Your modest price predictions are utterly worthless. 350 or 330 or 300 - we have just seen again how unpredictable Bitcoin can be. Anything can happen- if prices fall below 300 we are very lucky for a last chance to buy in/back some more. It may just as well go up to 600 and stay there. Why? Market moving orders have proven not to be in the current demand/supply list. TA is a quasi religion for what it's really worth. If you can see a pattern, everyone else can too.

i wish you good luck with waiting. we probably won't see the price go below $250 anymore. at least, it doesn't look like it. support is strong enough to hold.
The bitcoin price is fluctuating between $315-332 thoses days. 350+ seems fair before 2016

The price of $325 is not a problem for the bitcoin. Satoshi one said he did not worry about the price of bitcoin, he worried about the volatility. When the volatility is low,  people will use bitcoin as an investment.

This thread is misleading and might cause a panic in the market.
The current bitcoin price is $330 and is nowhere near the stated amount in the thread subject.

Most people will check the current price before buying at 502 dollar i suppose.

It would be really stupid to just place buy orders @ 450 or 500

There are some people that set buy orders based on the new. And maybe even without checking the current market price first.

I have always buy orders open at the lower price levels. Mostly 15 to 25% below the actual market price. It allows me to benefit from large dumps or maybe a flash crash. Some times it only dips for a minute and then it gets bought up to normal levels. That's why it's a good idea to have open buy orders.

Yes but as you stated you place them on the low site of current btc price. I don't you would read this thread then start placing buy orders on 450 USD when the price on the exchanges is just 320.

I think I can't follow what you exactly want to say. Why would I want to place a buy order at $450 when the price is just $320? That doesn't make sense to me.

I can't see this happening, in any case...

It could happen if someone sets a buy order at $450. It won't cost him $450 per coin but it will be a loss for him by buying at market price.
