He couldn't found much playing time before this match so the number of matches he played can be misleading. He was able to play for only a few minutes or so before. Now that you mention Juventus their next match is a big one. They are hosting Roma. I have checked out the odds of the match and saw Juventus being quite favoured. But their odds are still above 2.00. Can this be a close match? It can really be like that. It depends on how effective Juventus will be about breaking Roma defense actually.

Because Mourinho would surely adopt a counter-attack style against Juventus in Turin. Juventus can have big difficulties in scoring the first goal sometimes. But one way or another I still think Juventus will win.

I really agree about the referee issue in the Premier League this season. We have seen unbelievable mistakes until this point. There were a couple of mistakes made in the Liverpool - Arsenal match too indeed. Like how much longer Odegaard had to touch the ball with his hand on the pitch? The call given about that was the most debatable decision of the match I think.

I wonder what is VAR's work for real. Let's see the referee of the match didn't see it clearly somehow. What was VAR doing meanwhile? That was one of the critical decisions that could have changed the direction of the match. The federation should do something about this as the situation is getting more serious.

Shakhtar Donetsk - Marseille can also be considered as an interesting draw. I don't feel like it will be a comfortable draw for Marseille in the first place. Because Shakhtar Donetsk have been doing a pretty good work so far. They fought really hard in their Champions League group despite clashing against two much bigger teams like Barcelona and Porto.

Their fate was decided by their last match in the group. They won against Barcelona home also. They are just trying their best despite losing many of their important players due to ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia. 

I can't say Marseille are very impressive this season. So maybe we can watch pretty close games in this draw.

Galatasaray'a Avrupa Ligi'nde başarılar dilerim. Şampiyonlar Ligi'nde özellikle ilk maçlarda gerçekten iyi savaştılar ama finali iyi yapamadılar. Avrupa Ligi'nde umarım aynı hatalar tekrar yapılmaz. Çünkü burada Galatasaray'ın daha sağlam bir aşamaya ulaşma şansı oldukça yüksek. Şampiyonlar Ligi'nin en güzel yanı çok para kazanıyor olmalarıydı. Eğer son 16'ya kalsalardı sağlam miktarda para daha akacaktı.

Aston Villa will probably win their match today as it is a really easy one against Sheffield Utd. This means they will take the lead until the Liverpool - Arsenal match also. Of course most people are waiting for that match especially. Liverpool are technically the favoured side but we will see. I also feel myself closer to Liverpool in this match truthfully.

Arsenal just couldn't win a single match at Anfield in the Premier League for 11 years. Can you imagine? 

I think this series will continue and Liverpool won't lose this match too.

It looks like the European Super League will be like this after the last statements by so many European teams. 

Every top team have been just announcing that they don't think about leaving UEFA competitions and preferring the European Super League over them. The new format for this new tournament has been announced by the way but it doesn't matter much anymore. I wouldn't expect it to be underway with only a couple of teams either because it is a project planned with quite many teams. I expect this project to be cancelled some time later.

The new championship odds came after new teams arrived in the Europa League. Liverpool are still the top contender by bookies. I also think they are already the closest team to the championship here but let's see. It isn't the Champions League so we are more likely to watch surprising events in the Europa League.

Top teams get eliminated unexpectedly and you never know.    For example I got very surprised when Barcelona got eliminated by Frankfurt in the season they played against Galatasaray before.

Liverpool, Leverkusen and Milan are top favourites by bookies at the moment. Roma are quite behind after new teams have arrived.

Nice manager must be really satisfied with his choice of substitution in the last 20 minutes of the Lens match.    Because Moffi was subbed in and scored 2 goals a very short time after he entered. He was a game changer and savior for Nice to win the match. Otherwise Lens were doing a pretty good job with keeping the score as 0-0.

Despite some loss of form for a couple of weeks Nice are just fine now. It was really crucial for them to win this tough match to prevent the point difference with PSG from getting bigger.

Even if Nice drop from the title race at some point it is still very valuable for them to reach the Champions League group stage.

I'm wondering about potential changes for top teams except Red Bull next season. I'm excluding Red Bul from this because it is already obvious how strong they will be.    Who knows maybe McLaren can attack really hard against Mercedes and Ferrari this time and manage to be the second most powerful team in the sport. 

I would love to see Norris having a car as fast as the cars of those teams to see his performance at equal standards. He is one of the most talented drivers on the grid now.

Aston Martin started the last season really strongly - especially Alonso. But it didn't take them too long to start going down. I wonder how consistent they will be next season.

Galatasaray were one of the notable teams in the Champions League but their bad performance in their last group match cost them the competition.    However they are still moving on this time in the Europa League. I believe they are one of the teams that are worthy of being watched closely in the Europa League from now on.

Sparta Prague are technically not a challenging opponent for Galatasaray. It is all depending on how much they are concentrated on the matchup. Because they weren't focused on the Copenhagen match and look where they are now. No team have the luxury of underestimating their opponents.

Galatasaray da Fenerbahçe de haftayı galibiyetle kapattı. Büyük derbi öncesi Fenerbahçe liderliğini korumayı başardı. Bu derbi şampiyonluk açısından çok kritik olacak. Fenerbahçe'nin kendi sahasında oynayacak olması onlar için gerçekten büyük bir avantaj olacak. Bu arada Galatasaray taraftarlarının da derbide stadyuma alınacağı açıklanmış. Yine de atmosferi de arkasına alarak Fenerbahçe'nin bu maçta bir adım önde olmasını bekliyorum.

Galatasaray son maçında daha farklı kazanabilirdi ama çok kaçırdılar. Hatta nerdeyse beraberlik golünü de yiyeceklerdi. Eğer Galatasaray bitiricilik konusunda derbide sıkıntılı bir gün geçirirse Fenerbahçe maçı alır diyorum.

PSG için işler ligde harika gidiyor. Lille maçında 2 puan kaybetseler de uzun zamandır çok iyi bir forma sahipler. Nice'in de son haftalarda aldığı mağlubiyetler sonucu yaşadığı puan kayıpları PSG'nin işine geldi. Lig şampiyonluğunu PSG'nin elinden almak gerçekten zor zanaat. Lens geçen sezon denedi ama olmadı. Nice de bu işte başarılı olmazsa şaşırtmaz ama en azından 2. sırada sezonu bitirebilirler. Bu sezon Nice'in performansı genel olarak etkileyici bu yüzden Şampiyonlar Ligi'ne katılmayı hak ediyorlar.

There are still speculations related to Ferrari's drivers before next season. I mean those speculations are especially about Sainz. However Ferrari is expected to extend both of their drivers' contracts soon. Leclerc's contract is expected to be extended by 3 years and it is thought as 2 years for Sainz. I think it would be sensible to have a shorter contract with Sainz.

Because I don't feel like Sainz will be staying as long as Leclerc at Ferrari. At some point I expect Sainz to leave and maybe he could even return to McLaren. Above all else I think Leclerc deserves a better car here. Ferrari is said to be renewing nearly all of the part of their car for next season. But we will see how much this will affect their performance.

De Bruyne de sakatlıktan döndü diyorlar artık çok daha acımasız bir Manchester City izlemeye başlarız. Son zamanlardaki form düşüşünü toparlarlar.

I wish Leverkusen and Stuttgart didn't have a draw against each other in the quarter finals already. Because they are the strongest teams among the teams left in the DFB Pokal cup. There is Gladbach also of course but the rest of the teams are lower tier teams which aren't even in the Bundesliga. Therefore the cup could be quite interesting this season.

I think Leverkusen would take advantage of their playing home and eliminate Stuttgart. But maybe it might not happen in 90 minutes. We might watch penalty shootouts also.

Saarbrucken look like a dangerous team in the cup now. Because they have eliminated 2 big teams like Bayern Munich and Frankfurt.
