I suggest only not to be relax in just holding bitcoin cash at all, to play safe try to be more equal or more safer Cheesy invest or put your money into alt coins which like bitcoin cash and do not forget to sail on bitcoin alone, we can see the good progress with bitcoin and its skyrocketing price every now and then.

Trying to have equal amounts in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash might be not a good idea. It might be a trap to make the whales reach. We don't know what will happen is coming days.

Well all the poeple are scared and concerned about the bitcoin dropping a bit and btc cash going up, but the thing this is not the first time we have seen this happening, a veteran bitcoin user will truley know that bitcoin will rise no matter what happens even if it takes it a while but eventually it will get back again, and this recent increase in the btc cash's price is just due to the fact that devs want to people to support it and secure its network by mining it, so they are making it easier to mine compared to btc, but its difficulty will increase quickly and people will get back to mining bitcoin again.

Will there be any future improvements to BTC ?? I just tried to send a small amount of bitcoin and the transaction fee was £12 !!! over $15 for a transaction fee, so I cancelled the transaction... Bitcoin needs its block size increased without another stupid fork.

I love BTC but things need to be improved, I see the benefits of BCH but at the end of the day, it is an altcoin, no different to litecoin. We need improvements to BTC without a fork

BTC: 1Q3B9pr84adJJxBNmo3w3FaEWgcCjCSPTv | ETH: 0x1A053Df90E06f59fc7Aeb12F7a7Ea1f47FA53748 | LTC: LYUQYCy7S68Yry2qv3XRC7xx62GbHZEWhH | BCH: lol Wink

The people pushing BCH are the ones who've forced your fee up so high. Address your complaints to them, but they probably won't be hugely interested in listening. Their plans are more important than your utility.

If you check the amount of mining hash rate of bitcoin in the past and if you check the hash rate in the past two days you will understand why the transaction fees are higher and why there is a large amount of unconfirmed transactions, the miners are switching to bitcoin cash at the moment and so is the reason we have a huge drop in hash rate,we have a correction in bitcoin but i still believe that it will recover in due time.

so big amount miners switching to bitcoin cash is the main reason of price up ? if all people going to bitcoin cash , i am very afraid that bitcoin's blockchain

network will have problem such as long time block comfirm , today bitcoin's situation is not optimistic.

you are so sure.
I think that one day you will see from the graph BCH will be able to match BTC.
hopefully it happens.

Bitcoin has resisted every altcoin until now, I believe it is safe to assume it will continue to be dominant in the years to come.

Biggest development community still with bitcoin, if you need to bet, bet where the talent is.

for this I give u an advice to keep your self on safe side. keep equal amounts of both BTC and BCH in your wallet. So u will not need to worry anymore regarding any development in both projects

Yes your idea is great because you need to balance everything so that you will not loss or win. But i believe that you can gain a lot of profit if you try this idea. As of now it is hard to predict bitcoin and BCH .

Dear fellow bitcoiners,

From 2013, I am in the same ship as you.
During this period, I hodled hard my little stash of btc, and no shitstorm (and i saw many) was able to scare me.

During the fork I dumped bch future for 0.1 or so, and I was happy with that. When it pumped to 0.25 I was again not scared, I feelled like I was a veteran and was sad for all newbies buying it, because I was thinking that bch was a shilling operation for segwi2x and nothing more.

Now, I am fucking scared.

Please comfort me
Just don't yield to FOMO and stick with the original vision of Bitcoin Core. Bitcoin Cash is just a heavily manipulated shitcoin that embodies everything that Bitcoin stands up against. Don't give the Bitmain and Bitfinex clowns and their goons the time of the day and just let BCH pretend that people actually care about it.

Yes it is hard to predict the price of bitcoin and BCH now if it is goes up or down but they can also give a good profit if we study their price history because their is also a good point to enter at that market on which they can be able to provide a huge profit for everyone.

SegWit2x was cancelled, so people moved out of Bitcoin to realize their profits.

There's also a lot of market manipulation going on by the founders of Bitcoin Cash (stay away from this).

They deliberately flooded the Bitcoin Core network to make the transactions slower and more expensive and then manipulated the Bitcoin Cash price with their huge stashes of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash to trigger miners to move to Bitcoin Cash and to get people into FOMO buying.

This will eventually come back crashing down though.

Stay safe and don't let these scammers fool you.

Yes, BTC is under attack by very powerful and manipulative people using FUD/FOMO to help their agenda. Are they doing some damage? Some.

But they are using everything they have right now and aren't able to drop BTC below $6200ish and raise BCH above the mid $1300 range with all of their might.

This is on top of the expected market correction after the fork, mind you.

It may be ok to move a little into BCH vs. the alts, since the alts seem to just be sticking to their usual patterns and BCH is climbing. You'd just better to be ready to bail out of BCH at a moment's notice because if there's a sell off by the whales manipulating BCH, it could get very ugly very quickly.

It's not ok to move into BCH. That just helps these deceptive devils. Just move into Tether or altcoins if you're afraid of holding Bitcoin, but don't support those Bitcoin Cash criminals.

There is more to life than just quick profits.

I already dumped all and I'm scared of buying back at this price too -_-

I'm just fucked up
Meh.  This is a dip, IMO--we're in a very strong bull market and these things are normal.  Though I really have no idea exactly where the price is headed, I think we're going to rebound and go higher.  You remember a couple of months ago when we dipped down to $1900?  Now that's a serious dip, and look what happened.

I get the fear of buying back at $6XXX, but I don't think doing so would be a mistake.  And if you don't, you'll be kicking yourself for waiting.  I think we're probably headed to $10K and above.  Crypto is just getting hot!
