They are very "good" at keeping the wallet in maintenance. You can't name exchanges, but can you share if you are in agreement with undisclosed bigger exchange than cryptopia?

At the time of closing, I had 29.95 LUX in my wallet. I found out late that the maine on a closed wallet.Mining during this time, another 5,5 LUX. The Explorer shows that the funds have arrived, thus, there should be 35.45 LUX in the wallet. Today, the purse was opened, there was 28.5 LUX.
Thus, 6,95 LUX was lost. This is the second case, for the first time under similar circumstances I lost about 8.5 LUX. Some hopeless situation. The wallet is unstable and is not synchronized, the exchange constantly steals.
Can only suggest to send a ticket to Cryptopia support, Im sure they will help to resolve your issue.
