Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. Far from it. I love Primedice. I'm rolling on the site since 2014, it's always a great experience. If it will be a mistake on their side, it will be for the first time. But I think it's my bad, I just can't figure out why I'm getting this error message



when I try to claim the bonus.

As far as I can see, there is nothing wrong with your entry. But the manager (AleksandarZ) has made a mistake in the reward link. He had posted the week 51st reward link for week 52nd. There are less then 330 eligible entries in 52nd week challenge, while the link was for 373 users .



Anyway, I have discussed about it to their live support and they updated the link after a few minutes. Try to claim your reward now.

April's monthly bonus was sent a bit late, perhaps that's the reason why this month's bonus is sent earlier.
How about your April bonus, did you receive much bigger amount than this May bonus and how about your overall statistic since the last bonus?

Usually Primedice sends the monthly bonus between the 20th to 25th day of each month. Therefore, April's monthly bonus wasn't late actually. I haven't played a lot after the April's monthly bonus, but $7 is very low amount for my gambling activity and VIP rank. I had received $90+ from the previous monthly bonus, then I received $8+ from the fortnightly bonus on the 28th April. And today I got only $7 from Primedice 10th year birthday celebration monthly bonus! This is enough to leave Primedice.

I heard that you are platinum III here, how come you get $7 only for a monthly bonus?
Dont you think that there is something wrong with the amount you received as I heard in Stake that someone without no activity for long time is still get bigger amount for monthly bonus than what you get here.
From $90 in the previous month but dropped to $7 in the following month sounds like there is something wrong with it, have you tried to ask support why did you get that low bonus?

No, I didn't participate in the recent weekly challenges. The last time I participated in the 42nd weekly challenge.

Because, even though the link was updated, I'm still getting this message, "Bonus code cannot be found or is unavailable." :

In that case, you should directly reach to the live support team. The live support agent was clueless about the issue. She had forwarded the issue to the forum community manager, and they had updated the link. But live support agent (Jovana) wasn't admitting that there were issues with the bonus link.

Basically the same thing happened in Stake where there are many users are complaining about lower bonus amount which seems to be incorrect if we look at how much have been wagered, how much the lost as well as what is the current vip rank.
Users cant do anything because even if they ask support, the answer is the same as what you got and even if there is a way to get in touch with the marketing team then they will say everything is correct.
I think Stake and Primedice should consider to reveal the exact formula on how they calculate the weekly and monthly bonus so it will be more transparent.

I've never missed any event from Primedice including this one to get a little prize and there's nothing wrong with using Twitter social media at the same time promoting Primedice too, who knows there's a lucky day I get this prize compared to the lucky day of winning playing on Primedice which I rarely find lately .
