Mistake you should avoid when holding your Altcoins

I think the most common mistake is that we believe in the success of some altcoin even when its price drops more and more every day. Unfortunately, but most altcoins are just a speculative product and its price will eventually go to zero over time. It should be sold when we make a profit.

Don't forget that crypto in unpredictable ,if you sell off your coins for quick gains the price might surge in few months and you will regret it ,same goes to those who keep coins ,waiting for bullrun ,the tokens or coins might never survive before you see another bullrun ,so I think no one is to be blame here ,decision making ain't easy

I treat all the coins differently, some coins are worth holding for the long term, and some can be dump anytime one of the thing that you will regret is not selling at the right time, so be sure to follow the market and the coin you are holding, so you'll know the exit point.

Many if us are stack with this market mu portfolio is already -87% most of my coins was came to bounty I sold them and bought top 10 coins in coinmarket cap and if I have some extra money from my salary I buy to average down my buying average and if there are small rally i sell half and re buy again when price fall. Though I made this mistake it is also a lesson learned that if you saw profit sell half and hold half so you may not stack when market  are crashing.

Yes, opportunities won't come twice. So we must take advantage of every opportunity that exists and maximizes it. When market conditions decline we must actively collect Altcoin. So when the market is pumping, we are ready to sell coins.

Right. Not all of them are useless coins that eventually die out. Usually for airdrops, i don't wait for a run anymore if ever they do get listed. I sell them for whatever they're worth. But for icos that i think have potential, well i treat them like bitcoin. Holding something you believe will have value is worth it if you did your research.

You know what I did? I kept holding coins in bull run, I kept being greedy until they become worthless. I still regret it at times, I could have done better.

Yes i guess your right! Many bounty hunters like us who are waiting for a big profit from our bounty rewards but the price of it was not good enough for us resulting to no profit at all. Maybe we need to change our mindset and sell it right away if theres still a value instead of going zero and never going back again to its good price.

I disagree with you and think the main mistake is to sell these tokens on such a bad market for almost nothing. Just be patient guys and these tokens will be much more valuable on a raising market than right now.

me too, it seems to be a mistake of mine and i will never forget, i was waiting for the bull market to appear but it did not come and the bear market appeared, it took away most of my profits !

not only that but the mistake that must be avoided is not the patience to release the coins so that many people have failed to benefit because they are not sure of themselves
