Oh look. A big dump half a hour ago. Someone saw the price slowly going up again and totally freaked out that his coins were becoming worth more so he quickly dumped them and made sure the uptrend would be stopped.
There's no stopping the uptrend, just slowing it down. Some people think that could actually be good for Bitcoin. Actually it's stopping the uptrend every single time. But every time there is an uptrend  And the bottom has been higher every time since capitulation at $275. Assuming this one goes past $450, the tops have been higher too. We'll see. So far little has changed. Just people dumping and dumping some more. I don't think this will change anytime soon. |

It always amazes me that there are panic dumps whenever an article mentions a chunk of coins being manhandled in some way. Oh no, 50,000BTC are going to be privately auctioned in a month, I better dump! Hell, with the Mt. Gox coins we don't even know if they'll be sold off or returned, and when. It certainly isn't going to be tomorrow or the next day. It's almost as if people forget that there are millions of BTC out there where even a marginal percentage could just show up on an exchange at any given time. You'd almost think Bitcoin traders are total idiots. |

We're in the superstitious zone. 300 EU is holding until CNY goes to 2300. Then pushing to 400 USD. The next Rule of Thirds at 430 to 460 should start soon if Black Friday starts a rally.
But we all know in reality it just ends with people dumping. |

It hasn't been that bad, bitcoin has continued to grow, all the layers needed to go on top of the protocol are further on. As long as that continues, mainstream adoption gets closer.
Price didn't reflect that at all, but doesn't need to, as long as it doesn't crash so far that people stop mining and the strength of the network becomes too weak.
Don't worry. The dumpers are working on that. They won't rest till Bitcoin has become completely worthless. |

I don't even know where this dump has come from, Almost every indicator and market was really bullish this morning, I come home from uni to see all the markets in a firesale.  It always feel like the Chinese have no balls. I remember a year or two ago, when we had the HUGE dumps sometimes the market just didn't give a shit and ate it up in an hour. Now it feels like if you sell a couple of thousand bitcoins the entire market will follow you into oblivion. Stop being so surprised. This has been happening month after month after month. To the traders: just 20 dollars more to go and we're back at 350. Well done you fucking idiots. You killed yet another rally and a chance for Bitcoin to finally take off again after a year. You must be fucking proud! Such an achievement! |
