561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Leave Bitcoin in Exchange? on: September 29, 2017, 01:51:31 PM
$ 200 is a small amount. I understand that maybe you are from a poor country and therefore for you is an asset. I think you need to think about where to store your bitcoins. You need to think about where to invest the money to earn income.
562  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: September 29, 2017, 01:47:46 PM
Do you think that millionaires are not people? If bitcoin is profitable then why they will not invest money into it. I think that the majority of well-known personalities will invest in bitcoins in order to hide their income from tax authorities. It will be a fashion trend as at the time was the offshore zone.

564  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is the presence of Bitcoin able to wipe out cash? on: September 27, 2017, 11:55:34 AM
I do not think that bitcoin will replace ordinary money. The price for one coin is too high and it is used mainly as an investment, and not as a currency for small purchases.
Users themselves are to blame. Bitcoin was conceived as a currency. I do not recognize the investment of money in bitcoin investments. This is a speculation. Investments are aimed at development of production and profit due to the development of the real sector of the economy. Speculators do so I transfer the money from one pocket to another. No good for the economy they bring.
565  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Ransom on: September 26, 2017, 04:02:02 PM
In many cases the kidnappers never receive their ransom and are either arrested if killed by a police force trying to free those kidnapped. I want to let the police handle it rather than pay the ransom because you are never sure they will drop the lover.

These are the old ways where you send the ransom physically and they free up your lover  Wink and in between the police comes and arrest the
kidnappers. Grin  The times has changed. These days hackers attack the computer system and get the computer locked. Then the programmed system ask for ransomware in the form of bitcoin to unlock the computer. You pay the specific amount to the bitcoin address and your computer get unlocked. You never know whom you send the bitcoin, the police never came and neither do they know what happen and where the money went.
You probably meant the virus Petya. It seems to me that this virus is specially created for those who use to store their coins offline wallets. That's why I don't trust this method of storing my bitcoins. I think online wallets are more secure.
566  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do bitcoin gambling sites need gambling licenses? on: September 26, 2017, 03:55:21 PM
What kind of license can be to the game site with bitcoin? For this you need to accept the bitcoin currency. From the point of view of the law is winning bitcoin is now equal to win points. Countries that prohibit the use of bitcoins can close the access to your website its citizens and all.
567  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 millon for a Bitcoin is this fiction or reality? on: September 26, 2017, 03:40:11 PM
I do not believe in such sky-high perspective but on the other hand who in 2010 was able to believe that bitcoin will be worth $ 4,000. Bitcoin has the ability to surprise. But for me the price of bitcoin is not the most important of its advantages. I like it and its present price.
568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did you adopt Bitcoin - Ideology, Technology, Monetary on: September 25, 2017, 01:13:03 PM
It's hard for me to make a choice. What you make a choice between the right and left hand? I need both hands. The more we can use the advantages of bitcoin the more we will understand his importance to us. Everyone can find benefit for themselves in using bitcoins.
569  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Many exchanges will fail before this end of year on: September 25, 2017, 01:07:27 PM
I never store their bitcoins in exchange accounts. If I need to sell my coins I one day transfer their bitcoins to sell and bring to the Bank card. This is a small amount so I'm not afraid. I never lose a wink of sleep, and therefore any disasters I'm not afraid.
570  Economy / Speculation / Re: about real value of bitcoin ? on: September 25, 2017, 12:59:27 PM
Nothing looks like a fake market for the digital currency growth. In the past, exchanges were making a big marginal difference in the real price with a fake market capital. This was made perfect due to the intervention of PBOC into all the exchange policy. After this incident the price seems to be the right one without much faking.
On China's exchanges bitcoins have always cost more than on the stock exchanges of other countries. If they are all closed, nothing will happen. There are many other exchanges. China will lose income and nothing else happens. The price drop in bitcoin is due to the successful actions of the speculators. China has nothing to do with it.
571  Economy / Economics / Re: Putin Ends US Dollar Trade At Russian Seaports on: September 25, 2017, 12:51:22 PM
If Putin really decided to leave USD for its national commerce, this can pave a way for cryptocurrencies to become the assets which can be used by the real sector icluding industry and ports.

It's good anyways.
Lol! Putin does not know how to pretend that it can do harm to America. Any decision does not bring harm to Americans. It will eventually turn against Russia. Russian ports will lose customers. The Russian economy is very dependent on imports and therefore without the dollar will come the collapse. Putin is out of his mind. He hits on a tank with a dagger.
572  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and its political nature. on: September 25, 2017, 12:43:01 PM
they are without a government so all are not in political control let alone they do not have citizenship of course this can not be manipulated but it is worth knowing cryptocurrency that is not affected by politics and control from anywhere but they are a good future investment.
Even bitcoin is decentralized and cannot be controlled by the governments then it can still be affected by the politics because the perfect example for that is the banning issue of china in bitcoin and you can see that it affects bitcoin a lot and its price goes down hard and you can see  that bitcoin is experiencing something that shows difficulties to climb up again.
It seems to me that the danger lies in the other. The government ban the use of bitcoins can not lead to the result because it is possible to do so in the jurisdiction of other States. The biggest danger is to ban the exchange of bitcoins for Fiat. I hope that the governments of all countries to unite efforts in this direction.
573  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think China has halted the pace of bitcoin reaching new high?? on: September 24, 2017, 11:53:48 AM
I heard that the Treasury of China's a lot of dollars. Maybe China wants to translate them into bitcoin and therefore spread such rumors to lower the price. Trade war between America and China don't stop, ever. China's abandonment of the dollar will be a serious blow to America.
574  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Law To Declare Bitcoin Ownership on: September 24, 2017, 11:49:05 AM
In order to force citizens to declare their stocks of the bitcoin government needs to accept its currency. Then the question will be a formal exchange and turnover. Governments are afraid of it as fire so do not hurry with the recognition. They are fully willing to endure the losses from the shortfall in taxes, but would not accept bitcoins.
575  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Lawyers accepting bitcoin for services on: September 24, 2017, 11:44:52 AM
I'm an attorney in Nevada and there is not prohibition here regarding accepting BTC for services. There are of course ethical rules regarding any considerations received for services. I gladly accept BTC.
Please tell me how long have you accept payment in bitcoins and how much for all the time you had customers willing to pay in bitcoins? At least BTC is not illegal but I am sure that you have very few willing to pay bitcoins. Everyone is trying to keep their bitcoins, and so I try to pay in Fiat.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it better to invest in bitcoin or ethereum ? on: September 24, 2017, 11:40:03 AM
What's the difference how much is 1 bitcoin or 1 Ethereum. Most importantly how many percent of growth gives currency. Profitability can vary, and it often happens that ETH is more profitable than bitcoin but I trust the bitcoin and store their savings in BTC.
577  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Btc drop near 2k? on: September 23, 2017, 12:33:26 PM
Many talk about how they want to store bitcoins in the long term. In fact, I see that all have only speculative interest. What do you care how much is bitcoin now if you keep it for 10-20 years? Bitcoin already showed an example of the growth in price by 500% for the year. All have forgotten that bitcoin in the beginning of this year was worth about $ 1,000.
578  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can go below $3k if support level at $3800 will be broken on: September 23, 2017, 12:28:43 PM
I think that people pay too much attention value of bitcoin. Much more to me than the news that Amazon promises to open the possibility of trading bitcoins. It will have a greater impact on the price of bitcoin than the prohibition of China. Why does everyone say that are accustomed to constant changes of price, but every time you panic?
579  Economy / Speculation / Re: Amazon to accept Bitcoin as early as this October? on: September 23, 2017, 12:18:44 PM
Amazon should have a port. Their main market is the United States. As far as I know in USA is not legalized trade with bitcoins therefore, in the case of a decision to take payment in bitcoin, the government or the tax office can block access to the website in America. The idea is beautiful, but I don't believe it.
580  Economy / Economics / Re: China's influence on bitcoin is becoming insignificant. on: September 22, 2017, 11:06:06 AM
Any crisis will not last forever and bitcoin is strong enough now to go over crisis.
Traders, most of them, know that and they will not sell their Bitcoins but will buy more.
Chinease government or any other government can't ban bitcoin forever since it's a world wide concept and banning it is a stupid move and they have to find another way to control and monitor their local cryptocurrency investors.
After every crisis Bitcoin become stronger.
Why do you think so? What will happen if all the countries unite and strengthen the monitoring of online exchange offices? If cryptocurrency is to deny the possibility of exchanging for Fiat, they may rapidly lose its appeal. Exchange for Fiat's most vulnerable spot.
