even though they have been told for months that all sales are final
Can you point to the FTC regulation that allows for this practice? Months? Really? Oh my this will certainly be a nice quote for anyone looking to report BFL to the FTC. Months... with no set shipping date? Really? I suspect the FTC might have issue with that statement full stop.

It's actually funny - If you paid in USD, everyone who has received a bfl product will make roi.
You don't seem to understand the idea of currency exchange. Please inform me how a BFL product will make back its costs without saying "oh well bitcoins were $80 then and theyll be $200 when it is mining! hurp a derp" I only put down bitcoins/money on something that i feel will produce more BTC in its lifetime then if i initially had just put my money into BTCthen you obviously won't be buying mining equipment anytime soon. You heard it here first folks, bcp19 admitted that people should not be buying BFL specific hardware. At least....not if you expect to make more BTC than you paid for the hardware... You are twisting my words again Master Shill... I did not reference any one particaular company, I meant ALL of them. Tsk tsk tsk... we may have to revoke your shillness for this one. Bitfury hardware does make a positive ROI, doesn't it? Can't say the same about BFL or ASICMiner. I am not twisting your words. The quote you used was in reference to a specific manufacturer. Please read before making assumptions. see above highlight. You assumed I meant BFL cause he mentioned BFL, but I responded to the other part of his quote. I personally believe if you don't have it in hand between now and 7-14 days from now, you won't see a positive RoI on anything from anywhere just due to the simple fact there is so much product from so many companies that is supposed to ship in the next 30-45 days. People will soon be wishing the monthly difficulty increase was ONLY 76%. And we come around full circle. Therefore my previous statement was spot on.

No,no,no,BFL is shipping......just waiting on parts/boards/chips.......Nasser said so It's so sad you don't understand engineer-speak. To an engineer a shutdown or a halt means the line has ended and no more will ever be produced. A delay is currently what is happening in engineer-speak, but that difference is lost on trolls.

I thought the hold up on Jally shipments was because they were outsourcing the production? That's what Josh suggested in their forum chat.

Josh did tell PG and I that the Jala's are being outsourced. This other company will build them and send them to BFL to be burnt in before shipping.

It's actually funny, if you paid in USD for a BFL unit you should have purchased BTC instead.

nope it was in the chat box on their forums You should know BFL by now, they don't like to tell their customers what's going on with orders in general.

Yeah, that's right. Why would anyone buy mining equipment at this point? Cointerra is already down to $3/Gh/s and prices will likely continue to crash until the difficulty starts to stabilize. Ordering hardware for November, December, Feb etc is a completely idiotic thing to do.

Is it just me or did Jodies blog for Saturday get changed. I was sure it read that they were up to the 19th of February 2013, but now it reads the 14th. Or is time moving backwards at BFL?
