It may happen in Q2 of 2019. At that time, the market may recover and the EOS will rise to around 30$ and probably more. Your current prediction is incorrect  but for the current bear market EOS is still at 6$ is very great.

EOS need some hype and real usage between projects  and offcourse updates   so hacks will not be impossible anymore
