Tell me please where can I find and sell the tokens that came to me from bounty, these coins do not exist on coinmarketcap, and therefore I do not know on which stock exchange they are trading, an example of such tokens is AMLT, DEB. I want to sell them but I do not know where, tell me something, I will be very grateful..

First thing you should is to know where or what exchanges your token is listed at. You can ask your project to it's telegram whether they are already listed or not yet.

But not all tokens are officially listed on forkdelta or etherdelta ,for such token you have to wait for some time for it to be listed before you can sell it. And for most tokens with very low value you need to consider the gas price before selling or else it will make no sense.

Some tokens are not yet traded on exchanges. And some will never bargain on them, as there are a large number of fraudulent and simply failed projects. However, you can enter the EtherDelta exchange, perhaps your tokens are traded there.
