Though I really have no idea exactly where the price is headed, I think we're going to rebound and go higher.  You remember a couple of months ago when we dipped down to $1900? .... I think we're probably headed to $10K and above.  Crypto is just getting hot!

You bet it is getting hot. Look at this price prediction:

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-400000-says-investing-guru-mark-yusko

If both the legal big tech criminals and legal government criminals can see your data, so can the illegal criminals.  Swiss based online privacy and data protection is the solution.

SegWit2x was cancelled, so people moved out of Bitcoin to realize their profits.

There's also a lot of market manipulation going on by the founders of Bitcoin Cash (stay away from this).

They deliberately flooded the Bitcoin Core network to make the transactions slower and more expensive and then manipulated the Bitcoin Cash price with their huge stashes of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash to trigger miners to move to Bitcoin Cash and to get people into FOMO buying.

This will eventually come back crashing down though.

Stay safe and don't let these scammers fool you.

Don't invest your money in one basket. you can diversify. but pretty sure when btc hit 6,000usd it will bounce back to 7,000 believe me coz i look the chart it will go up in few days. as of now you can buy alt coins and wait for retracement again. so don't be scared Smiley

for this I give u an advice to keep your self on safe side. keep equal amounts of both BTC and BCH in your wallet. So u will not need to worry anymore regarding any development in both projects

I already dumped all and I'm scared of buying back at this price too -_-

I'm just fucked up

Why did you dump everything?

Bitcoin Cash (BCASH) is NOT the real Bitcoin

Why would someone scared on this situation, last August of this year, everyone who own Bitcoin received equal amount of Bitcoin Cash.

Can we stop and think for a while, why would Bitcoin Cash have to do a luxurious offer, is there a catch?

And now after few months, Bitcoin Cash raise to almost 2000$, is there something wrong about that?

it was the old saying, history repeat itself.

Bitcoin Cash is just being manipulated. Ver and his goons bought their own coins and triggered a FOMO wave.

The only history that repeats itself here is the attempted coup d'etat by manipulative scumbags.

There is nothing to scare if you can manage it well by creating a equal amount of capital invested in all the major altcoins including the bitcoin and bitcoin cash. You just make sure that the coins where you invest your capital is good and worth to try investment over there. Try to invest in coins like Neocoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Monero, Ripple etc where your investment would a safer one for a longer time period.

Dear fellow bitcoiners,

From 2013, I am in the same ship as you.
During this period, I hodled hard my little stash of btc, and no shitstorm (and i saw many) was able to scare me.

During the fork I dumped bch future for 0.1 or so, and I was happy with that. When it pumped to 0.25 I was again not scared, I feelled like I was a veteran and was sad for all newbies buying it, because I was thinking that bch was a shilling operation for segwi2x and nothing more.

Now, I am fucking scared.

Please comfort me

I  would suggest better set your own price limits that will determine your buying and selling price. Price of all crypto currency will continuously change in the future you are going to see a lot of increase and decrease in the price.

It seems like BCH at times moves in the opposite direction of BTC.  So my advice would be to hold both and use BCH as hedge against the price movements of BTC.  Even if you're not a huge believer in BCH, it's not like it's evil or something like that.  Maybe its' best use case is for a hedging instrument.  And in that way, I am a believer.

What I found interesting is that currently Bitmain is only accepting BCH for certain pre-order batches.  I Purchased one miner and power supply from them and monitored the BCH transaction.  They currently have over 28,000 BCH in 1 wallet (that's about 33 million USD currently just sitting there).  I think they are banking on BCH taking over.  They are making some bank, that is for sure.

Bitcoin Cash's market cap is still small enough for people to manipulate the markets with a few millions. They can do this because Bitcoin Cash is only traded on 1 or 2 exchanges. So they pull resources together and synchronize a combined pump of the price. They will then wait for the price to go much higher and then they dump for a profit.

It is no secret conspiracy, because this practice is perfectly legal in the Crypto currency world. ^hmmmmm^

You've with bitcoin since 2013 and you are scared. What more for those who are just recently exploring the wonder of bitcoin and it's profit. Just a thought.  I am staying with BTC for now.
Op was supposed to be the one guiding newbies in this jungle, but it turned out he missed his way! At any rate, it's no news that BCH, BCC, BTG and B2X are all failed schemes calculated to derail and dethrone Bitcoin. Not like they care whatever happens to Bitcoin, they simply want the brand name because of its economic significance.

We shall be seeing them occasionally going out of their ways to make impression on people, like offering you free coins or pumping any of the above out of rationality - no need to panic when toothless bull dogs bark and Bitcoin will always stay ahead of them all because it got the support of users, which is what that truly matters.

It's called market manipulation and in crypto it's not illegal. Alas, there is no such thing as using BCash as a hedge and the best hedge is to stay out of BCash.

Dont be alarmed just keep your BTC because as far as BCH goes with its quick pump it will surely crash anytime soon. Cause it looks like roger ver is spreading fake proganda that bitcoin cash is bitcoin which is why bitcoin  cash pump.

Ver and Wu have quite a lot of coins left to manipulat markets with, BCash might stick around a bit longer. It still is just a shady scamcoin though.
