Now my VELTOR are blocked on yobit .... Angry

Nice!

Being only on yobit as a trading platform is detrimental to the future of this altcoin! .... Sad

What are you talking about??? Just made a transaction from Yobit to my local wallet and the coins arrived almost instantly!

I'd also like to describe my Win Wallet behavior. After it stopped crashing a couple of months ago, it's been working pretty flawlessly apart from some minor issues:
1. The wallet regularly micro-freezes for a few seconds.
2. When I open it to sync, the wallet can not establish a stable connection with peers, meaning that it looses connection to them every 20-30 sec (shows 0 connections). Once the wallet is synced, it has a stable 5-8 connected peers (once I've even seen 10 peers Smiley )

Sending-receiving works fine.

Finally I could talk to a BTC38 tech and find the problem.
They can't load my blockchain snapshot. I assume it's because of a different database library version or 32/64 bit mismatch.

They are using the old windows precompiled wallet: can someone who's using the same wallet, provide a blockchain snapshot?

That would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi pallas, is that the wallet version v0.1.1.0-g3fb0591-beta (64-bit) thet btc38 use? The one that can be downloaded from the off website?
If yes, then here is a fresh snapshot:

Got this today from btc38 support:
service staff 小欣: Hello, I'm sorry, XCN wallet can not be synchronized, we also tried a different approach, but the problem still exists, waiting for the official repair, your deposit will reach the account. Thank you for your support. I wish you a happy life!
(02-15 09:47) about this ticket,

Lol just can't understand how an average user like me can easily sync the wallet and a crypto exchange can not...

I have 1.3 million coins in an old wallet. Didn't check it or here for a few years. Any way to get it out? Looks like it was backed up in March 2014.

whether was hardfork ?
poloniex and btc38 up wallet, but coins did not come to btc38 from bter and from poloniex.
still "pending".

No, they are not on a fork, they have troubles running the wallet. I have open tickets with both and pressing them heavily.

Same here. Two days ago I got a reply from Poloniex saying that they are about 5000 blocks away from the full sync. The next day they enabled withdrawals but all the transactions I made there are still in the "pending" status.
Should we consider upgrading to a totally new wallet, even with a possible swap?

BTC38 has the market selling at 9 sats.

90 sats you mean? And yes, the registration requires facebook.

P.S. Anyone managed to withdraw from Polo?

tanx mate ...

though the blockchain link is dead by the looks of it ...

is ok - i usually sync from scratch anyway ... for the testing / script phase of the compile anyway ...

Hey crysx,
here is a more or less fresh blockchain: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4FJqo3uXA8OckQxZ0kzRTR1R3c/view?usp=sharing

Let me make a little briefing on the coin issues.
Two of them are known to me: one is blockchain sync from scratch and the other is wallet corruption.
The former can be mitigated by downloading a blockchain snapshot: I will do this periodically and I've seen other nice people doing the same.
The latter I could never reproduce: it must be something related to the environment the wallet runs into, or is compiled with.
For this reason, I'd like to collect some information on the operating system (and library versions, when different from the default) of both the people who are experiencing the corruption issue and those who aren't.

Here is my contribution:

Corruption issue: never experienced during months of use.
OS: ubuntu 16:04
Libraries: standard provided by the distro.

Corruption issue: wallet was crashing with this error http://imgur.com/a/LK3gb for some time then just cured itself in a magical way Smiley
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Wallet: downloaded for the official website http://cryptonite.info/?page=download#windows

Why does the wallet says "0 connections"? How do I add nodes?
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you trust Poloniex? on: January 24, 2017, 03:29:19 AM
Waiting for them to enable XCN withdrawals before I regain my full trust in that exchange.
XCN? what coin that? Is that coin ever listed on Poloniex before? you can see my img on here and there is not any coins which called XCN
-snip-
If that coin already delisted from Poloniex (assuming you did typo),i don't think poloniex will re-enable its withdrawals again.

Yes it is called XCN, I don't even know why you asked that question Huh

And if Poloniex don't enable withdrawals, that means they literally stole people's money Undecided
Because as you can see from my img above, i already listed all of coins in Poloniex started with X.., but i'm not found any coin which calle XCN. Is it got delisted before?

Yes it got delisted just on January 4th with a number of other coins. And Poloniex admins promised to enable the withdrawals for this coin. Still waiting though...

before dilisted poloniex always annoucment date dilisted
and poloniex member can get warn to withdraw all balance coin in dilisted
so before dilisted youre must withdraw all coin, or selling all coin
after dilsited process withdraw is very dificult

I wanted to withdraw but the wallet was already disabled. So waiting for them to  enable withdrawals as promised...

Latest news from Poloniex about XCN deposits:

"rest assured that we have not given up on it as new information and possible solutions keep reaching us"

I just received this reply today:

Quote
Hi George5,

thank you for your help, hopefully it will be useful in finally synchronizing the wallet.

Best regards,

They are talking about a link to the new BE and an updated blockchain that I sent them.
