As far as a time frame I have no idea but Id say as long as you have record of the deposit such as a copy of the deposit slip to reference that they will get you sorted out. I wouldn't worry too much about it however that is a bit disheartening.

support@bitinstant.com, but no response yet. Has anyone had to wait long? I made the deposit around 9:15PM CST.
