I've writen the support many days ago but nothing is happening  . Are they now a scam? I'm thinking of going to another exchanger. Maybe I have to take my money back ... if nothing happens the next hours ... I don't know ... It's sad, cause I thought they are good and fast ... but now this happens  ... How can I reach them? The support isn't answering. The support is slow even when business is slow. Right now they have a serious influx of new customers, and many of them probably didn't read any instructions and spam the hell out the support channels. Long story short, I takes a couple of weeks before they can answer your ticket. Kraken works great, but in case something goes wrong you have to bite the bullet and prepare yourself for a long, long wait... You can't take your money back anyway, it's on hold. Basically an algorithm noticed something it didn't like and now a person has to look at the transaction manually to see if it's OK. And they REALLY take their sweet time doing that. But in their defense, usually they are waiting for some info from your bank. Things to avoid doing to prevent 'on hold' deposits: - Check if your bank is crypto friendly, some are medieval in this respect. They flag your deposits as suspicious. Takes ages to get your money moving again. - Make sure the account holder name on your bank account and Kraken account are identical! Every single character! One little typo. Bam! On hold. - Never make a fiat deposit in the same amount too close together (in the same week). They will think the second might be a double, and put it on hold. - Don't deposit an amount too close to the daily limit. The exchange rate might change and you go over your limit. Again, on hold. Thank you for the good answer ... I hope it will go faster ... I need it to buy some Coins ... All the things you mentioned are correct in my case ... the bank is Fidor (they say they work with them), account holder name is the same, it can't be at the limit ... maybe it's because it's my first deposit ... I don't know |

sobald du die Wallet startest, und du hast nicht die aktuelle wirst du gefragt ob du Updaten willst ;-) Ahh, ok alles klar ... danke ... Sollte man davor irgendwas sichern? Oder ist das kein Problem? Ich mein: könnte man dabei seine Coins verlieren? |

Waves is still cheap from my point of view still huge potential to get explode price will very cheap as I think it will move to more higher after some future releases. Um beim Transition Bot an den Punkt zu gelangen, wo er die Byte-Adresse nennt, um ein Maximum an Blackbytes zu bekommen, muss man eine BTC-Adresse verknüpfen. Die kann aber auch leer sein (wenn man die Signier-Option wählt, braucht man keine BTC). Dafür eignen sich Electrum Desktop oder Mycelium für Android, nur um mal zwei zu nennen. Es gibt auch andere Wallets, die das Signieren unterstützen.
Ok danke ... Ich habe dem Bot meine Elektrum Bitcoinaddresse mitgeteilt aber dann sagt er irgendwie nichts weiter. Habe dann mal eine Signierung bei Elektrum mit meiner Byteball Addresse durchgeführt die der Bot ja auch haben wollte. Ist das so richtig? Wo kann ich sehen, ob das geklappt hat? einfach hier deine verlinkte BTC-Adresse eingeben... Danke ... hab nachgeschaut, aber scheint nicht verlinkt zu sein. Wie genau verlinke ich die Elektrum Bitcoinaddresse und die Byteball Wallet mit einer Signatur? Gibt's da eine Anleitung? Jetzt klappt es beim Byteball Bot bis dahin, dass er versteht das ich ihm meine Bitcoinaddresse genannt habe und er sagt mir welche message ich ihm senden soll. Hab bei Elektrum dann auf "Addresses" geklickt, da auf die beim Bot genannte Addresse und auf "sign/verify message" und dann die message eingegeben und auf "sign" gedrückt. Aber beim Bot tut sich dann nichts. Mach ich was falsch? Achso!!! Jetzt hab ich's! Man muss den Code den Elektrum dann bei "signature" ausspuckt im dem Bot mitteilen. Alles klar  ... So kannst du es machen und online musst du auch nicht sein. Um blackbytes zu erhalten musst du aber deine byteball Adresse verlinken.
Danke für die Info Ich hab die Wallet jetzt mal gestartet. Jetzt will der Bot, dass ich meine Bitcoinaddresse verbinde. Was ist wenn ich keine habe bzw. nur eine bei Blockchain.info (also so ein Bitcoin Online Wallet)? Muss man eine Bitcoin-Addresse verbinden oder kann man auch einfach gleich Byteballs kaufen? Wie ist das eigentlich: Um beim nächsten Airdrop auch was zu bekommen kann ich doch einfach ein paar Byteballs kaufen (z.B. bei Bittrex) und dann zu meinem Light-Wallet schicken.
