This is so true, there are some newly created Steemit accounts with a thousand Steem power. I guess these are friends of Steemit whales. Just lending the Steem to them. Most of the posts in Steemit that are backed by whales are from their acquaintances too, and you will not gain anything from Steemit unless someone of a high Steemit power upvotes your post. But in any case, you might want to have at least 20 people in your group to make significant upvotes for you guys to earn something significant.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Alt Coin Crash This Weekend?

I have a plan for this. I will not sell my altcoin I just HOld. I moved my remaining Bitcoins to Bittrex. Wait for August 1. After the Split I will sell my free BCC. If BTC is about to dump I'll just sell it to USDT. And rebuy the BTC in the dip.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Need advice: Should I sell all my altcoins due to BCC and BTC issue?

Currently all my alts are in a negative profit since Bitcoin correction. Now should I sell my altcoin and accept the loss to avoid further loss?
Will BTC back to zero and BCC will become the new Bitcoin? Or I need to dump BCC and stay faithful to BTC?
How true 91% of all miners in the world in favor of BCC segwit? If i stay faithful with BTC I have only 9% of miners?

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop all the ICOS now! SEC is coming!

If that SEC US Gov can prevent the scammers, hurray! How I wish to see the bitcointalk.org scammers put in jail. Specially the scumbag ICO scammers. I wish all ICO must go screening. I think all BTCTalk mods will also participate by screening and banning all ICO starters without any proof of their business model.

Yes I agree with previous poster, how about freelancing? The saddest part in bitcointalk.org is to have an account with a negative trust. Its so hard to join in promising signature campaigns and bounty. Just try and try, you can get a client in freelancing.

I guess they must lock and limit the number of signature campaign participants because 80% bounty allocated for signature campaign will become smaller and smaller if they will continue to accept new participants. Anyway, dont worry guys. Not all participants in the spreadsheet list can complete the 20 required post. Hello all,
Perfect ratio 80% for signature is a lot !
Also I hope we can get a lot 😅
Have a nice weekends.
Yeah, I agree. Actually, this is a very good project and the bounty still big. The number of participants in the subscription grows that indicate good sign to enjoy the reward. So let's give our full support for this project to become successful. I really think that it is too much for a lot of bounty hunters but look fair for a great campaign i guess the campaign will do well in the coming weeks i guess the ICO will be a huge success for everybody. I think is fair reward to bounty hunter is very good if alocation to signature campaign is big, above another bounty Over 200 users participated signature campaign. And team said they estimate the marketcap $1-2m. do your math And it will just bring more people to the signature campaign until the average reward per user is similar to other projects. There is no reason there can't be 500 people or 1000 to even it out. Signature campaigns help raise awareness for the ICO and its always a balancing act of how big to make it but I agree they are giving out quite a bit for this one.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum a threat to BTC???
|
on: July 23, 2017, 02:15:36 PM
|
Theres a 50-50 chance for Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin. We must know that ETH is a blockchain maker website, meaning ICOs and new coins can be built using Ethereum. In the next few years if new altcoin owners will continue to use ETH as their coin blockchain. ETH can be a threat to overtake bitcoin.

I am a living testimony I got my first 0.030BTC without spending any single money. Dude know your strength. I suggest if you know about writing, graphics design, web design. Then offer your services here at bitcointalk.org. In my case I got my first graphics design client in Reddit under /r/Jobs4bitcoin check it out.

Its up to you how much you want to invest. For me I started at 0.030BTC, the money I got from freelancing. You need to invest and buy bitcoin from your pocket. If you are a newbie, try to trade in small amount. For example trade 0.001BTC to another altcoin. Challenge your self, if you can grow your 0.001 to 0.002 (100% profit) then trade with much higher amount.
