321  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do Love really exist ? on: September 07, 2017, 09:38:13 AM
Love exists in every person who believes in it. Ofcourse "Love" isn't seen in just any person because they encounter problems, problems that may lead to hatred and crush the idea of "Love", but what we don't realize is that in every disaster there is always hope, and that hope is what we call "Love", we must never let ourselves be consumed by Hatred, let us forgive one another and show each other true "Love". Love is invisible to the eyes of us people, because all we think about is our struggles, problems, and issues. We fail to see the true purpose of us people, and that is to "Love". Love is the answer to all struggles, problems, and issues even hatred. We just have to be open with ourselves and other people.
322  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The world without leaders? on: September 05, 2017, 03:00:25 AM
Our world has leaders for a reason. Leaders don't exist just so they could take advantage of their position. They became Leaders because the people trusted them to lead the country. Leaders are the pathfinders, the pioneers of our society, we need them to lift up our world, they are the reason we modernize and elevate to a whole new level. Although some may say that Leaders are corrupt, this is not always the case, remember that without any Leader guiding us, our world may result in chaos because Leaders serve as the people who Unites us together. So leaders are essential to humanity.
323  Other / Off-topic / Re: Transgenders. on: August 27, 2017, 12:39:02 PM
Transgenders also have the rights to live their life normally, in todays society people often don't accept changes in our society and this is a big problem of humanity. Let us accept change in our lives and live peacefully without arguing with what others want, it is their lives and we need to respect that.
324  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Supporting culture. on: August 27, 2017, 12:16:31 PM
I definitely agree with you. I am from the Philippines and i believe in Cultural relativism which means i understand the importance of all culture and respect them in their manner. To be honest many countries think highly or lowly of themselves just because they think they're superior or inferior to other culture. This has to stop, we must think equally of ourselves and be proud of our culture whilst respecting others cultures as well.
325  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What Came First, the Chicken or the Egg? on: August 27, 2017, 10:58:15 AM
To think logically without a Chicken to nest its egg, it would not reproduce thus it would come to a conclusion that Chicken comes first before the egg. Actually a more better perspective to understand this mystery question is to think, "where do the eggs come from?" This way you'll instantly think of a logical answer which is, the egg came from the Chicken thus in your question, the Chickens came first before the egg.
326  Other / Off-topic / Re: Jesus Christ is comming back here on: August 27, 2017, 10:52:14 AM
I don't believe completely to what you have said, as tgere are no proof that Jesus actually exist and if so what's your proof that he is coming back. Sorry but if you can't answer these questions then we would have to ignore you. For me personally religion is just a guide to craft peoples mentality to be a better and uncorrupt person. Not that i disagree with your belief, but not all people here are Christians so please understand me if i have had said anything offensive.
327  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Transgenders are not allowed to serve the military. on: August 27, 2017, 09:02:52 AM
Honestly it is no problem for me. Transgenders also have their rights to serve the military, for as long as they stay professional and do their work properly.
328  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: August 27, 2017, 08:42:26 AM
It depends on the person that deserves it. If the person is a person who can change his/her life to be a better person then he/she can be free and enjoy his/her life, but if he/she is a maniac and cannot change for his/her own good then they deserve to be put to justice. I personally wouldn't agree to this, it would be my last resort.
329  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is religion necessary for humans? on: August 27, 2017, 08:37:38 AM
Religion is necessary, specially that people has a lot of questions on the origin in life and not having a basis in morality to ones life. For me, religion is the key to have a better personality and morality, i do not disrespect the belief of any religion but for me thats the only sole purpose of joining an affiliation with a religion.
330  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have a gun? on: August 27, 2017, 08:32:15 AM
Yes, i do have my own personal gun. I always carry it if i'm going at places that is not really safe and secure (e.g. hiking, camping). Another reason for having my gun is for my self-defense, specially for defending myself if i'm threatened. In our country you have to be registered and legal to be able to use your own personal gun.

I have reached my 20 posts for this week. Please update my posts count in the spreadsheet. Thank you very much Smiley

Sorry but I checked 8 hours after the end of the first week and you had missing posts, if I do that it would be a disrespect to all the other participants. I really apologize (The first week is over since 24/08)
Hopefully you go to post to have your shares for the second week.

Oh. I understand, so in the 2nd week does my 20 posts that didn't make it in the 1st week, counted in the 2nd week?

It would be too easy like this, the count begins from 24/08 to 31/08 and you can see on the spreadsheet how many posts you had at 24/08.
Ok. I guess i'll just finish my 20 posts early then  Smiley
Thank you very much.

334  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin on Drug Trade on: August 25, 2017, 01:53:16 PM
Yes it can be used in drug cartels, specially that it is more convenient and the dealers can stay anonymous when transacting online. Although bitcoin is used by Drug cartels it is not the Bitcoins fault, it is merely an online currency that provides a more convenient way of transaction, i believe that even if btc never existed they would still transact, it is just that btc for them is the most fastest and safest way to not be caught by the police.
335  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Artificial intelligence. on: August 25, 2017, 01:30:06 PM
Artificial intelligence is a man-made robot, it will not be flawed like in the movie "terminator" if the creator programmed it well. AIis definitely the best way to improve our society, just imagine a world filled with AI that can do all sorts of things. It will help humanity to be more advanced and have a more convenient lifestyle. Let us accept what the future has in store for us and always think ahead of us and the future generations to come.
336  Other / Politics & Society / Re: purpose of life on: August 25, 2017, 01:17:44 PM
To have a purpose in life is to learn what is your reason for living. And every human being even the littlest particle in this world has a reason, you just have to give your life meaning. So again what is your purpose? It is for you to decide, you have had a purpose all this time you just don't realize it because you struggle in finding your reason as a human being.

Personally, my purpose in life is to pursue my dreams and become a successful businessman to help my family and to be able to help future generations to come.
337  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Poll: If god commanded you to murder homosexuals, would you? on: August 25, 2017, 10:58:33 AM
I would never kill a human being, be it a homosexual or any other person. I have seen your point and that the bible clearly stated that a man or a woman shall be put to death if encountered having sexual relations, but this is just wrong. It is morally wrong, because it is an act of murdering someone, therefore i wouldn't do it even if God commanded me, i don't even have an assurance that God exist. So for me i just follow my own conscience and if it means doing the right thing i would gladly do so.
338  Other / Off-topic / Re: What will the world be like in 100 years on: August 25, 2017, 07:33:46 AM
In my own belief, our world would be a new and improved world. Due to our advancements in technologies we could easily make new technologies. The day we knew today would be changed and known as a past history that future generations would study about, just like how we study the past inventions of the past generations. We have a bright future ahead of us, new things would be discovered and invented to create a new and improved world for humanity.
339  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Elections, e-voting on: August 25, 2017, 07:10:59 AM
Personally, i think e-voting isn't such a bad idea. It will happen some time in the future so why not try it now. E-voting in my perspective has a more simpler and convenient way to vote, we can vote without all the hassle on going to the polling place. Although im not sure how the security works in voting online, it is still worth a try, since we are constantly improving by the use of technologies.
340  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If you kill cow, then you will be killed. on: August 25, 2017, 07:03:13 AM
I respect the religion of Hindus, but their idea or concept that we could not kill cows is just a little but delusional. Cows are animals just like other animals. I am not saying that their culture of not killing cows are immoral it's just that the immoral part is the consequence, people should not be killed just because of a "cow", even if it is a sacred being. My opinion is for all religions, if the religion has some kind of law then it must not have a capital punishment, even if it means having to disrespect the religion. It is just immoral and can affect the religions image on how others see it.
