841  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: April 22, 2018, 02:25:29 PM
I think this kind of problem exists much more years ago from now like at that time people use to carry much more wealth and do not have a perfect unit system for the management of wealth. But nowadays people put more focus on earning money and managing the money in order to increase their production that allows them to use human beings for making money. That's how we get the idea of going the market, even more, this will allow for extra business and service good also fulfilling the organizations needs.
Crypto is a long term trusted store of value and we are observing investors that have seen the trusted value that is why the value of Bitcoin is increasing day by day and becoming popular. If people stops buying Bitcoin and investors hold their Bitcoins then it can be a long term because with out buying process supply will not proceed further and hence the value will remain the same so we will wait in such situations. But if you look at the market the processes are going normal and we are observing the high value of Bitcoin.
842  Economy / Economics / Re: When to buy and sell bitcoin on: April 17, 2018, 09:01:06 PM
When is the best time to buy bitcoin and when do you think is the best time to sell?
I think its a great time to buy now but when is a good time to sell (if you have any idea please share)

You can always wait for the prices in the market to decrease or dump its prices before investing and try to sell your coins when the prices increase even more in order to earn profit, buy when low and sell when high is the basic fundamentals of the market in order to earn profit.
Buy when the prices are way down. There is another type of people who are risk lover. Knowing the prices are going to be high in future, the buy in the current time even if the prices are high. This is sometimes prove fruitful and they end up the Coin Masters. One should sell only if the prices are more than the money he has invested. Selling after the prices fall beyond the initial prices is stupidity.
843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: April 17, 2018, 08:49:23 PM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.

Bitcoin notoriously used in the dark web anyway. Fortunately, it has been developed for something better than that. We need it to disrupt expensive traditional banking system to send and receive money everywhere. Besides, a lot of startups have been established using blockchain technology.
Why some people prefer BTC over fiat is just because Bitcoin is a new technology and has so much to offer. It is very economic to transfer funds using the technology. It is a nice spot to invest in and gives huge return than anything the world has ever seen. It is widely accepted around the world and has been legalized in more than a continent. The productivity of the technology is matchless.
844  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: April 17, 2018, 08:28:14 PM
I know that people give out loans but what's up with people no returning what they borrowed?? I want to know this because I might give out loans myself and I want to know what to watch out for... I have ~800 BTC at the moment and would it be a bad idea to start loaning? I bought my BTC back in 2010 mid August January(when it was about $0.07 per BTC) and I noticed the price went up a ton! Also what would be some other way to grow my BTC? Any ideas on what I should do?

Something I should have added my friend was doing something you guys call "mining" I am very knew to the bitcoin world even though I have had them for a long time. I bought these bitcoin from him because he needed to sell them, my financial advisor has told me that the longer I wait the more return I would get so I told him hold the account for 5 years and ill see where I am... So last July I had gotten my account back, did a bunch of research then found you guys. So I came here to post a few posts and for everyone skeptical this is the proof https://gyazo.com/ee99cef712e9b72f03a3e8e870c33624
Yes thats true giving oir a loan is too risky though you're giving it with a proper interest, you must be wise and be picky to those whom you your giving their loan and ask for any collateral to be hold in case you got nothing in return on the time of payment.
You are a lucky man and you should be aware of the terms secure loans and insecure loans. You are all a financial institution now. Work like one. Investing or lending your worthy coins in place on no return is a sign of no wisdom. Also, if you wanna lend out, better keep the time span and the cost time value of the coins in the mind because in future, the value of the coins would fall due to inflation.
845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin an asset or a currency? on: April 17, 2018, 08:11:48 PM
I see more and focus with bitcoin as an asset. I think the current bitcoin is not good if it is used as a currency because of its highly unstable value.
It is a currency, it is rather an international currency and has been adopted for dealing and trading by companies which used to use dollar as their medium of exchange before the dawn of the Bitcoin. It is an asset. Investment in the technology is a store of value in one way and the worth of the asset rises with the passage of time like you invest in property and the assets after some time pays off.
846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should i do after buying bitcoin on: April 17, 2018, 07:48:42 PM
Well 20$ is only a small amount but you can make it big someday. Just hold it for long term even it is so small. Who knows? Maybe your 20$ can become thousands or more. Just be patient and it will grow.
You should make plans and list your priorities. If you want to be the next billionaire, you should invest for long term. This is because; a steady rise in the prices is often followed by a sudden sharp rise. In few years, the worth increases many times. So you shold hold them till the time the value of the coins are high enough to meet your intended level of income. The short term investment is hell lot of different and requires you to hold the coins for few days to weeks.
847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc good experience for young people on: April 17, 2018, 07:42:49 PM
I think this is a good experience not only for the younger generation but also for all people who are interested in finance and investment. Cryptocurrency is a new era of finance and it's good when you know about it.
Bitcoin is not inly a goog experience for young people but people at the old age can also make use of the technology and make things simple. Few countries have been treating the technology more than a blessing and have set up companies based on the technology. One might come up with the idea of launching a website for trading Bitcoins this might help him become rich and fund his finances. Age is just a number.
848  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Low activity long term BTC investing? on: April 16, 2018, 08:29:49 PM
Your time is important here in so many ways so if you don’t have much time in cryptoworld better to just hold on your bitcoin and be back before the end of 2018 for sure the value of your coin will be much highe compare last year.
Yeah it is the best way to earn money without any activity or very low activity. Just look at the price of bitcoin and nothing more. If the price grows you will make money and if the price falls you will lose money but physically you will be relaxed. Patience is necessary for long term investment if you want to not use your time in bitcoin.

If you want to make some good amount of money and that too while investing your money into bitcoin, then the best thing which can help you serve the purpose is that you can go for buying of as many bitcoins as you can afford to buy at time when the market is falling and then keep on putting all of them in your wallet while keeping a close eye on the market and not selling them until you get your desired profit.
849  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ten years later on: April 16, 2018, 07:57:57 PM
I think, after 10 years, bitcoin will change a lot.Especially, bitcoin will change a lot of prices. At the same time, bitcoin popularity will increase much more than the present.Even the spread of Earth's crypto currency will increase. After 10 years, bitcoin will be more advanced and its use increases.I always hope that bitcoin will be better.
We can’t predict exactly what will happen after 10 years but the only thing about which I am very much sure is that after this much period, things will be very much different and that too in a better way by that time as the number of people who will be knowing about these crypto currencies as well as those investing their money into it will be much more and that this will also result in better market value of bitcoin.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep these things in mind when you are into crypto world on: April 16, 2018, 07:49:03 PM
This is why many are also taking advantage of the telegram groups by displaying themselves and disguising as the admin's, there's no way to stop this but to give public awareness.

There are also scammers on twitter.

Just like by visiting those announcements from the developers, there are these like giveaways that are being held through that.

When there is some instructions that dictates to send you xx amount of eth or bitcoin to an address, that's an obvious scam.
There are many scammers like that and they are everywhere so the only thing we can do to protect ourselves is to not be so dumb, scammers are very smart somehow they are able to get the list of everyone that invested in an ico and then they send them malicious emails trying to get their private keys and unfortunately many people fall for it, so people need to familiarize themselves with the current scams so they can avoid it.

This is probably why the social media platforms have now chosen to ban ICO ads. Since there are many which are scams, their users may get victimized of these scams and their reputations will be at risk. These advertisements may help facilitate the scammers reach a bigger audience through social media. Awareness on how to avoid these scams should be spread so that the users may know what to look out for. There are red flags which help us tell whether an ICO is likely to be a scam.
In the world of the crypto currency, scammers are one of the biggest threat to all those who have invested their money into it because scammers keep on trying different techniques to target people and then snatch their money and the crypto coins from them. You need to be very aware of all such kind of people and that you need to be sure that you are dealing at the right place and you have not fall victim of any such thing.
851  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where can I buy a car with bitcoin? on: April 16, 2018, 07:42:34 PM
I think this would be possible if one country accept bitcoin as a means of payment or if the company adopted bitcoin as a means of payment. If your country doesnt recognize bitcoin i think this will be hard to make it possible. I wish that they could accept bitcoin so that it is easy to transact and buy cars, because in my country bitcoin is still illegal and the government also prohibits it with any policy
As far as I know, there is no such place in the entire world which is having this kind of facility that you can go and purchase car or any other vehicle by giving away your bitcoins. We can expect such kind of thing in the future but for now, nothing like that is there. The only thing which you can do is that you can go for selling of your bitcoins and then use that paper money for buying of car of your own choice.
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: April 15, 2018, 09:14:56 PM
both can be really profitable but also can make you lose a lot, gambling will ruin you faster tho
Yes gambling can be profitable at first but mostly not and it is more on wasting money and the only benefits you’ve got are the excitement and satisfaction of being entertained while playing. While in trading you we are skilled enough on that field then the profits will always be there waiting for us. Well that is if we got extra patient from it. Also be wise and do proper research for a potential coins that we are going to buy.
The point is that if we choose or decide to do the both, we really should be able to control the activity between of trading and gambling. And here emotional control is needed so as not to get dissolved in the event of loss till to forget the plan or the preparation of strategies or other things in it in order to gain profit.
Gambling seems to be profitable only in the start and one person can easily understand that gambling is just a waste of money as the time passes because in that time, the person learns step by step every loss in gambling and after that he becomes aware about the reality of gambling. People say skills are important in gambling but in my point of view, skills cannot prove much more valuable in gambling than they are in trading.
853  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: April 15, 2018, 08:12:45 PM
In despite of this days bitcoins still not the strongest currency. I only see it when it comes to digital currency but not in all aspects because dollars still circulates along the web unlike digital or bitcoins still not known for the people needs much and much mass adoption to be that position.
The worth of bitcoin is not only far more than that of dollar but it is also far more than rest of the regular currencies which are there in the present world. There is no other currency which can compete with bitcoin in term of market value. However, bitcoin needs to get legalized first. Only then it can make some good competition with the rest of currencies and can become the strongest currency in the world.
854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: April 15, 2018, 08:00:38 PM
It's not going to be easy even the addicted gambler wants to. He should have a support system like parents or family that will make him stronger mentally and emotionally so that he can fight the urge of gambling and finally end that worst chapter of his life.

Yeah, but quitting is the only way to have a better future and to save money. There is no reason for anyone to continue to play gambling if he is losing most of the time, he must be smart and considering all the things before he decides what to do next in gambling. I've witnessed myself losing a lot of money in gambling, and continuing is so confusing to do that is why I've decided to quit gambling instead and try another way to earn money.

I agree. I was also losing a lot of money before and even though I thought of quitting, the impulse to play was still there - that is why I really understand how others find it really difficult to quit. It was only when I finally realized that I already have a son and that I need to take care of his future when the realization and the greater urge to finally quit kicks in and the rest is history Smiley
No gambler can quit gambling on his own because it has become a universal truth and we can easily observe that from every gamblers story. However, when the gambler tries to leave this gambling on his own, his love for the gambling increases then it was before because he starts thinking about the advantages of gambling which are obviously crated by his own as there are no advantages of gambling.

I don't think so because if a gambler really wanted to quit then he can. I know it's not easy as it seem but when a person really want a change then it will start from his self. He'll seek motivation and uses this to move forward, it's crucial at first but eventually he will be used to the new changes in his life. There's no impossible for someone if he really determined to make a change nor no more excuses
If the gambler really wants to quit gambling, so then he can quit it because there’s nothing impossible in this world. Also, there’s no such disease that cannot be cured, then what this gambling addiction has the importance. Those people who say that I wanted to quit gambling but I wasn’t able to do so, basically such people are not taking off their hands from gambling properly. They are continuing gamble like playing gambling games on mobile.
855  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When do you know its time to Stop? on: April 15, 2018, 07:53:48 PM
If you have a high tendency to not stop until busting, then I came across these tips which do help:

  • Don't put all your available bankroll directly in the game (in case you're using deposits). Leave always at least half outside as a security measure if you go bust.
  • One must stop after reaching a certain goal, The goal should be predetermined and shouldn't be changed during the play.
  • If you're doing really good, withdraw part of your earnings (if you can, ofc) to avoid losing it all in one go.

Having a big bankroll can make you feel falsely safe in that "oh I'll just keep increasing my bet until I win" but alas, the 30 reds in a row do exist, and will come. Do not let them take it all.

The goal you make should be realistic and firm, Don't change it or else be prepared to face bad consequences.

You gotta fight back the voice that screams inside your brain "Come on, double again and we recover!".
I think it is very difficult to stop if you have a lot of money gamble. When you lose what all you have i think that you will realize that it would be the time to stop because you already have nothing.
No gambler can stop from gambling if he has a lot of money because the greed for more never lets him to stop gambling. He just wants to make more than he has at the present moment for which he does whatever he needs to do and crosses all the limits which he had once put for himself regarding gambling. Yah! Gambler only stops when his pockets are empty and there’s nothing left for him anymore.
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum vs Bitcoin as goal of investments on: April 15, 2018, 07:44:47 PM
Bitcoins to me is a very good longterm investment, I can see it pump more in the coming months to come. Holding more of
it will surely give reasonable profits that almost all of us are constantly talking and hoping about. Ethereum is also on the
same page with bitcoin, as long term investments. Ethereum is something we shouldn't take for granted, I think both coins
are a necessity if long term investments are to be undertaken. Though bitcoins has a bit of advantage since it can also be
considered a short term investment especially with the more usual occurrences of dips than spikes, but when a reasonable
pump does happen just like what happened recently, it's easy short profit to people who sees it that way.
Most of the crypto currency investors often invest into both of these coins because they don’t want to miss on any single chance for making good money. there should be no doubt in this that ethereum is all the time following bitcoin and standing next to it, so it means when bitcoiners are enjoying huge returns, so are the ethereum holders. The combination of these two currencies is good for making big money.
857  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies and our daily life on: April 13, 2018, 05:22:49 PM
Everything has it own time and season,it is just a matter of time  when every country will accept bitcoin as a currency to been spend every where, this will be possible.
Cryptocurrency has been in use in our lives since the time they were introduced into the market. They have been accepted payments for loans and in the European countries as medium of exchange. Even in Japan, the employees of the top companies are given the choice to withdraw their salaries or a portion of their salaries in the form of Bitcoin. Further more, the technology has the potential to replace fiat in future and will be a part of our lives.
858  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Should I Choose Bitcoin ?? on: April 13, 2018, 05:17:46 PM
I think, Bitcoin is very useful when buying online, online gambling and for investing. Bitcoin can use in quick transaction with use of internet you use to pay it in other website for your gadget.
You want me to convince you why should you chose Bitcoin right! The economic rationale behind choosing Bitcoin is very simple. The technology is promising. The liquidity is high and the risk is low. Similarly, the time of transaction is very minimized by the advent of the technology. A most important factor is the return on investment. An investment in the coins gives huge return if proper steps are taken according to the condition in the market.
859  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there any good news about Bitcoin from your country? on: April 13, 2018, 05:10:54 PM
The best news in our country is that bitcoin and crypto-currencies will not be completely banned, it is only possible to regulate it in part.
Currently there is no good news about Bitcoin from my country. Few days ago, my country banned the use of the technology. It is a bad news and people are hurt for they are deprived of an amazing opportunity to invest in. But in my opinion, the more Bitcoin grows and spread around the world, the more attractive it will be and our governments might also allow the citizens to use the technology which will change the market structure.
There is a good and bad news good news about Bitcoin from my country. The bad news is that the government has banned the technology because it is not in the interest of the country. The good news is that that many people are getting to know about Bitcoin and they are very positive about it because their peers, who had invested earlier, had earned a lot. So more and more people are starting to invest.
860  Economy / Economics / Re: How futures on bitcoin will work? on: April 13, 2018, 05:02:10 PM
I hope bitcoin will work upcoming future.it will stay all time.now bitcoin price value is low but really It come back soon.I wish in future, more people for transaction  only use bitcoin.also I hope bitcoin create success in the world.
The future of Bitcoin will be a future full of prosperity, the technology will improve with the passage of time and this will increase the number advantages you take out of you coins. As long as there is demand in the market, the future of the coin in the market will be a promising one. The arrival of BTM in the market in Europe was a new thing which was accepted by 15 countries in 5 years.
