401  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-23] Boycott against wallets and exchanges without SegWit on: November 23, 2017, 12:05:25 PM
The boycott is not the way out. If there is a problem it should be solved through negotiations. Always a bad peace better than good war. You not only what was happening with bitcoin at the end of last and beginning of this month? Do you want to undermine the credibility of bitcoin and destroy it with their hands. Everyone has an opinion and it is always possible to reach consensus.
402  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: A Crisis in Central Banking: Will It Soon Explode? on: November 23, 2017, 11:54:32 AM
Personally, I don't trust banks and I'm in the process of moving my money out of them. I actually don't need most of the things they offer like loans, credit cards, savings accounts. The only thing that I'm using are the normal sepa transfers and when cryptocurrencies take over I'm no longer going to. People always had limited trust towards banks because they were always operating on bigger sums than they could support. If me or you did it we'd be committing a fraud, but for them it's completely legal.
Now since the Cyprus bailout and Greek banking crisis people are even more suspicious of them. It's only a matter of time before it all collapses.
You are wrong. The state cannot exist without banks. Fiat is the blood of any economy. Banks on the basis of this analogy, the heart. If it stops, the state can not exist. At the very least the state will use the mechanism of inflation and people will pay from his pocket for all the mistakes and fraud of the banks. Bitcoin may not be an alternative for Fiat. Everything will remain as it is now.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mempool has doubled in the last 8 hours on: November 22, 2017, 03:51:21 PM
I have no problems with completing transactions. Maybe it's trying again to undermine the situation but I don't see any consequences. It seems to me that all the efforts of the miners will be in vain. Even if the price of bitcoin will begin to decline they reach the desired result. We have seen many such attacks.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mod Bios for RX 580 Nitro+ 8GB Special edition (Samsung Memory) on: November 22, 2017, 03:40:46 PM
I also once had problems with this BIOS. I was looking for ready-made solutions but not found anything suitable. A friend of mine he edited the BIOS with an editor. It turned out that it is not difficult. Gives the effect better than any ready-made solution. How to make settings there are many videos on YouTube.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: code 43 problem on: November 22, 2017, 03:28:46 PM
If it happens that you're using a modded AMD GPU, you might forgot installing the patcher

https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher
There's a lot of possible reasons for Code 43. AMD drivers needing a patch applied is one of them. Although it seems like his rig was working fine before the reboot, so the drivers should be already patched. Looks more like some sort of hardware problem.
Code 43 is exactly the problem with the modified driver. Solutions to problems 2. I know because I faced such a problem. The first method is to install the patch. The second way is to install the latest modification to the driver. This error was corrected and now my GPU is working without installing the patch.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What's the Best PSU for my GTX 1070 mining rig (alts) on: November 22, 2017, 03:22:21 PM
In my rig I use a separate power supply for the GPU. For these purposes, I use a modified server power supply. One power supply is enough for 6 GPU 6x6+2 pin. The cost of this power supply is $ 100. The computer is running on a 400 watt power supply. I think this scheme is cheaper than all the rest.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WHATS THE BEST HARDWARE TO START MINING? on: November 22, 2017, 03:14:17 PM
I would stay away from cloudmining.
Start with 1-2 cards and buy more later. IŽd recommend AMD if you want to mine Monero.
In order to begin mining on a GPU budget of $ 1,000 is very small. VEGA GPU will cost 500+ dollars. The rest of the money will be used to purchase the motherboard, CPU and power supply. The profitability of production of one of the GPU VEGA about 3 dollars a day. This means that you will have 1 year to return their money provided that you have free electricity.
408  Economy / Economics / Re: China's complicates Bitcoins miners on: November 21, 2017, 01:04:28 PM
China WILL continue to crack down on Bitcoins and Cryptos in general, as they are a great means of getting your money out of the country easily. This is something that the Chinese government have been cracking down on and having issues with, so expect scrutiny to increase further.

I would not really blame them since they have always had this strict policies when it comes to monetary laws and they feel threatened by the usage of bitcoin and some of the activities surrounding it. China knows bitcoin is unstoppable and they know there is so little they can do about causing anything to stop it. So, whatever they do, at the end, bitcoin will still win and I really do not see what they want to pull off from even the present rumor that would hugely affect the miners that much and even if it does, they can just easily find an alternative.
It seems to me that the news is FUD. It is used by whales to drive the situation on the market of cryptocurrencies. If at some point the Chinese government will decide that they need to ban the activities of the miners they can do without additional legislation. It is enough to raise the price of electricity. The miners themselves will move their business to countries with lower price of electricity.
409  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-21] The Future of Bitcoin is Threatened by Quantum Computers on: November 21, 2017, 12:51:53 PM
I find it funny to read the same article. If you follow this logic to live, too bad. You can die from it. Problems need to struggle as they are received. Imagine if primitive people have solved environmental problems when in the world will build many different companies polluting the environment.
410  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Have people been forced to pay tax over Bitcoin yet? on: November 21, 2017, 12:45:02 PM
Quite curious if this has been the case. Obviously I'm hoping it haven't been the case.

That would only be the case if a country legalizes bitcoin, and let the people use bitcoin as a currency in that country like its fiat. Because taxes only apply on things that are run or traded legally in a country, and if something is not yet introduced to the people, nor the people, or most of them know about it, then i don't think the government can implement any tax rules on it.

No one you have your bitcoin converted to a fiat currency then it may be subject to applicable taxes. But the exact computation is quite hard since exchanges are already deducting fees from your coins and they should also take into consideration the way you got the coin to compute for the expenses that you had for you to get the coin.

This is an incorrect interpretation in most countries. Bitcoin  will be subject to capital gains tax even if you buy something with it or exchange it for something else. even if you buy a house with Bitcoins , you have to pay tax.
How is this increase calculated? Today, the price of bitcoin is $ 8,000. Tomorrow the price may be $ 5,000. What course will be applied to the determination of prices? Who can now be counted among the bitcoin capital? Until the user does not convert bitcoins in Fiat currency is not capital. The location of the wallet will also be hard to compute.
411  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency Lawyers for hire on: November 21, 2017, 12:40:03 PM
I think that lawyers too early to advertise themselves in such branches. Users are rarely confronted with the problems of the use of cryptocurrency. Such problems exist only in totalitarian States, but there will not help any lawyer. There is no fair judicial system. It seems to me that lawyers are only needed for those who wants to establish trade with bitcoins.

413  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of Bitcoin ? on: November 20, 2017, 12:06:48 PM
The future of bitcoin is not yet defined. During the open conflict of the miners with the developers we saw how fragile can be the balance. It seems to me that the palm should be in the hands of developers. They must be on time all the necessary adjustments to bitcoin has always been out of competition. With the monopoly of large mining pools also need something to solve it. This is not normal when they can depend on the whole system.
414  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Warning aceminers.com is a scam on: November 20, 2017, 11:59:19 AM
I was always surprised at the ease with which fraudsters can seize other people's money. I would never send such a large amount to an unknown individual. Perhaps the bitcoin community will come to the problem of fraud. Can be created by the transit Bank which will hold the funds until confirmation of the transaction from both sides.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'M GETTING REALLY ANGRY! WTF is happening with this BTC/BCH crap! on: November 20, 2017, 11:54:12 AM
Bitcoin Cash is a hedge against bitcoin. If we're going to talk about real world events other than correlate everything to pure speculation (the latter is the likely case since we're talking crypto) then it could be relater to either the Bitcoin Gold fork, or the 2x madness or perhaps even both.
Bitcoin cash is just another rival of bitcoin and this is nothing new in the crypto world. Bitcoin has already faced so many rivals and beaten all them successfully.

Eth has already done this drama with bitcoin and is now totally dependent on bitcoin for increase and decrease in its values. Bitcoin is the master of all currencies and I am pretty sure that any other currencies whether digital or paper cannot beat it.
I do not believe that bitcoin cash can be a competitor to bitcoin. We have seen well-planned speculative transaction. Bitcoin cash could have been chosen at random. Bitcoin was falling in price but we don't know whose capital is left bitcoin. Maybe it was the outflow of capital speculators. It turns out that the share of whale in bitcoin around 30%. A maximum on how much can fall in price of bitcoin. I think it's not a bad record.
416  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: WALLET SERVICES REFUND FOR STOLEN BTCs on: November 20, 2017, 11:45:05 AM
Transactions with bitcoin cannot be reversed. How can you prove that you have given access to your wallet voluntarily? It's not real. For two hours the coins can already be far away. This negative quality of anonymity. Maybe with time this problem will be solved but now there are many more pressing problems that need to be addressed.
417  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Iberia Bank hates Bitcoin on: November 20, 2017, 11:39:15 AM
Bitcoin is a great competitor to the banking system as a whole. The global banking system is built on the interaction of banks with the government. Together they prey on people. With bitcoin it will not work. It has no Central control. Now the share of bitcoin is too low in the financial market but the growth of its popularity we will see more severe restrictions on the part of banks and the government. All the talk of legalization is only the calm before the storm.
418  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Russia will regulate cryptourrencies on: November 20, 2017, 11:30:48 AM
Since Russia is one of the leading country with It's President RPRD.PUTIN, when time comes that bitcoin in Russia is regulated Then This Will be The Start of Accomodating Bitcoin Throughout other Country.  But, Saying That Russia will be Dependent of crypto currency with mining of it, that is not the Real Point. Mr. PUTIN knows how to check and balance, He Knows That Crypto currency will also help to the Progress of Economy of Russia.  Central banks Are Always Insisting to Implement about banning Bitcoin, Because if Bitcoin Will Be Regulated They Will Slowly Disappear.
Why do you believe Putin? You seriously think that banks in Russia are voicing their independent opinion? Lol. I am 100% sure that banks Express the official opinion of the Kremlin. Putin will never allow that Russians had freedom. Only dependent people with the mentality of slaves can so blindly believe and obey all these crazy ideas of its tyrant.
Russia should regulate crypto currencies because it is not possible to run without crypto currencies in today's era. It is providing all necessary facilities to the mass to be rich in very short time and secure their future, it is not only giving ease and comfort but is also quick in use and gives a high output.

Banks are opposing bitcoin because it is giving them a hard competition but banks are also useful and are connected with bitcoin in someway
Why Putin needed to Russian were rich? Only poor people are easy to control. You not thought about why in countries with more income in the population is always more democracy than in poor autocratic countries? Until Putin is in power he will never legalize cryptocurrency. The financial system in Russia is also experiencing hard times. Loosen it using bitcoins this is not the best idea.
419  Economy / Economics / Re: What Is with The Negativity Around Bitcion...... on: November 19, 2017, 03:06:18 PM
So I get it Ok, When this Bitcoin first came on the scene it was blasted. So as I watch what is happening with Bitcoin I have to say there are just people who speak and have No Clue what they are talking about.

The other observation is what I am reading is all past financial executives. They are really just making a fool of themselves.

I will leave with this if the SEC is getting ready to allow Bitcoin for trading this instrument is valid........

The main source of this negativity is that people want to be "in" with bitcoin that they just want to jump right in without any knowledge about it. But they do know that they will be earning big. So they blindedly go with it just because of  "everybody is doing it" mindset without fully understanding what they're getting themselves into. So if they lose even small amount of money, they will already think that they have been scammed.
Those is always been part on which there are people who do really act as cry babies when they lose up money because it did break their expectations to make big money on bitcoin which they would make their false claims that it is a scam on which those people who havent heard about bitcoin and hear off those false informations would really cause a negative impact on bitcoins adoption. This negativity would really remain specially some of media do make false advertisement about bitcoin because government told them so.
It seems to me that the government have nothing to do with. They are just pawns. The world is ruled by money. There is a well established banking system which has an effect on every person. Any President is no exception because he needs money. Government car bulky and not agile. It seems to me that bankers are the main cause of the proliferation of fakes on bitcoin. They feel their lack of competitiveness compared to bitcoin and therefore will do everything to destroy it.
420  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-19] Bitcoin Critic Saudi Prince Alwaleed Arrested for Money Laundering on: November 19, 2017, 02:55:41 PM
Through the oil cleans off a lot more traditional currencies than bitcoin. I don't see any problems in the existence of bitcoin. The government come up with these tales which have no confirmation in order to create a negative image of bitcoin. That they want to justify their future actions in the fight against bitcoin. The arrest of the princes in Saudi Arabia it's just a struggle for power. There's money laundering involved all.
