I think we can expect another small pullback from this news.
Wich coins will be most affected by this?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/south-korea-ico-ban-bitcoin-price-ethereum-show-market-not-impressed

Major news outlets such as the verge and cnbc have started reporting. Might be a stormy weekend.

There are already enough countries to follow China. What is the fate of ico in the future? And will there be another country that will ban ico? And what I'm puzzling about is that many people are successful from ico but now some countries forbid ico just the same they forbid people to be rich. I think it's better to give science material about investing smart crypto instead of having to ban ico underway in the country

From what I have read, they will not ban ICOs, they will simply adopt regulations similar to other countries such as Singapore

Oh well goodbye ico shits we only need btc and a few other worthy projects most here are pure scams now and I feel sorry for those that don't get to unload these new worthless ico tokens before the crash to zero.

Why did you make a new thread when there were already two threads on this same news?

I think this the start of the crackdown. They should also check other altcons now in coinmarketcap that has been inactive so it can be removed. Like those abandoned by developers.

The ICO crackdown was a difficult yet necessary move for the authorities. The malpractice in some ICOs now affecting whole cryptocurrency market.

All alt might get into blood bath once again when newbie traders will start to dump because of panic after this news.

They don't know that ban of ICO in certain territory will not harm overall crypto market.

Interesting that this one didn't seem to impact us as much as the original China notice.  Also, I find it interesting that BTC craters with news on an ICO ban when BTC isn't an ICO.  Actually... long term ICO bans could be a net positive for BTC and established coins (except those who's primary purpose is ICO.)

Don't worry about it. The cryptoworld will remain strong despite of those bans.

Do not worry about it. The worst has come and the worst is past. For now. Some countries will follow the ban, while others will look to regulate. Trust me, even the ones opting for bans now are actually buying time to decide how to regulate. But if all the Asian countries follow China, we may be in for a very long rough ride. So much uncertainty in this future.
