Was Bter not hacked years ago?  i havnt touched that site in years.  you get one chance and if you cant secure your customers money then goodbye.

It was 2 years ago but they still have issue with the clients because they haven't paid them yet for the amount taken years ago.

I just logged on my account there and "Your password is expired. Please reset a new password at here."

Just reset the password but nothing new on my account. They do not reply back within hours or days, it happened that I waited a month for a random reply from their support.

Exchange sites now are very vulnerable nowadays. We saw hacking incident that ruined every people who use it. You should not put all your goods at the exchange site for a long time. Bitfinex is the current victim of hacking incident. We dont know what will happens next. Maybe another hacking incident will happen anytime.

I feel sorry for your loss guys but I guess this will serve as a lesson to our co-bitcoin users here that its not really safe to put our coins in an exchange site because this is not once happened. The bitfinex was the worst.
