You guys sure this is a bull trap? If everyone is sure we're about to go down, Bitcoin tends to do the opposite - we've seen this happening just the other day, if you recall Cheesy

I don't think the drop would be that massive.  They had a difficult time destroying the wall on Saturday.
1283  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 02, 2015, 05:38:19 AM
Well we made it through the night.
Tomorrow's forecast, dumpy with a potential dumpzilla attack.

I think we're gonna be alright.
1284  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 02, 2015, 03:14:22 AM
This 225-226 to 232-233 is getting old quick.  I'm managing to get 10-12% gains each way.
1285  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 10:40:51 PM
Chinese panic dump in 25 minutes

Careful not to get fixated, for you may loose what is important.

I have my orders set Grin

Shittiest pump ever.  Suckers clearly have no money left.  Walls pulled Sad

Its just a regular short squeeze manipulation before next wave of dumping, nothing more.

This

I watched the bots push the price up with massive buy orders on Okcoin.  Tons of shorts were made from 229-231.
1290  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 07:27:36 PM
Going to be hilarious if we do break 230 and make a run for 240
1291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 06:57:04 PM

1292  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 05:40:11 AM

1293  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 12:43:54 AM
Shorts up another 5k to 19,000. Didnt take long for those to pile on. It is going to take a few more skinnings to make people afraid to short btc.

Almost 20k actually
1294  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 12:42:56 AM

I guess we could always lower the difficulty (again)?

Difficulty won't drop as fast as you think
1295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 01, 2015, 12:31:10 AM

Let's see you put money where your mouth is - but you don't have the balls for that Grin

I wouldn't bet against my money, mouth or balls...

LOLOL this is gold Grin

Yes you are certainly from california  Cheesy

Let's hope that cash helps you with your impotence since you are clearly so easy to fk over Smiley

Now we want to see you flash that cash in charlie lee and coinbase people's face and post that photo. Seeing as you don't even have the balls to show your hand on that e-penis buttressing photo, we understand you don't have the balls to do anything other than flash some cash in front of your monitor (be careful not to show your hand, don't want other people to have any hints about who you are!).

LOL this is some major limp dick behavior.

It's not limp dick move, you called him out and he just shit in your face

mmmm hedge funds

http://podcast.runtogold.com/2015/01/btck-128-2015-01-24/

Starting @ 7:00, this is Tony Gallippi of BitPay... The whole podcast is worth a listen, but this part stands out:

Quote from: Tony Gallippi
We manage a treasury of bitcoins, dollars, euros, Canadian [dollars], and pounds. Constantly we're managing our portfolio to make sure we have enough of each currency, so we are always in the markets trading... It's interesting today in the markets, I would say a year ago, or maybe a year and a half ago, the markets did not have enough liquidity. We couldn't have sold a million dollars worth of Bitcoin in a day without dramatically moving the markets. But things have changed. There's a lot more participants now. We can move a million dollars a day and you wouldn't even notice that we're trading just because there's a lot more volume and more buyers and sellers in the market.

We also have a lot of hedge funds that want to accumulate Bitcoin positions, so when we have these huge spikes we also have some off-market opportunities to sell those. You'd be surprised at how many Wall Street firms are starting to accumulate Bitcoin positions that aren't talking about Bitcoin yet. There's a lot going on behind the scenes, as well as some private family wealth funds and things like that.

It would awesome if the wall from 220-224 moved up a bit

why should he move it up? it well get sold anyway and we will see sub 200 very fast..

Put pressure on the short positions

but we opened our positions in the 300 range.  Roll Eyes

There's plenty that opened up around 228-240 as well.

2k is plenty these days?

I'm not only speaking of bitfinex.
