is this a correct bat file for zpool?
m-minerd.exe -o stratum+tcp://M7M.mine.zpool.ca:6033 -u myBTCaddress -p c=XMG, -t 3 -e 90

can you guys post something basic for normal users who simply wants to just download a wallet, miner, choose a pool and mine. it is chaos in here. and it is like some are taking advantage and mining now on a pool while other pools are still not working. Forgive my language but many are struggling to keep up and a solution should be available for everybody fairly.

This is too complicated. why there is isn't a simple solution for standard users by simply downloading and launching a file? There is a lot of code, nodes... I mine on supernova with friends which is still down. it is mentioned somewhere that some pools are working? which? create more accounts? I did mine once a pool using an IP address during the previous fork and the coins disappeared, the account disappeared too. thank you for your understanding.

Guys what's the current state of the blockchain? I participated in solo mining earlier in the week however that was lost due to the hardfork to 'fix' the accidental fork. Now I look again and once more the supranova pool is down and my wallet won't sync. I downloaded the new build, purged my databases and resynced. I've been a supporter of Magi and mining on and off since 2015 - I can't believe what has happened this week I think we are really stretching our credibility with our users and exchanges. agree. same case. been a supporter too.

can you please attach the magi.conf file or paste its contents so I can have to proper file. thanks.

first of all it should be 200H/s not kh/s there is no server available in the market which can do that much hashing. The best is E7 server which goes to 2Kh/s. If you have 200H/s each server then it's waste of time and money as 1 coin will be generated in around months time.
BTW, did a test drive for 10min the other day on 3 x E7 at 23 threads each and got around 18xxHs on each. Added 4 intel Phi and 16 x P100... wow Wish can use this hardware for mining...

that's true, 200Hs. I have other rigs too, but XMR still can be mined by CPU. Plus I have them from free and do not pay for electricity. XMR is at $47

Is any other coin good for cpu mining now? Any suggestion?
You can mine Monero with cpu, need a good one though. Am using 4 xeons each hashing at around 200 Khs

if you are using windows, enable view of file-extensions and double check, that your magi.conf is true "magi.conf" and not "magi.conf.txt"
delete blocks/ and database/ again, import blockchain from archive and retry again.
you should see 16 connections in your wallet with all these connect lines added. if not, something is wrong.
Followed your directions and the wallet synched up and I was able to the the repair. I then unlocked the wallet and it started minting. Weird but after 15-20 minutes it fell behind on the blockchain and getpeerinfo and the icon says zero active network connections? Also weird I have a green checkmark now as if the synch caught back up and yet it still says zero active connections? My wallet doesn't have a config file. There is a folder under m-wallet called example-conf with a file in it. And the sync stops at block 1446424. repairwallet is ok. Wallet got 3 active connection to Magi network is the reward changing? I am mining at supernova, used to mine 1 XMG a day with my modest hardware and with the same hashrate I get in the last 2 days around 0.1 XMG a day?

Does the kano app works for you guys? After "SAVE" and checking BTC Address it says Invalid BTC Address. Any ideas?
it is working. got the error when using the BTC address but it worked when using the API code instead

Come on blooock....seeing a fatty one too...

I mine BTC mostly. most of my machines in slushpool but i am getting 1030 new s9s within 2.5 months on different batches and if things are good and no one minds i will direct them to kano so that i depend less on luck. slushpool has been bad for over 2 months. I also have a couple of hundred pandas mining eth. I am selling those by the way. they are in China with awesome hosting and support directly from pandaminers.
Did you just say you're getting another 1030 new S9's? As in 1000 and 30? Damn son! You got your own fusion reactor or something powering those things! At the top of Everest for free cooling. Yeah, bro something "fusion reactor" I believe... but seriously how many kw/mw those things use? Aiee.... If averaging the S9s at 13.5Th, that's 1323W * 1030 = 1,362,690W. That's 1.363Mw!... + power for cooling Barely keeping up with my 4 S9s. Had to secretly increase the power of the breakers at my place

are we on another 3 days block?

Is it worth it to solo mine? My understanding if you mine solo you get the 12.5 minus fees.
if I am now making 1.2 BTC every 4 month with my current hashpower = 3.6 per year (excluding the diff), will let's say it is worth it to let an S9 mine solo for year hoping it finds a block being super lucky? and get the 12.5? (electricity is for free)!

whath appens to the missing coins from the wallet? (mining back on supernova)
|
|
|
so the process is:
- downloading the new wallet and blockchain and run it following previous instructions - sync - copy the wallet.dat file with wallet backup file?
??
|
|
|
The last block of wallet 1444044
mine is at 1444063
|
|
|
downloaded the new wallet file and he blockchain but still synching all blocks from scratch
|
|
|
same here, from 12 to 2.4
