on if you are confident that your business will be  successful  then buy bitcoin out of that business profit to save for your kids.
If your business, and even bitcoin, then so it is possible and not only for children but also for the grandchildren to make good savings, the main thing that the business has been in demand.
96  Other / Off-topic / Re: How did you discover bitcoin? on: December 25, 2016, 10:12:47 AM
I was wondering how'd you discover or know about bitcoin? Did someone refer you? Did someone show you what you did? Through the news? Share something here.  Cheesy

Hi Buddy,
I didn't here about BTC. My boss said and explained about bitcoin that how precious bitcoin is. After that day i did research and joined this forum. Later on gradually I get to know about BTC.  Smiley
One day I saw on one site photos farms and more surprised at what fools think spending money on a number of cards. There still was a story about mining. I decided to read, and for this reason I'm here. I understand that I also want to be so stupid and earn bitcoin. Lol
97  Other / Off-topic / Re: Has a woman created Bitcoin? on: December 25, 2016, 10:07:44 AM
There is a very famous anecdote "Woman-programmer -. It's like a guinea pig nothing to do with the sea or with a pig," women are very peculiar and find his place everywhere.
98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: December 25, 2016, 10:01:19 AM
anyone knows porn site who accepting bitcoin as a payment? Not the cam one .

There are a lot of these sites where you can make the payment with Bitcoin, but as far as I know, none of the porn giants other than Xhamster are accepting BTC (may be due to ID requirement). A few of the websites which accept BTC are:

www.chaturbate.com
www.metart.com
www.porn.com
www.naughtyamerica.com
wow chaturbate accept bitcoin??? sound's great so far this is the best live cams, i'm familiar with this site even though i never joined this site before, so how it works?? they purchase tokens with bitcoin?? or tip with bitcoin directly??
While the other sites i never heard/visit them before.

Megaupload new version will get all kind of files, and i believe porn will be one of the files that will have several downloads, i dont see it to bee soo stupid, you pay to see quality porn or live cams, why wont you pay for a quality film? There are the free ways to watch porn but you got under the pop ups world, and its a disturbing thing. Bitcoin will grow in all industries its present like gambling and porn the main places where the bitcoins are being spent.
I don't get with those are pays for high quality porn, we all know that there are so many free porn sites out there i personally will pay only on live cams rather than video porn.
Good resources for personal interests. Well it is possible not to spend the cash and pay in bitcoin. This is a service I recovered.
99  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: December 18, 2016, 09:22:19 AM
I recommend the flash series, the way they construct their science fiction is one of the best I ever encountered so far. Other movies and series cannot be compared to it.
Yeah the Flash is pretty cool. I have been watching it since the Season 1. However, there are some points which are not very good and I think the directory should consider about changing or fixing it. First, Iris West is a bitch. Secondly, Barry Allen is absolutely stupid. These actors destroy the whole film Sad
In order for the film was a good need not only the plot but also good actors. Those that you cited the example of cheap, but on the other kind of money is not enough.
100  Other / Off-topic / Re: IS UFO or ALIENS are real ? on: December 18, 2016, 09:18:47 AM
UFO is real many video in youtube
but i never see it by my self Grin

about fact not only video
if use only video i think can manipulation
All high technology, we have received not by aliens. In fact, there is another explanation. In 1960, Frank Drake suggested search such signals in other star systems, using large radio dishes, which initiated the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI). Over the past half- century, we have got much more effective ways of communication around the world, than the transmission of radio and television signals.
That proves nothing. All we say that man is a rational being, so why does not explain all the high technology it is from the point of view of what people come up with it yourself, rather than borrowed from aliens.
