Yes, most of the time bounty manager is important but if the account is official and new it is also ok, i have seen campaigns completed successfully by new accounts as well, so you never really know, if anyone is going to scam it can be anyone, we need to stay focussed and do our job.

Most probably because they are not listing any new coins perhaps their target or limit for listing coins is full according to their capabilities or management or server capacity, it is good if they are not listing every new coin, goes to show that they are trying to provide quality trading services than listing all coins.

There can be 2 scenarios either you have not added the custom token and stq tokens are not visible for you secondly you may have put your private key in some phishing link and your tokens may have been stolen you need to check and analyse your account for both these scenarios.

I agree ico rating websites are not any guarantee of success rather some good ico experts can be helpful in short listing the quality icos, i follow few people on Twitter who are really expert and prove to provide good analysis about new icos.

I am holding some wpr tokens from ico but to be honest the tokens are very undervalued, im a fan of this project but price wise itis very low at the moment, it should have been in .20-0.30 range for a fair value in my view.

Yes trading is stressful and everytime market moves against our positions we regret it is normal, on the other hand we need to realize that these market movements are normal and happens in all markets, nothing moves in a straight line upwards forever.

I think some good new alts/ tokens especially from the power sector like power ledger, restart energy and wepower are very underrated, they are highly professional and quality projects while some other alts like etn and trx seem overrated as they have not proven their performance or projects yet.

In my view the main disadvantage is the non stability and high volatility, also if something goes wrong it effects the value drastically, i have seen alts going valueless within matter of days.

I think by mass adoptiom he means the projects that will link cryptos to traditional assets and economy and while doing that bringing the traditional money to crypto resulting in mass adoption, the projects he has listed are more of tokenization and fund management platforms that can bring the normal investor to crypto, so the TS is quite right these projects can bring loads of money from traditional markets to crypto and hence mass adoption.
