21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TeamRedMiner 0.5.7 - AMD GPU Miner for Grin, MTP, x16r/rt/s and more on: August 26, 2019, 08:10:06 AM
how to define multiple pools?

i really like this miner?

thanks.

Hehe, this is probably the 10th time I apologize that we still have pool failover support on our TODO list, it has been there from v0.3, we have continued to prioritize adding more algos rather than host-side work though. We should really add basic pool failover though, our bad. I'll discuss with todxx and see if/when we can slot it in.

well in my honest humble opinion, the miner is good but in comparison to other miners and provided options (especially the fail over pool) your dev fees are really high. Some other miners are below 1%. But a 1% is good number that you should consider.

is it possible to run XMRIG as a windows service instead of launching the .exe file?
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: XMR-stak-JK 2.10.6 Compiled with no devfee (Updated: 2019-7-23) on: July 23, 2019, 07:57:54 PM
came across 8 GT 690 to add mining XMR.

the auto config is detecting 2 cards (per card), is this correct? can anyone share the optimal configuration? blocks, threads?

which cuda version should be used with GTX 690?

thanks
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: AMD Radeon RX 590 Mining Info 💲⛏ (PBE bios mod✅) on: July 21, 2019, 01:09:56 PM
is it possible to have a rig with R580 and RX 590? does it work under the same miner?
Yes, it works like a charm. Just install the latest Adrenaline drivers.

Yes it works,it is the same as having a rig with Nvidia and ATI cards but keep in mind that the best performance of a mining rig is always when you use the same version of Gpu with the same driver so you minimize drivers conflicts this way.
That is completely different case...

great thanks.
have a rig of 4 580 and 4 gtx 960, wanna swap the GTX with RX 5xx
never was fan of nvidia cards.

what's the hashrate are you getting with RX580? can't get miner to go above 700 (XMR).

Hi,

need help please.
I have sent XMR from GUI to a wrong address. payment is still pending since hours.
it is showing unknown recipient
Block height pending.
What can I do?

Thanks!

Did you send to an integrated address? Because those are displayed differently on the history page.

Thanks!

note sure how it happens, the address is completely different.... been googling fr while and managed to fix it jsut 3 min ago by following the instruction under this link via the cli wallet

29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain looks like they're releasing a 15GH/s DASH miner called the AntMiner D3 on: June 15, 2019, 01:36:55 PM
Got few D3s which I said why not to connect since electricity is super cheap.
Running them at 575 frequency and giving 21Ghs with temp averaging at 78
did anyone try over-over clocking.

have 3 units running since 5 days and so far so good.

did anyone place order from whatsminer.net?
are they legit? they price is cheaper than pangolin
32  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Whatsminer M20 is announced and available for pre-order on: May 29, 2019, 07:20:36 AM
Fast and loose is never a good way to play. Seems all whatsminer demo's are delayed and pricing is going up. I think I mentioned what I'm looking at personally in our dm's phil but hardware is pretty scarce even for resellers making it a little harder to thoughtfully plan upgrades or additions.

yeah, thought they are better than Bitm@in but yet they are bumping the prices, and for a 3 month delivery!
33  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Braiins OS: open-source mining firmware [S9, T1]. New release includes AsicBoost on: March 26, 2019, 03:47:38 PM
GUI running fine.. but when trying to mine I get an error "CGminer stopped" or "CGminer keeps stopping, possibly incorrect configuration" (or something similar)...

I got this error when the pool configuration is incorrect, mainly the worker name.
34  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Braiins OS: open-source mining firmware [S9, T1]. New release includes AsicBoost on: March 24, 2019, 04:18:49 AM
As i said before, currently only the Antminer S9 and the Dragonmint T1 are supported, nothing else. This might change in the future, but for the time being, don't use it with other models.

was just giving it a shot. have few T9s I can spare.
35  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Braiins OS: open-source mining firmware [S9, T1]. New release includes AsicBoost on: March 23, 2019, 08:02:58 PM
Just to say that I have tried BOS on T9 and it didn't work.
the miner did boot and hashing but the interface kept being lost between recognizing 63 chips or 57.
36  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Whatsminer M20 is announced and available for pre-order on: March 19, 2019, 06:14:54 PM
is this for real?
pic shows it is the same size format, yet pushing 72T and at 3312W.

38  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [4+ EH] Slush Pool (slushpool.com); Overt AsicBoost; World First Mining Pool on: February 11, 2019, 05:21:38 PM
is anyone noticing lower "scoring hashrate" in the last couple of weeks then it was reported before?

the pool is reporting my 13.5-14T S9s as 12.x - 13T most of the time.
39  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Braiins OS: open-source mining firmware [S9, T1]. New release includes AsicBoost on: February 06, 2019, 08:20:00 AM
Agree.
My ampere meter broke the other day so I will run more tests based on efficiency as soon as I fix it or get a new one.

have you checked the HW errors too?
40  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Braiins OS: open-source mining firmware [S9, T1]. New release includes AsicBoost on: January 31, 2019, 09:52:34 AM
Currently running November version of braiins on bootable SD
Can someone explain how to upgrade to January version
Can it be done via ssh? Or do I have to burn image to ssd card again?
Docs are confusing for us non programmers

I think it is best to reflash the SD card.
