In the absence of information, I have to dig the Internet. Without canceling the previously said, there is some information for objectivity. @Hatchet, she also Kristy-Leigh Minehan, has a good technical background and experience.

On the Internet you can find old interviews and articles with her (one, two ...). She has several accounts on Twitter. And there is an account here, inactive for a long time. Perhaps she had an unsuccessful experience related to bitcointalk, so she does not like bitcointalk. I can be wrong.

It is also necessary to add that she was hired in the NEM as a technical manager (CTO).
"Unchallenged authority in the sphere of crypto mining, Kristy-Leigh Minehan will be responsible for the progress of both NIS1 and NIS2 iterations of NEM blockchain"
But in this case, communication issues with the community and financial issues outside its rights. But does she solve them? Perhaps later there was an expansion of her authority. Information is absent.

Her face, habitus and way of speaking create an image of a person who, in my experience, is not very trustworthy. Especially the "big picture" there.
However, I must admit that she can speak quite convincingly (many may believe) - although I did not listen to the details that closely.
