I got the same problem. Made a SEPA transfer and waiting for 6 days to get credited. No one is responding to the tickets. Really worried and frustrated. Ticket no 35018.

In the hope it helps, I have been waiting 15 (!) days now for a simple Tier 2 verification. Also filed a ticket with #333646. Is there any chance this will be processed in the next couple of days, or should I just forget about Kraken and start trading my fiats elsewhere?

Just wanted to ask if it's normal that my Tier 1&2 verification at kraken.com is still in stage "Processing" after two weeks?

I've submitted two tickets without receiving a response whatsoever (except for the auto-response confirming ticket submission).

I don't remember of a "processing" status for Tier 1 and Tier 2.... I may be wrong but it was instantly updated adter filling the infos requested (phone, DOB, ect) for me at least. They may have changed the process sometime ago. Many people are waiting a reply to support ticket since long time now, so if you were in hurry then calm down LOL because it may take a long time to get a reply to your ticket

USD withdraws keep failing. I'm trying for a few days, but they always go to status pending, then failed, with no explanation. How many others see the same thing?

Update: I've alerted support to all ticket numbers posted or sent by DM since my last post, except for verification tickets and tickets that are already at the highest priority.

I'm very sorry, but due the volume of requests about verification tickets we are no longer able escalate these tickets (escalation was not helping much anyway for these tickets). The verification team is working very hard to process accounts as soon as possible in the order they are received. Unfortunately, due to a long queue of accounts waiting to get verified, it may take two weeks or longer. We are doing everything we can to speed this up, including hiring more staff, but the long wait time for account verification is likely to continue for some time.

Thank you for getting these looked into.  I did receive a response, though it doesn't fix my issue.  I've tried to recover my username as I forget what it was. I got this message, but I never get my username sent: Your username will be sent if the information you supplied matches our records.

The supplied Email is definitely the one tied to my account.  I sent a message back, I just hope it doesn't take another 4 weeks to get a response back.

11 days waiting for any response. Account locked but no news since days ago. Nice amount of $ but can not do any trade or withdrawal.

No response by twitter or mail...I understand them need time, but I do not know if my funds are safe in kraken or someone hacked it.

It won't help to post ticket numbers that are about your verification status because we are not escalating these tickets. We are only escalating tickets for already verified accounts that have a funding issue, trading issue, or account access issue. This doesn't mean we are ignoring account verification - we have a large account verification team who are working to verify accounts as soon as possible in the order they are received. 

I'm a ready verified account with a funding issue: 354578.

Would be great if this could be addressed - I appreciate you are likely being swarmed by new users at the moment!

Not that I don't enjoy posts from newcomers posting their ticket #. And I'm also terribly sorry for spamming in your ticket bump thread. Wink

Anyway, I'm pleased Kraken is looking into setting up dynamic withdrawal fees for crypto coins. Might I suggest you look into Litecoin fees ASAP? 0.02 LTC is a bit high at today's prices, don't you think?

I've writen the support many days ago but nothing is happening  Angry Angry. Are they now a scam? I'm thinking of going to another exchanger. Maybe I have to take my money back ... if nothing happens the next hours ... I don't know ... It's sad, cause I thought they are good and fast ... but now this happens  Sad ... How can I reach them? The support isn't answering.

The support is slow even when business is slow. Right now they have a serious influx of new customers, and many of them probably didn't read any instructions and spam the hell out the support channels. Long story short, I takes a couple of weeks before they can answer your ticket.

Kraken works great, but in case something goes wrong you have to bite the bullet and prepare yourself for a long, long wait...

You can't take your money back anyway, it's on hold. Basically an algorithm noticed something it didn't like and now a person has to look at the transaction manually to see if it's OK. And they REALLY take their sweet time doing that. But in their defense, usually they are waiting for some info from your bank.

Things to avoid doing to prevent 'on hold' deposits:
- Check if your bank is crypto friendly, some are medieval in this respect. They flag your deposits as suspicious. Takes ages to get your money moving again.
- Make sure the account holder name on your bank account and Kraken account are identical! Every single character! One little typo. Bam! On hold.
- Never make a fiat deposit in the same amount too close together (in the same week). They will think the second might be a double, and put it on hold.
- Don't deposit an amount too close to the daily limit. The exchange rate might change and you go over your limit. Again, on hold.

All the things you mentioned are correct in my case ... the bank is Fidor (they say they work with them), account holder name is the same, it can't be at the limit ... maybe it's because it's my first deposit ... I don't know
