The U.S Securities and Exchange Commission rejected for the second time an appeal for a proposal of Bitcoin exchange traded fund from the winklevoss brothers. The good thing here is one of the commissioner dissented which is Hester Peirce. Do you think it may open some doors that ETF will be approve in the near future?

Here is the twitter link of Hester Peirce dissenting: https://twitter.com/HesterPeirce/status/1022601549309198337

Yes his dissent is making news all around but guess we all got confused regarding the ETF, this etf was always bound to be rejected, the etf that matters is cboe etf that is expected to pass and that'll create ripples across bitcoins World but that is not expected to pass until march, this'll be ultimate thing bitcoins need, but now the long wait for it to come.

Her argument seems rather convincing.
They seem to be over reaching on their mandate with these refusals.
