I bought 2 ledger Nano devices a week ago and I don't need the second one. I prefer the ledger nano x and the box is opened but that's it. I was wondering if anybody would want the ledger nano s plus. Im selling it for $70. This is for US users only! Message me for details.

Out of curiosity, why did you order two devices and why did you open the second one if you didn't need it?

Considering that @Grantrocks received his/her order three weeks ago and the fact that Ledger's refund window is limited to two weeks only ^{[source (refer to the Important information field)]}, this is no longer an option for OP ^{[unfortunately]}.

Also, the question of whether they would like to accept his complaint, given that he opened the package. With all the negative things that accompany Ledger, buying an unpacked (used) wallet from an unknown person is more than risky.

Sorry about the late responses guys, I never bought the devices from ledger themselves but I got them off a close friend of mine. He lost a lot of cryptocurrency and no longer wanted to deal with it so he sold everything he had for it. I bought both to be nice, and the nano s plus was never used. It does have an open box but was never setup.

You understand how bad this sounds.
You are already the third node in the sales chain, while the previous owner is someone who lost a lot of cryptocurrencies. In all of this, Ledger (unpacked in your case, even worse) is a wallet that has completely broken trust in its products because it indirectly admitted that they could have access to the seed phrase.

Good luck with your sale, but I think it's going to be very difficult.
