These 9000!!!11 posts or whatever number we hit on a certain day are so dumb and annoying.

Are there still people here who think the dumper(s) is doing anything else than just trying to kill the market?
If so, please show me something that will convince me this is not the case.
If a gvt or bank wants to kill BTC it is easier to do so by pumping to death an alt and make it No1.

Or no?

I think a government or bank can do it way easier than this. I don't think that's what happening here.
I have no clue who else would do this and why. It's just that i can't find another plausible explanation for this kind of market behaviour.
Maybe our mod who kept crying how there is no manipulation can explain it to us.

9000!
BTW: It looks like there is building a 4h double bottom on stamp...  Grin
=> UP WE GO SOON!

We reached the bottom? The 50th time this year?

The rise from 2011 - 2014 will pale in comparison between the rise from 2014 - 2016. That is how exponential growth works.

More people than ever have been exposed to bitcoin now. It is only a matter of time before the explosion hits.

Price could increase by more than $1,000/day. Don't miss it.

Being exposed to something doesn't magically result in a price explosion.

People like you Inca are so...i can't find the right word. Like how 12 year olds would talk about economics. Just so black and white. Nothing inbetween.
926  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 02, 2014, 06:29:33 PM

We'd need news bigger than Paypal to go up. And even if that would happen all the traders will dump after we go up 30 bucks to take their profit.
You can rule out good news as a reason to go up again.
927  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 02, 2014, 03:21:36 PM
Huobi:
Price 2307
Total asks: 2500 coins
Bids to 2000 8000 coins

Finex:
Price 374
Asks to 404 1800 coins
Bids to 346 10,000 coins

Stamp:
Price 377
Asks to 400 4000 coins
Bids to 350 6000 coins

Shorts 11,000 contracts.

Snapshot of the exchanges shows good visible orderbook support here. Sentiment is at rock bottom but it will take a lot of selling to push through this by the bears/'Manipulator'. Conversely it wouldnt take much to lift us back up over 400. Are there really only 2700 coins on the ask orderbook on huobi when 3800 were sold earlier in a short space of time?

Every single post of this guy:

"We are about to go up".

So.. a 1200btc dump on Stamp moves hte price down 3 dolla - and bitcoin is done???

"We only went down 3 dollars. What's the problem."

Zoom out 10 months.

This whole year Bitcoiners were telling me daily that the dollar is about to collapse. Instead the dollar is getting stronger by the day.

It's even not certain that a dollar collapse would necessarily boost Bitcoin. There are some assumptions and some hints, but it's not that certain as some people say.

Yeah, i didn't even mention that. For some reason the collapse of the Dollars means everyone will move to Bitcoin for these people.

Yep exciting for sure. Great time to accumulate IMO.

It has been for some time.  But the all time high for adoption is useful.  I have some capitalists who've been waiting for a shift in fundamentals like this.  I don't see the walls of the so-called manipulators lasting very long now.

Who knows. I get the feeling if we break higher it will quickly move up a couple of hundred dollars.

We need what five million people globally to start building a small position in btc to send us to the moon again? Circle and etf makes this likely IMO. Only question is when. If I get to buy more coins at this price for a few more months I'll be happy!

Looking forward to necroing some threads from the bears after the next pump..

"Great times, i'm buying all these cheap coins and when i'm done 5 million people will get in and we'll go to the moon".
You're so simple minded it makes me cringe.

You mean like the last three adoption driven bubbles? You mean like buy low sell high?

I'm not even gonna explain myself. You won't understand it.
932  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 02, 2014, 02:09:24 AM
Long Term view:
we are in a crucial support zone...

If 339 USD holds, I expect a trend reversal. If it doesn't, we can bo back to 260 and even lower Cry

I'm sorry to bring you this news but drawing lines on a chart doesn't work. It's a total waste of time.

Please drop.... just another 20%... one more time... for me? Need more cheap coins... please...  Sad

You want the whole Bitcoin economy to drop another 20% just so you can buy 3 more coins a few bucks cheaper? You have to be kidding me. Nobody can be that greedy/stupid.
935  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 01, 2014, 07:05:40 PM
I hardly see anyone cheering anymore every time we go down. What's the problem? Are all these cheap coins not so much fun anymore?

because there is no such thing called "cheap coins", coins will be cheaper and cheaper therefore less and less people want it

those who yelling for "cheap coins" are permabulls or scammers, that's why only few trolls are cheering about it

+1

The permabulls you're talking about are just miners dumping their coins like no tomorrow & they're trying to get suckers to buy them for as expensive as possible!

Perma bull here. I don't mine.

Permabull here. I mine and don't sell.

too bad your 10 TH "farm" does not make any difference.

big farms in china can dump till 140 $ and still make a nice profit.

dumper is happy because there are a lot of stubborn bulls.

correct, you see the point and The Winkelvoss EFT is a dump. They bought a lot of Bitcoins and can't unload them without crashing the market. The EFT is a way for them to exit Bitcoin.

Please back up your claim with some kind of proof.

But no... don't even so much as breathe the word 'manipulation' on these sub, lest you get completely ridiculed and called a tinfoil hat wearer.  Even though the whales' intentions are so obvious an 8-year old could figure it out with the data.
I'm of the opinion that a large buyer is purchasing off exchange blocks and dumping on exchanges to build a massive and cheap stash. Nothing else makes much sense. Sure people panic but many of the sales come when you would least expect someone to panic

This guy already has a massive stash. This behaviour is not of someone selling to buy back cheap. It just isn't.
937  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 01, 2014, 04:55:31 PM
I've noticed that "bearwhale" is now some sort of deity cult figure. Apparently he has a huge power over the markets. Reminds me of KARHU, but that one was a joke.

Repent! Cheesy

Bow before your new God.

EDIT: I wonder how many people in this thread don't also frequent r/BitcoinMarkets.

He left out the 2k walls that the guy put up to stall the rally.  Every time the price dipped below the next 5USD level, he moved his walls down.

With no evidence, I have always believed the guy killed off either a bubble or a rise to a "normal" level of 800USD.  Instead, we have seriously damaged the reputation of btc by crashing down to the 300's.

Edit: I see no reason to read /r/bitcoinmarkets.  Short trolls and book talking dominate the subreddit.  This thread has several of the major whales in it (please don't delete my post again, you know it is true) and I am entertained  reading what they say about price changes.

Aren't the whales worried at all about the fact that these dumps are causing some people to seriously give up and walk away from Bitcoin?  I would think that they would hope, at some point, for the price to rise.  If more buyers just walk away with no intention to return the whales could just be shooting themselves in their own foot with these dumps.  I can understand their desire to use their stash of coins to make more, but they can manipulate the market at a higher point later just by giving the market some "breathing room" and letting it rise.  But what do I know?   Huh  Just a small holder here.

Same question I have BitChick.  It really seems as if more is going on here than just a whale with a lot of coins selling.  Someone seems to have an endless supply of coins and is actively trying to suppress a market that would naturally rise if not for the massive sell walls.  If they are trying to destroy market confidence, I say it's likely working so far.

Remove those walls, and I guarantee that we'd be at 500+ in 2 weeks, and with rising volume.

But no... don't even so much as breathe the word 'manipulation' on these sub, lest you get completely ridiculed and called a tinfoil hat wearer.  Even though the whales' intentions are so obvious an 8-year old could figure it out with the data.

Exactly.

Oh look the 390 wall is back. It's as if someone has a schedule to move the price and even if someone buys into them they just bring in more coins and continue without a hitch. They should have just used a reverse willy bot.

Completely natural market behaviour. No manipulation. Just ask Blitz.

So... 380 new long floor Y/N?

Untill the next round of dumps which will take us lower?
