141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Making 1% Daily on: September 04, 2018, 07:32:20 AM
Hello,

Would it be possible to make 1% of your capital every day?

This would be 30% in a month, this is a lot.

It really comes to your capital:

1% of 100 would be 1$ daily, so 30$ on a month.
1% of 1000 would be 10$ daily, so 300$ month.
...

Is trying aiming at 1% daily too much? to ambitious?

making 1% daily is easy, but constantly making 1% daily for a long period is not that easy.  people tend to be greedy that's why they are not satisfied whenever they got 1%.  perfect example is the casino where people bet more and more even after winning good deal of money.  it's in the nature of human to be greedy.  only very few people learn not to be greedy, and they are the happiest and most contented people on this planet.
142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Big mistakes for a beginner in cryptocurrencies ✌ on: August 31, 2018, 04:34:14 AM
thanks for the article by OP.  it reminded me of the mistakes i had some years ago when i was just a newbie in crypto world - i had almost all the listed mistakes, 4/5 actually - wrong investment strategy, improper knowledge and lack of research, day trading on fuds.  and also, i tend to forget where i invested my coins in - not listing or recording the sites and not following up.  and sometimes i forgot my passwords that i didn't list on my notepad.

nice to see a bitcoin fork that does pos. can someone tell what is the roi per annum for btc2? and since this is a btc fork, do we need to download the whole bitcoin blockchain in order to stake?

You can find the ROI here: https://www.bitc2.org/#roi

Yes you need to download the blockchain in order to stake, but it is only less than 1.5 GB because it was pruned.

thanks for the info, the site provided answers to my many questions. the site also gives me more information than my possible questions. so the correct procedure is to install the wallet, import address thru bitcoin private key, then stake.  staking earns 177% while masternode earns 1168%, but requires 1000 btc2.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy ETH or not? on: August 31, 2018, 01:30:54 AM
Today i am decided to that i want to buy some ETH but in this bear market i have get panicked because ETH is continuously dying. So what should i do now? Can i invest in ETH or not? Please give me some suggestion.

i believe bull months are coming towards the end of the year.  the whole crypto has suffered alot in prices for more than half of the year.  it's gonna have some bull moments if not alot on the coming months.  if prices are not going to rise much, chances are that they are not getting alot lower.  so i believe buying eth is a good choice.  also, you can invest in other coins such as bitcoin and other top coins.

146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL is not advisable! on: August 29, 2018, 06:50:15 PM
OP has some point in it.  hodling isn't good for the crypto community as it prevents coin/token circulations and transactions.  it's for the society that instead of hodling, people learn to sell their coins at premium price - like placing a sell order on exchange at a higher than running price.  this way, it will help increase the price of the coin/token - a much healthier approach than just hodling.
147  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make a profit with the dump of the price in the market? on: August 29, 2018, 06:22:33 PM
if you believe the market is going to get dumped more, then exchange your tokens into usdt.  when you feel the tide has turned and market is begining to get bullish, exchange your usdt back to tokens.  this way, you're going to have more tokens than you originally has.

but if you really needed money now, there's no choice but to sell your tokens and buy what you need.

the masternode share vs pos is getting better.  it used to be around the same for mn and pos.  now doing the masternode has more rewards.  this difference would probably go wider if the exchange swap the old traw to new traw.  i hope to get 145k so i can try masternode for traw network.

Was with this coin since the waves platform days, it has really grown and matured.

actually the earliest was on the aurora platform, then the project switched to waves platform, then to traw's on blockchain.  then now to upgraded version of traw blockchain.  traw is getting better and better on each coin swap.

hi, this seems to be an interesting bitcoin fork.  i have some inquiries:
- why choose quark algo? is quark algo asic resistant?
- is there web wallet?
- is there blockchain explorer?

i am getting fewer stakes each day, around 3-4 now, down from 5-8 last week.  seems like more and more are staking their coins now.  maybe some prefer to switch from masternode to pos mode.
152  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: August 23, 2018, 12:48:07 AM
being just an ordinary person, i usually fall victim to greedness.  there are plenty of times where i should cashout when i didn't, thinking that my investment portfolio will continue to be profitable.

another thing with me is the feeling of loyalness.  once i invested in a certain crypto project, i tend to stay in for better or worse.  it  makes me feel unfaithful to leave the project.  this attitude is very wrong.

i suggest that we take regular breaks from crypto world to enjoy the things around us better.  and coming from these breaks, we can be more focused and have positive mindset during decision-makings.
153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or mining? on: August 23, 2018, 12:42:01 AM
do mining if you are techie and want to learn hardcore mining Tongue but the path is not easy.  you can always buy hashpower from nicehash to mine any coins with reasonable price.  i suggest to look for some new coin projects with good reputation which means higher probability of growth.

if you just want to earn, go buy coins rather invest in mining rigs. mining may give you roi in 1 year, but investing in coins will give you roi in 1 month.
154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Addiction? on: August 23, 2018, 12:36:55 AM
op, everytime you get jealous of others who have higher scores than yours, think of how much people got failing scores.  how many people wishes to be at the same status as you currently enjoying.  there's too much to learn and earn in this relatively new crypto world. the same ways, there's also too much to lose if the player doesn't handle his fund wisely.  being aggressive without proper knowledge will usually result into failures.

i am averaging 5-7 stakes per day.  i guess the more coins you have in the wallet, the more frequent the stakes will be.  traw is quite cheap as of now, it's easy to fill up your wallets with some traw and enjoy the staking rewards.
156  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: August 21, 2018, 05:15:05 AM
What's your opinion on buying new emerging coins that are not yet on top and cost less than 1 dollar?
How do you decide whether they have potential to grow or not?

buying low cap coins can give you good earnings but also greater risks.  check wheter it has a good potential for growth by participating in forums and online discussions.  here you can see if the admins are actively developing the project or just sitting around.  and check from time to time the community size.  if community constantly grows, then the project is getting interests from more people and potential for success is greater.
157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or mining? on: August 21, 2018, 05:09:05 AM

Just had a chat with my friend on setting up mining in my farm house. He advised and suggested more to invest in crypto currencies then investing and spending time in mining. What you guys would suggest me of. Or shall i start with small investment on mining from house with rigs attached to system i have in my house and start a farm house once experienced or do not get into mining? Suggest me dudes.

hi, it seems you have been into crypto for a long time since you are already a hero member.  anyway, there are fun stuffs both in trading and mining, and both can bring you good profits.

let's start with trading.  since crypto is still in it's early phase, lots of people are also trying out trading, and if you're better than average dude, you can earn buy buying altcoins on cheaper exchange and sell these on the more expensive exchange.  do this regularly and you can have  good earnings.

for mining, don't mine old coins.  hunt for new coins and mining their coins will net you more coins since difficulty will not be that hard.  if you can, you can buy hashrate online (nicehash) to get more coins.  once the coins appreciates in value, sell them for bitcoin.

got my coins swapped very quick.  it pays to be an investor in this project.  thanks devs team!

Lol man. Well, I think you're a team member where you then swap transaction where the screenshots, is that all Goat changed his mind he said it would be compensation for f0me, but then recanted swap has been going for 4 days and it only got 50% of the purse of goat online and mining POS you call fast and fair, maybe it's time to declare BitcoinGoat a scammer, he has too many weird projects where you lose everything except the goat I think it's not even the goat and the toad?  Cheesy

hi, i am a team member.  every member on the traw community is a team member.  i happened to be an early investor in this project and being an investor, i enjoy some perks such as priority in coinswap and having traw news in advance.  if you want to get prioritize, be more active in discussions in discord, or you may choose to become an investor also.

here's the transaction for the coinswap:

coinswapping is still ongoing.  since goat is the only one who handles the coinswap, there might be some delays, but sure they're going to get the old coins swapped.  i suggest those who wanted swap on their coins to be active on discord, and wait for goat to be online.  he usually alots some of his time when online doing the coinswap.
160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum coin to begin trading? on: August 15, 2018, 10:08:28 AM
I was wondering what's minimum / ideal amount of BTC or ETH I should have in order to start trading activity

If you have any idea or just want to share your first experience in crypto trading, feel free to write them bolow

i think 100 usd equivalent in btc/eth is a good amount to start when you want to learn trading.  but with this amount, you will probably not earn much but all will not go to waste.  the object of this is to limit your lose (if you lose), and to gain experience.  at first, you will commit many mistakes (newbie mistakes), these experience will serve as your teacher and you will become better if you will remember your previous mistakes and not do them again.
