381  Economy / Economics / Re: Reliable comparison between mining vs. buying and holding on: November 26, 2017, 01:31:35 PM
Reliable ways to compare these methods no earnings. The profitability of production is constantly changing. It may happen that you will get so much coins to pay for electricity. But as diversification of income sources is the right decision. I have always been a part of their income, investing in the acquisition of the GPU.
382  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How to give BTC to a familiar without paying tax? on: November 26, 2017, 12:33:46 PM
sukamasoto : What is your country ?

Indonesia

My government already state that my people can't use bitcoin for transaction but they still not make regulations to forbid bitcoin usage so I can still use and own bitcoin without fear getting into jail. But I'm using bitcoin with my own risk and tax free
That means the use of bitcoin? In Indonesia you can't sell and buy goods for bitcoin. It is quite another. In almost all countries you can't do it. When you change your bitcoins in the exchanger you do not break. You get on the account only Fiat. It seems to me that a lot of people dramatize the situation because you don't understand the law.
383  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Can I open up a local shop and sell bitcoins for cash? on: November 26, 2017, 12:18:24 PM
I think it's a strange idea. Shop require jobs. For wages you will lose a lot. ATM is more profitable but I think that this is not true. You can't do business. You have no concept. You do not know the occupation of your store. This is the road to bankruptcy. But I think that not going to do that. Probably your post for quantity.
384  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legalizing Bitcoin on: November 26, 2017, 12:11:24 PM
Do you think governments are afraid legalizing bitcoin because it's difficult regulating its use, circulation, determining individual's worth, earnings and may lead to tax evasion?

Obviously. Governments won't be able to regulate it and that is the biggest reason why they don't want to legalize it, because if they legalize the use of Bitcoin, and if they are not able to regulate it the way they want, then they cannot know the usage of anyone which doesn't allow them to put taxes on them. Though circulation wouldn't be a problem, but earnings and the tax evasion are the major problems in my opinion.
Why would the government legalize bitcoin? It is nonsense. Users will hide their income. The courts will many businesses that the government will lose. Income in bitcoins can be obtained in the jurisdiction of other States. Let the government learn to control the Fiat. Then they will have taxes without any control over bitcoin.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX 570 at the end of 2017 on: November 25, 2017, 12:36:22 PM
What sense to buy RX 570 for the price of $ 260? AMD VEGA the price is now about $ 500. Is a promising new GPU. Performs one of VEGA equal to two RX. Plus, the savings from the periphery. It seems to me that it's time to forget about what you were able to mine bitcoins on GPU... RX5 series.
386  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-25] Iran Welcomes Cryptocurrencies on: November 25, 2017, 12:27:53 PM
Iran is under sanctions. Bitcoin can help to circumvent them. It seems to me that it would be silly to refuse such a chance. Even such a totalitarian state can benefit from bitcoin. Perhaps soon we will see Iran's attempts to sell oil for bitcoins. It will be very interesting. I am sure that in this case, the price of bitcoin skyrocket.
387  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-25] South Korea Will Not Regulate Bitcoin! on: November 25, 2017, 12:23:01 PM
I see no reason to regulate bitcoin. The government can not control its turnover. Until there is no trade for bitcoin States have nothing to lose. Users change bitcoin to Fiat and it supports the economy of the state. The government receives income taxes and all is well. Regulation of bitcoin can only drive it into the shadows.
388  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-24]Do not ban bitcoin-Russian bankers shouts on: November 25, 2017, 12:13:26 PM
Gref robbed Russia now claims to be the truth. LOL. Bitcoin will never be recognized in Russia because he is a few years will kill the Russian economy. The truth is it will happen and no bitcoin. It seems to me that Putin does not have its own strategy for the future. His goal is to retain power until his death. He was not interested in what will happen with Russia.
389  Economy / Economics / Re: "Bubbles" Made Bitcoin Stronger on: November 25, 2017, 12:03:01 PM
Bubbles in bitcoin made the most simple people millionaires by just being geeky about it. Up to now, the said bubble has been holding strong for almost a year now, and skeptics remain skeptics because they don't even have money invested on it, thus the negative comments since they also don't share bitcoin's success. I just think that people that are criticizing and fudding so hard are those people who aren't really invested in the game. Bubble or not, it caused a lot of good things to people.
Probably you are wrong. Bitcoin really has all the signs of a bubble. But the future is not determined. It all depends on our actions. People are holding coins and unknowingly turn the bitcoin bubble. Only the use of bitcoin as currency can give us hope that it will never end.
390  Economy / Economics / Re: Replace the dollar with a cryptocurrency. How exactly? on: November 25, 2017, 11:35:15 AM
I' ll take bitcoin as an example.

Is it mandatory that the value of all bitcoins is equal to the value of the world economy?

Can this value be archived before all the bitcoins are mined?

When I buy bitcoin someone will take my dollars.
So how can we technically replace all dollars with the bitcoins?
In the end will there always be someone with only dollars in their pockets or  am i wrong?

Dollar belongs to Us which has the biggest economy in the world. They don't have have to depend on another form of currency and the country's government will maintain monopoly over cash so bitcoin taking over cash is note exactly possible besides it's not stable either, it's better off as a currency used for earning money rather than replacing dollar.
If the dollar was the currency of only the United States it would be easy. But the Americans have imposed the dollar around the world. All countries use dollars and it is a problem. Bitcoin could oust the dollar from its pedestal as a reserve currency. The us economy may not survive. From the moment when I discovered bitcoin I got rid of dollars. Will do so many.
391  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on Black Friday on: November 25, 2017, 11:26:15 AM
Bitcoin crashed from $1000 to $300 on black Friday four years ago

Yes,the bitcoin price crashed, but it wasn`t because of Black Fiday,it was due to the Mt.Gox hack.
Such price crash won`t happen again.
I was wondering about major merchants allowing  bitcoin purchases with big discounts around this black Friday, but i couldn`t find i single one.Unfortunately bitcoin is not a shopper-friendly digital currency. It is more like an "investor-friendly" asset. Grin

I think that is the real tragedy. Bitcoin needs to be first and foremost a currency and then an asset for investment. It seems to me that if the situation does not change that bitcoin will turn into a bubble. It will be very sad. We got our hands the chance to be truly free. But human greed can destroy the chance.
392  Economy / Speculation / Re: French Asset Management Firm Launches Europe’s First Bitcoin Mutual Fund on: November 24, 2017, 11:09:09 AM
Surprisingly, financial institutions are followed by most people today and would believe anything they say when it comes to investments and whatnot, so this move would, again set an example for most people that it's finally safe to invest/use bitcoins since the wealth is already being divided from the geeks, the normal people and institutional investors. If the said futures work great, soon different firms all over the world would do the same which may cause a big boom yet again in bitcoin.
I still think bitcoin is not a reliable asset. It is divorced from the economy. When the miners provide transaction they earn bitcoins. This is an example of how the economy is. All users use the Fiat. This means that they support the state economy. Until bitcoin will not give the opportunity to earn coins it will be a risky asset.
393  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin crashes Roughly once per quarter on: November 24, 2017, 10:53:29 AM
It is impossible to see the pattern on the bitcoin market. It is not predictable. Many people want to develop a strategy of bitcoin in order to plan their actions but this will not work. It all depends on the market and coordination of the whales. Even the political news affect the behavior of bitcoin. I never plan my actions. Every day I choose his tactics.
394  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-23]Cryptocurrencies “Too Far Off” to Kill Physical Cash: Bank of Japan on: November 24, 2017, 10:45:08 AM
I hope not only in Japan but also in the near future, many countries will change their mind and recognize bitcoin as legal tender in their countries. It was good for tourism, it's not necessary to change your money for this country's money
You are not right. People will have to change bitcoins into local currency. In the economy of the state involves only local currency. Around the world are now recognized as international currency the dollar but that does not mean that you can in any country to buy something for dollars. Bitcoin will never replace Fiat because they have different goals, management and purpose.
395  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Local Laws about Crypto on: November 24, 2017, 10:39:55 AM
I am from Russia and as I see on news the final step about crypto currencies regulation is going to be done on the 1st February of 2018. Till then I can do with my coins whatever I want. I suppose when the time for necessary laws about crypto currencies regulation will come it is going to be on all news here and Google will give me all the necessary links from the law when I will need some detailed information. I your country it is going to be something alike. Good luck!
Are you sure that 1 Feb you will not get a complete ban on the use of bitcoin? Information coming from Russia on this subject is very controversial. Now in Russia the government is trying to take full control over the use of the Internet. Even companies that provide VPN services are required to provide information about users. I think you will have problems next year.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is exactly the reason that people from stock market forum hates butcoins? on: November 24, 2017, 10:33:02 AM
Hey, so I'm in a few Stock markets forums, and in most of them is extremely prohibit to talk about Bitcoins. What is the real deal about the bit coins? Why some people say it's a scam? P

First of all , if the stock market forums prohibits the discussion about bitcoin then that to me is a very kiddish outlook to look into some matter .
Obviously , stock market analyticals knows a lot about market and their comments and overviews have some essential knowledge but crowning bitcoin as "scam" is just their biased opinion on it .  They consider bitcoin as scam because bitcoin's volatility is very unpredictable . These days , many among them are naming bitcoin as a  "bubble" because of a consistent growth in its value . There is always a fear of risk when an investment is made on bitcoin , thus making it a bad choice for investment according to stock market analyticals . Again , bitcoin is not issued legally in a major part of world which makes it vulnerable for them.

You want to say that the shares of companies not experiencing the volatility? The price likewise varies. Maybe the amplitude is smaller, but this is detail. It seems to me that statements such traders there is the struggle for the capital market. In this struggle, traders use any of the methods.
397  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin private property on: November 24, 2017, 10:28:01 AM
Private property implies what is owned and accessible only to an individual and with this we can say that bitcoin is private property.
In order to be eligible for a private property you should be able to prove it. How can you prove that bitcoin account belongs to you? Bitcoin is more like public property. Any person who has the access code can dispose of the bitcoins. Fiat, for example, is not the private property of the citizens. It is the property of the state. You only have the right to dispose of it.
398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: November 23, 2017, 12:27:31 PM
Take a look around the crypto community, both in meatspace and online, and it would be fair to say that the majority of participants are male. This is borne out in a recent survey of 2,000 Americans which shed light on the makeup of the bitcoin space, highlighting a stark gender divide. In fact Google Analytics data estimates less than 4% of bitcoin users to be female. The question is, why?

Source: https://news.bitcoin.com/why-arent-there-more-women-in-bitcoin/?utm_source=Why
This is also i want to know Cheesy maybe some women prefer to work based on their course or maybe some girls did not know about bitcoins and we all know that boys is more brainy than girls so i think that is the answer. Cheesy
Men's brain is really bigger than women's, but it is just cause men are generally bigger than women. But let's see how many women are on a house wife role - I don't know the exactly statistic, but I think it's more than 50%.
Forex is the thing which appeared long time ago and as I know there was not so much women as well. So, it is normal situation for such things. I think this percent of women and bitcoin is going to rise with years, but not much.
My opinion is that this is due to the fact that the female brain is wired differently. There are areas in which women are more successful than men. Now proponents of gender equity want to reduce the problem to simple arithmetic equality. It is not correct. Any operation requires efficiency. If a woman will have a male mentality, she always find an opportunity to apply your skills. As an example I can give that Gaddafi's bodyguards were women.
399  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-22] Bitcoin Will “Never” be Legalized in Russia, Claims Minister on: November 23, 2017, 12:18:51 PM
This Minister of nothing. He already has everything. Real estate in Europe or America, major account offshore. He doesn't think about the future of the country. Here because of such corruption in Russia is not a technological future in the near future.
Russian trouble is that they have all the government is. It will not be this Minister will be the other. In this case, nothing will change. They can have a lot of money and villas abroad only at the expense of ordinary citizens of Russia. There are no successful businessmen. All their constantly on corruption. Bitcoin helps people not to depend on policies and actions of the government. They will not allow it never.
400  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-23] Cryptocurrencies “Too Far Off” to Kill Physical Cash: Bank of Japan on: November 23, 2017, 12:14:00 PM
This opinion really deserves attention. A very reasonable analysis. Rarely I can say about it. The majority of people who give their comments on bitcoin talking about. Bitcoin can never replace Fiat, but it can create a kind of safety cushion against various crisis phenomena in the economy. Fiat and bitcoin will always exist in parallel.
